在教育的浩瀚星空中,“教师成长的星辰航道 —— 多元启思,共赴成长” 这一主题之下,青浦协和 2024 - 2025 学年(上)师生工作坊宛如一场星际航行,闪耀着智慧与创新的光芒。

在2024年 11 月 29 日,随着学期的渐进,这场备受瞩目的工作坊顺利且圆满地落下帷幕!本次活动精心邀请了 15 位中外教师以及一位来自高中部的少年担任工作坊主讲人。他们如同领航的星辰,聚焦教育教学方法的优化、科技在教育领域的创新应用、体育健康的科学指导、传统文化艺术的传承与发展,以及语言学科知识的深度探索等五大核心领域,为全校教师呈现了一场内容丰富、精彩纷呈的知识与体验的专业成长大餐。

Under the theme “The Channel for Teachers' Growth - Diversified Inspiration for Growing Together,” SUIS Qingpu’s 2024-2025 Semester 1 Teacher and Student Workshop transformed into an interstellar voyage, shining with the light of wisdom and innovation.

On 29 November, nearing the end of our first semester, SUIS Qingpu’s Teacher and Student Workshop series came to a conclusion with another successful Workshop Friday! For this event, we invited 15 Chinese and expatriate teachers as well as one high school student to lead workshops, focusing on a variety of topics such as the optimization of education and teaching methods, the innovative application of science and technology in the field of education, the scientific guidance of physical health, the inheritance and development of traditional culture and art, and the in-depth exploration of language subject knowledge.

Let's start with a significant organizational change for our workshop format - this was a breakthrough for our workshop offerings.

In the past, the workshop relied on a unified arrangement, but this time it was different! From the beginning of the preliminary planning, we identified our target direction and arranged the workshop classrooms independently.

What does this mean? It means that the professional development for our teachers became more individualized, while the school's top-level design was more standardized.

The schedule was also very flexible, allowing teachers to be more proactive and efficient in their self-improvement. This sense of independence brought substantial emotional value!

At present, AI is booming, and thus this workshop decisively followed the trend of the times, vigorously carrying out innovative projects such as AI-assisted classroom professional exploration and interdisciplinary exploration. We thought about how many new ways AI could create for teaching and learning when it came to the classroom! This undoubtedly brought unprecedented challenges and opportunities for both teachers and students to keep education up to date with the latest technological frontiers.

在文化传承创新方面,亮点十足!体育老师史媛媛带来非遗手工漆扇和植物拓染活动,“以漆为笔,以水为画”,带领老师们深度领略传统文化的独特魅力。科技老师张伦伦的蚕丝扇制作体验坊也毫不逊色,让老师们清晰了解从蚕茧到成品的全过程。两位老师跨界跨领域举办工作坊,有力突显了青浦协和跨学科素养的落地生根与创新发展,对培养学生的文化认同感有着极大的益处。

In terms of cultural inheritance and innovation, there were many highlights! Shirley Shi, a physical education teacher, brought intangible cultural heritage handmade lacquer fans and plant rubbing and dyeing activities, "using lacquer as a pen and water as a painting," leading teachers to deeply appreciate the unique charm of traditional culture. Science and technology teacher Zhang Lunlun's silk fan-making experience workshop was equally impressive, allowing teachers to clearly understand the whole process from silkworm cocoons to finished products. The workshops held by the two teachers across borders and fields strongly highlighted the grounding and innovative development of Qingpu Concord's interdisciplinary literacy, which greatly benefited the cultivation of students' sense of cultural identity.

With lacquer and water as the medium, the beauty of the lacquer fan comes from nature, and each lacquer fan is a unique creation. Teachers fanned the elegance of the millennium with the charm of lacquer painting and experienced the joy of creating something special. The lacquer fan is the perfect interpretation of Chinese aesthetics.

The exploration of teaching practice was also remarkable. Teacher Chen Lu shared the application of games in the classroom, making games a dynamic factor that enhanced interaction and promoted personalized teaching. With a focus on classroom management, Lucy Clarke provided teachers with practical strategies to help create a positive learning environment. These explorations injected new vitality into teaching and learning and helped teachers better guide students in their learning.

Although it combines the characteristics of football and softball, it is more similar to baseball as a whole. It can be roughly considered as a softball event that uses a football instead of softball, kicks instead of batting a ball, and allows defensive players to defend with bare hands.

Teachers in this workshop learned that "Baduanjin" strengthens the body through the adjustment of body movement, breathing, exhalation, and spiritual emotion, focusing on "essence, qi, and spirit".

是不是很意外学生也能当 “主角”?

这可是基于学校育人目标而向学生开放的,为的就是让学生的软实力蹭蹭往上涨。

陈灏源在主持过程中,规划、组织、协调能力都得到锻炼,演讲、沟通和团队协作能力也大大提升。

而且他以自己的成长经历和创作作品为线索,带着老师们领悟诗歌创作的奥秘,激发大家写诗的热情,师生一起创作表达,这画面太有爱了!

There was also a wonderful highlight - the 'Poetry and My Story with Xu Zhimo' workshop led by student Chen Haoyuan. It was surprising that students could also be the 'protagonists.'

This workshop aligned wonderfully with the school's educational goals, allowing students' soft power to flourish. During the workshop preparation process, Chen Haoyuan developed his planning, organization, and coordination skills, while also greatly improving his speech, communication, and teamwork abilities. After commencing his session, he used his own growth experiences and creative works as clues to help teachers understand the mystery of poetry creation, stimulating everyone's enthusiasm for writing poetry. Together, teachers and students expressed their creativity, creating a truly heartwarming experience!

上周五我参加了名为“诗歌和我和徐志摩的故事”的学生工作坊。在此之前,我以为现在的学生可能没有那么热爱诗歌这种文学形式了,但主讲人陈灏源同学的表现让我大吃一惊。他表现出了对于诗歌,尤其是现代诗的发自肺腑的热爱和非凡的创作天赋,情感细腻,表达精准。在向老师们讲解他诗歌创作经历的同时,灏源同学还指导老师们每人创作了一首三行情诗,授课效果拉满。很喜欢这种师生换位学习的工作坊形式,期待以后能有更多主题的有学生主讲的工作坊。

Last Friday I attended a student workshop called "Poetry and My Story with Xu Zhimo". Before that, I thought that today's students might not be so fond of poetry as a literary form, but I was surprised by the performance of the workshop leader, Chen Haoyuan. He showed us a heartfelt love for poetry, especially modern poetry, and an extraordinary creative talent, with delicate emotions and precise expressions. While explaining his poetry creation experience to the teachers, Haoyuan also instructed the teachers to create a three-line love poem each, which was full of teaching effect. I liked this kind of workshop format of student sharing, and I look forward to more student-led workshops in the future.

参加完八段锦工作坊后,我感受到这种传统气功锻炼不仅能舒缓身心,还能增强身体的柔韧性和力量。每一个动作都与呼吸相结合,带来了内在的平静和能量流动。通过这个工作坊,我对八段锦的健康益处有了更深的理解,并且期待在日常生活中继续实践这些技巧。

After attending the Ba Duan Jin workshop, I felt that this traditional qi gong exercise not only soothed the body and mind, but also strengthened the body's flexibility and strength. Each movement is combined with one’s breathing to bring inner peace and better energy flow. Through this workshop, I gained a deeper understanding of the health benefits of Ba Duan Jin and look forward to continuing to practice these techniques in my daily life.

这次工作坊对我而言,不仅是一次知识的输出,更是一次自我成长的旅程。与老师们共同探索小说的叙事奥秘,让我更加深刻地理解了这部作品的魅力,也让我对叙事学在文学教学和作品解读中的应用有了更多的思考。我期待未来能继续在文学的世界里与更多人同行,共同挖掘作品背后的宝藏。

At the end of the workshop, the teachers actively shared their gains, their new understanding of the narratology of "Alive" and their deep understanding of the theme and emotion of the work, which helped to assure me that the workshop had achieved the desired results. Their feedback was not only an affirmation of my work, but also a motivation for me to continue to study and share my literary works.

For me, this workshop was not only an output of knowledge, but also a journey of self-growth. Exploring the narrative mysteries of the novel with the teachers gave me a deeper understanding of the charm of this work, and also made me think more about the application of narratology in literary teaching and the interpretation of works. I look forward to continuing to walk with more people in the world of literature in the future and jointly discover the treasures behind works.

上周五,我有幸参加了由Logo老师主持的关于“膝关节损伤自测及运动康复”的工作坊。整个活动令我受益匪浅,对膝关节损伤及其康复有了更深入的理解。

首先,Logo老师的讲解非常细致,无论是关于膝关节结构的基础知识,还是具体损伤类型的识别,她都用生动的案例和简明的语言进行了深入浅出的阐述。这让我对膝关节损伤的成因和症状有了清晰的认识。

此外,在运动康复部分,Logo老师提供了一系列实用的自测方法和康复运动。通过现场演示和指导,我不仅了解了如何正确评估膝关节的状况,还掌握了一些简单可行的康复练习。老师特别强调了动作的规范性和个体差异的重要性,提醒我们在日常运动中如何有效预防损伤。

整个过程中,Logo老师还非常耐心地回答了参与者的提问,使得工作坊的氛围既专业又轻松。通过这次学习,我感受到了一种全新的健康管理方式,并对未来如何更好地保护和护理膝关节充满信心。

Last Friday, I had the pleasure of attending a workshop on "Knee Injury Self-Assessment and Sports Rehabilitation" led by Mr. Logo. The whole event benefited me a lot and gave me a deeper understanding of knee injuries and their rehabilitation.

First of all, Ms. Logo's explanation was very detailed, whether it was the basic knowledge of knee joint structure or the identification of specific injury types, he used vivid cases and concise language to explain things at a simple level. This gave me a clear understanding of the causes and symptoms of knee injuries.

In addition, in the sports rehabilitation part, Logo teachers were provided a series of practical self-assessment methods and rehabilitation exercises. Through live demonstrations and guidance, I not only learned how to properly assess the condition of the knee joint, but also mastered some simple and feasible rehabilitation exercises. The teacher especially emphasized the standardization of movements and the importance of individual differences, reminding us how to effectively prevent injuries in daily sports.

During the whole process, Mr. Logo also answered the participants' questions very patiently, making the atmosphere of the workshop both professional and relaxed. Through this study, I felt a new way of health management and gained confidence with respect to how to better protect and care for my knee joints in the future.

Thank you very much for your careful preparation and wonderful sharing, Mr. Logo. I look forward to more opportunities to participate in similar workshops in the future!

在漆扇DIY和植物拓染包包制作活动中,我不仅体验到了传统手工艺的魅力,还收获了一份内心的宁静与满足。在快节奏的学校教育工作中,这样的活动无疑是一种难得的放松和享受。这次活动也让我深刻体会到了团队合作的重要性。在制作过程中,同组老师们互相帮助、调颜料、贴植物,彼此之间的距离更加亲近了。希望以后能有更多这样的机会,让我们在工作之余,也能享受到生活的美好与乐趣,提升职业幸福感。

In the DIY lacquer fan making activity, I not only experienced the charm of traditional handicrafts, but also gained a sense of inner peace and satisfaction. In the fast-paced work of school education, such activities are undoubtedly a rare time of relaxation and enjoyment. This event also made me deeply appreciate the importance of teamwork. In the production process, teachers in the same group helped each other, mixed paints, and pasted plants, with the ‘distance’ between them decreasing. I hope that there will be more opportunities like this in the future, so that we can enjoy the beauty and fun of life and enhance our professional happiness in addition to work.

上周五有幸参加卢珊的视频剪辑工作坊,我收获颇丰。在这里,我领略到了视频剪辑的魅力,也体验到了创作的乐趣。通过老师的悉心指导,我学会了如何选取镜头、搭配音乐和剪辑视频。虽然过程中遇到了不少挑战,但每一次的突破都让我倍感喜悦。这次工作坊不仅让我掌握了视频剪辑的基本技巧,更让我对创作有了更深刻的理解。感谢学校为我们提供这次宝贵的学习机会,期待未来我能用镜头记录下更多美好瞬间。

Last Friday, I had the pleasure of attending Lu Shan's video editing workshop, and I learned a lot. Here, I appreciated the charm of video editing and the joy of creating. Through the guidance of the workshop leader, I learned how to choose shots, match music and edit videos. Although I encountered many challenges along the way, I was very happy with every breakthrough. This workshop not only allowed me to master the basic skills of video editing, but also gave me a deeper understanding of creation. I would like to thank the school for providing us with this valuable learning opportunity, and I look forward to recording more beautiful moments with my camera in the future.

Participating in student Gaoqiao's (pen name) poetry workshop was like embarking on a passionate journey back to youth. There was also an emotional heart under the handsome appearance of Gaoqiao, which led the attending teachers into the torrent of poetry. When Gaoqiao shared his poems and background, he looked confident and vigorous. It was not so much that he was infected by his poetry, but, by his state of complete self-acceptance, as if every emotion of life passes through his body, emotions and mind, he is able to finally output poetry from his mouth, as natural and smooth as flowing water and without hindrance. Behind this vigorous vitality is the complete acceptance and support of Gaoqiao himself, his parents and teachers.
