自立少年，绽放青春力量！—— 青浦协和初中六年级人文行走课程

我们玩了很多有趣的游戏，还自己动手做饭。当我吃到自己做的第一口饭时，一种复杂的情感涌上心头。我突然体会到父母平日里做饭的辛苦，也感受到了自立带来的快乐。这次“人文行走”不仅仅是和朋友们增进感情的旅程，更是对我自立能力的一次考验。它让我明白，我们不能总是做温室里被保护的花朵，要学会自立，勇敢地面对生活中的各种挑战。就像罗曼·罗兰说的：“世上只有一种英雄主义，就是在认清生活的真相之后依然热爱生活。”我们在成长的道路上，要不断地锻炼自己，走向自立自强。 

We played many fun games and even cooked our own meals. When I took the first bite of the food I prepared, a complex mix of emotions surged through me. I suddenly realized the effort my parents put into cooking every day and felt the joy that comes with self-reliance. This Humanities Walk experience was not just a journey to strengthen bonds with friends, but also a test of my ability to be independent. It taught me that we cannot always be sheltered like flowers in a greenhouse - we must learn to be self-reliant and face life's challenges bravely. As Romain Rolland said, "There is only one heroism in the world: to see the world as it is and to love it.” On our path of growth, we must continuously train ourselves to become self-sufficient and resilient.

为什么一次人文行走课程也会有主题，我带着这个问题踏上了这次旅途，我对此充满了期待，充满了向往，也充满了好奇......

当大巴摇摇晃晃地抵达了目的地，我才隐约的意识到这次旅行主题——“自立少年”的意义。

没有看到豪华的酒店，没有热情的服务人员，更没有精致无比的菜肴，一切都看着那么的原生态......

饭要自己做，物品要自己理，同时，懂得了识别野菜的能力，了解了打绳结和捕鱼的技能，这充实的两天，让我学会了自理，也突然理解了“自立”。

何为自立，它是需要我们逐渐摆脱依赖他人或外部条件来维持生活的一种状态。

若要自立，必先学会自理，这便是这次秋游带给我最大的感悟及收获。

Why does an autumn outing have a theme? With this question in mind, I embarked on this journey, filled with anticipation, longing, and curiosity...

It wasn't until the bus wobbled its way to our destination that I began to grasp the significance of the theme for this trip — “Self-Reliant Youth.”

There were no luxurious hotels, no welcoming staff, and no exquisite meals; everything appeared so natural and unrefined...

We had to cook our own meals, organize our own belongings, learn to identify wild vegetables, and acquire skills like knot tying and fishing. These two fulfilling days taught me self-care and, more importantly, the meaning of self-reliance.

What does it mean to be self-reliant? It's a state where we gradually eliminate dependency on others or overcome external conditions to sustain our lives.

To be self-reliant, we must first learn to take care of ourselves. This is the greatest insight and takeaway from this autumn outing.

在所有的活动之中，我最喜欢的就是“高空拓展”了，参与的同学需要爬上一个十分高且细的柱子，然后站立在柱子顶端的一个不大的圆盘上，再腾空跳向一个类似衣架的杆子并抓住它。这非常考验同学们的体能和勇气，但却丝毫不能阻挡大家的热情，很多同学都跃跃欲试，我也一样。轮到我站上去的时候，我的内心非常的激动和兴奋，这还是我第一次一个人独立去完成一个高空项目，下面还有很多同学在为我呐喊助威。虽然最后我并没有完全成功，但我还是觉得自己已经很棒，有机会我还要尝试挑战并超越自我，我想这也是这次人文行走活动给我带来的最大的收货。

Among all the activities, my favourite was the "High Ropes Challenge." Participants had to climb a very tall and narrow pole, stand on a small platform at the top, then leap into the air to grab a bar similar to a coat hanger. This activity truly tested our physical abilities and courage, but it didn’t dampen anyone’s enthusiasm. Many students were eager to try it, and I was no exception. When it was my turn, I felt a surge of excitement and exhilaration. It was my first time completing a high-altitude challenge on my own, and my fellow classmates were cheering me on from below. Although I didn’t fully succeed in the end, I still felt proud of myself. I look forward to trying again and surpassing my limits. I believe this is the greatest takeaway from the Humanities Walk excursion for me.

这次的人文行走课程学校带我们到了太湖牛仔风情度假村这里有着十分丰富的游玩项目。

牛仔土灶﹣变成专业的厨师，和伙伴们齐心协力，做出美味的饭菜。

For this autumn outing, our school took us to Suzhou Taihu Cowboy Resort, which offered a wealth of exciting activities.

Not only was the scenery there breathtaking, with picturesque landscapes, but we also got to experience various activities like horseback riding, archery, and go-karting.

Let me introduce some of the fun activities to you!

Horseback Riding — Transforming into dashing knights, we galloped with the wind whistling past our ears.

Myanmar Bridge — We experienced a challenge requiring courage and strength as we simulated the Red Army’s daring capture of the Luding Bridge during the Long March.

Cowboy Rustic Cooking — We became professional chefs, working with our friends to prepare delicious meals.

There were many more activities, but I’ll leave those for you to discover and experience yourself!

这两日进行的活动基本上是以实践为主。最让我记忆犹新的就是第一天自己烧晚饭的活动。因为大家都是城市里娇生惯养的孩子，从小就没有体验过农村人甘苦并存的生活，所以在这晚的实践中，我们略显得混乱了些。有的伙伴在灶台对面烧火棍，却不小心把火烧太大了；有的人忙着去拿菜品，东奔西跑的不亦乐乎；还有的人只是坐在座位上，等待着现成的菜试吃。这个试吃的活看似最轻松，实则最困难。因为其中倒霉的我连着吃了两道没熟的素菜，那道生土豆着实让我产生了阴影。为了大家能吃到正常的东西，我终究还是承受了所有。虽然有些辛苦，但还是很有成就感的。

The activities over these two days were primarily hands-on. What left the deepest impression on me was the first night's activity of cooking dinner ourselves. Since we are all city kids, pampered and sheltered, we had never experienced the bittersweet life of rural living. As a result, our efforts that evening were a bit chaotic. Some were tending the fire on the opposite side of the stove, but accidentally made it too large; others were busy fetching ingredients, running around in excitement; and some just sat waiting to sample the ready dishes. Sampling seemed like the easiest task, but it was actually the hardest. Unluckily for me, I ended up tasting two undercooked vegetable dishes, and the raw potatoes gave me quite a fright. Still, I endured it all so that everyone could have something properly cooked. Despite the challenges, I felt a real sense of accomplishment.
