太极拳,是以太极哲理为依据,汲取传统养生和技击智慧而编创的一种武术,是中华传统武术的瑰宝。2020年12月17日,联合国教科文组织将太极拳列入《人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录》,向全世界人民传递太极文化,共享古老东方的体育实践。随着太极热在世界各地兴起,每年4月最后一个周六成为全球太极爱好者自发庆贺的“世界太极日”,旨在通过太极表演、讲座等活动,切磋交流技艺,弘扬中华文化。
Taijiquan, based on Tai Chi philosophy, is a kind of martial art created by combining the wisdom of traditional Chinese health preservation concepts and the art of attack and defence. It is a treasure of Chinese traditional martial arts. On December 17th, 2020, UNESCO included Tai Chi in the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, conveying Tai Chi culture to people around the world and sharing the ancient oriental sports practice. With the rise of Tai Chi fever around the world, the last Saturday of every April has become the "World Tai Chi Day" which is spontaneously celebrated by Tai Chi lovers around the world, aiming to exchange skills and promote Chinese culture through Tai Chi performances, lectures and other activities.
2024年4月26日-28日,斯德哥尔摩中国文化中心、中外文化交流中心、瑞典武术协会联合举办太极日主题活动——中国太极大师班,邀请来自中国陈家沟陈氏太极拳第十一代传人陈正雷在瑞典开设为期三天的培训体验。活动预告一经发出就报名火爆,根据报名要求,录取了来自瑞典、丹麦、挪威、英国、泰国、摩尔多瓦等国80余名学员参加培训。中国驻瑞典大使崔爱民、文化参赞兼斯德哥尔摩中国文化中心主任李蕊、瑞典武术协会主席佩德·芬西厄出席了开幕式。
From April 26 to 28, 2024, China Cultural Center in Stockholm, Network of International Culturalink Entities and Swedish Kung Fu & Wushu Federation jointly held the Tai Chi Day Theme Event - Tai Chi Master Class Experience, inviting Chen Zhenglei, the 11th generation inheritor of Chen-style Tai Chi from Chenjiagou, China, to hold a three-day training experience in Sweden. Over 80 students from Sweden, Denmark, Norway, the United Kingdom, Thailand, Moldova and other countries were enrolled to participate in the training. Mr. Cui Aimin, Chinese Ambassador to Sweden, Ms. Li Rui, Cultural Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Sweden and Director of China Cultural Center in Stockholm, and Mr. Peder Finnsiö, President of Swedish Kung Fu & Wushu Federation, attended the opening ceremony.
培训班期间,举办了以太极为主题的中国故事讲座,陈正雷以“太极拳是中华民族奉献给世界的最好礼物”为题,介绍了陈式太极拳300年来在中国与世界范围内的传承与发展,讲授了学习太极拳的基本要领,并亲自为大家示范有关动作。
During the training course, a "China's Stories" lecture on Tai Chi was held. With the theme "Taijiquan is the best gift that the Chinese nation has offered to the world", Chen Zhenglei introduced the inheritance and development of Chen-style Tai Chi in China and the world over the past 300 years, taught the basic essentials of learning Tai Chi, and personally demonstrated the relevant moves.
接下来两日的训练课,陈正雷老师亲自教授了太极的气息运用和规范性拳法,学员们认真听讲和练习,积极交流切磋,学员们表示这次培训课十分难得和宝贵,他们十分珍惜这次机会,在老师的指导下,不仅提升了太极的技能,更是学习到太极代表的刚柔相济、和谐共生的理念,对中国传统文化蕴含的哲理深感认同和理解。
In the next two days of training, Chen Zhenglei personally taught breathing techniques and normative movements of Tai Chi. Students listened, practiced, and actively exchanged with each other. They said that this training course was a rare and valuable opportunity for them to improve Tai Chi skills and understand the concept of harmonious coexistence and the philosophical thinking in traditional Chinese culture.
