《灵感中国》是由四川日报报业集团打造的国际传播视频栏目。栏目定位于海内外“Z世代”群体，面向全球探索、发现、挖掘、传播古蜀文化、旅游地理、川菜美食、动漫网游、国潮中医、现代艺术、科幻传奇等中国名片。

Inspiration is an international communication video program founded by Sichuan Daily Press Group primarily for Generation Z at home and abroad, aiming to explore, discover, excavate, and disseminate multiple aspects of different Chinese cultures, including the ancient Shu culture, tourism, geography, Sichuan Cuisine, animation, online games, Chinese brands, Traditional Chinese Medicine, modern arts, science fiction and fantasy films.

成都银花丝制作技艺以“平填花丝”著称。传统的成都银花丝作品不镶宝、不烧蓝，仅仅以素银之美便能征服所有的观众。一根根如头发丝一般粗细的银丝，经过填丝、垒丝、穿丝、搓丝焊接、烧煮等工序，精美繁复的银花丝工艺品便在技艺传承人道安手下诞生了。从被银花丝迷住走入这行至今，道安已经坚持了40余载。

Chengdu filamentary silver hovering art is famous for its "silver filament filling". Traditional Chengdu filamentary silver hovering artworks are characterized by their minimalist beauty - without gemstone inlays or blue enamel, pure silver alone captivates all who behold it. Each delicate silver wire, as fine as a strand of hair, undergoes meticulous processes like filling, layering, threading, twisting, welding and firing. Through these intricate steps, exquisite  filamentary silver hovering artworks are crafted under the skilled hands of master artisan Dao An. Enchanted by the art form from the very beginning, Dao An has now dedicated over 40 years to this craft.

作为迄今为止考古发现的唯一完整反映唐代及前蜀宫廷乐队的文物遗存，“二十四伎乐”在石棺浮雕上寂静地走过了漫漫岁月。直至2019年，一支从“二十四伎乐”石刻中苏醒的中国女子乐团诞生，用古老的音乐和现代科技交融，让沉睡千年的文物“活起来”。

As the only unearthed relic to date that reflects the royal band of the Tang dynasty and the Former Shu, the "Twenty-Four Carved Figures of Female Musicians and Dancers" has endured silently over centuries around the coffin platform, until 2019, a Chinese female band emerged from the stone carvings. By blending ancient music with modern technology, this ensemble brings these millennia-old artifacts back to life, allowing them to resonate once more.

每一位到过成都的人，都见过这只“鸟”；每一个关注成都大运会的人，都无法忽略这只“鸟”。它是成都的城市形象标识，它构成了成都大运会会徽那个华丽的“U”型转弯，它飞翔在东安湖体育公园主体育场的上空、飞翔在每一枚成都大运会奖牌的绶带上……它就是出土于成都金沙遗址的太阳神鸟金饰，距今大约有3000年历史。

Everyone who has visited Chengdu has seen this "bird", and everyone who has been following the Chengdu FISU World University Games cannot overlook it. This bird is a symbol of Chengdu's city image, forming the elegant "U" shape in the Chengdu FISU Games emblem. It soars above the main stadium of Dong'an Lake Sports Park and graces the ribbons of every Chengdu FISU Games medal. This is the Sun and Immortal Birds Gold Ornament, unearthed from the Jinsha Site in Chengdu, with a history of approximately 3,000 years.

每年农历正月十四，中国年味尚浓之际，中国四川东北部正在庆祝一个古老而神秘的节日 - 蛴蟆节。蛴蟆节在四川省南充市西河流域已有近400 年历史，是四川省非物质文化遗产代表性项目。如今，这古老又浪漫的仪式已成为当地一年一度的“狂欢节”。

Each year on the 14th day of the first lunar month, when the festive atmosphere of the Chinese New Year is still strong, an ancient and mystical traditional festival known as the Qima Festival takes place in northeastern Sichuan, China. With nearly 400 years of history along the Xihe River in Nanchong, Sichuan province, the Qima Festival is a representative item of Sichuan's intangible cultural heritage. Today, this ancient and enchanting ritual has transformed into an annual "carnival" for the local community.

近日，年过八旬的美国友人、学者贾和普(Hope Justman)偕朋友再度来到四川广元，开启第24次蜀道之行。几乎每年，她都会从美国费城来到中国，以广元剑门关为中心，徒步探访四川、陕西境内的一段段古蜀道。她为蜀道专门出版了英文书籍并建立了英文网站，她还多次受邀前来参加蜀道文化交流活动，并在早年被授予“剑门蜀道使者”称号。这一次，她又背负上了一份更为特殊的任务——为她的朋友种下一颗充满温情的树苗。

Recently, our American friend and scholar Hope Justman, in her 80's, returned to Guangyuan, Sichuan, for her 24th journey along the historic Shudao, an ancient Shu road system. Almost every year, she travels from her home in Philadelphia, USA, to China, centering her explorations around Jianmen Pass in Guangyuan, trekking various segments of the ancient Shudao across Sichuan and Shaanxi provinces. Justman has published a book of Shudao in English and created an English website focused on Shudao. She has been invited multiple times to participate in cultural exchange events related to the heritage of Shudao. In earlier years, she was honored with the title of lifetime tourism promotion ambassador of Jianmen Shudao. This time, she undertook an especially meaningful task: planting a tree filled with warmth and goodwill for her friend.

“翘脚”闲坐的观音你见过吗？这就是安岳石刻中大名鼎鼎的“紫竹观音”造像。这尊雕刻于北宋年间的石刻向世人诠释了四川人的“松弛感”是自古有之。

Have you ever seen a seated Guanyin with one leg raised up? This is the renowned “Zizhu Guanyin” statue among the Anyue stone carvings. Sculpted during the Northern Song dynasty, this figure reveals that Sichuan’s signature “laid-back” style has ancient roots.

其实提起安岳石刻，其“古、多、精、美”的特点一直被世人所称道。早在东汉时期，安岳境内便出现了以崖墓壁刻为代表的石刻艺术形式。至隋唐以来，安岳石刻出现了规模宏大、技艺精湛的以石窟寺摩崖造像为代表的“安岳石窟”艺术。安岳石刻上承云冈、龙门，下启大足，是川渝石窟体系的中心节点和中国中晚期石窟艺术发展的缩影。

Anyue stone carvings are celebrated for their antiquity, abundance, craftsmanship, and beauty. As early as the Eastern Han dynasty, rock-carving art, especially cliff tomb carvings, appeared in Anyue. By the Sui and Tang dynasties, large-scale, skillfully crafted cliffside carvings emerged, forming the distinct “Anyue Grottoes” style. Anyue stone carvings draw from the traditions of Yungang and Longmen Grottoes while influencing the Dazu carvings, marking a central node in the Sichuan-Chongqing grotto system and a key chapter in the development of Chinese stone carving art during the mid-to-late period.
