2024年8月10日至11月10日在HOW昊美术馆三楼展厅一推出艺术家刘真辰的个展「时间在倾斜」。
From 10th August to 10th November, 2024, the solo exhibition "Tilted Time" by artist Liu Zhenchen will be held in the exhibition hall on the third floor of HOW Art Museum.

在科技与消费主义交织的当下,刘真辰以独特的视角审视时间,通过《万花筒》系列等电脑算法生成的虚拟幻像,展现光怪陆离的世界;而《Panacea》系列则通过铜版拓印植物,将自然之美封存于作品之中,让人在喧嚣中寻得一丝宁静与质朴。
In the current era of intertwined technology and consumerism, Liu Zhenchen examines time from a unique perspective, using computer algorithms to generate virtual illusions such as the "Kaleidoscope" series to showcase a bizarre and colorful world. Furthermore the “Panacea” series, by imprinting plants on copper plates, encapsulates the beauty of nature within its works, providing a sense of tranquility and simplicity amidst the hustle and bustle.

刘真辰在《冰碑》中用冰块融化、蒸发的过程象征气候变化的力量,各国国旗的颜色交融成难以预料的画面,警示人类透支自然资源的后果。在刘真辰的影像作品中他通过细腻的镜头语言,捕捉生活中的温情与变迁。揭示日常难以察觉的“视觉潜意识”,展现人与人之间的离别与成长,以及城市变迁中的记忆与遗忘。
In "Ice Monument", Liu Zhenchen uses the process of melting and evaporating ice to symbolize the power of climate change, and the colors of national flags blend into an unpredictable picture, warning humans of the consequences of overdrawing natural resources.
In Liu Zhenchen's video works, he captures the warmth and changes in life through the delicate language of his lens. It reveals the 'visual subconsciousness' that is difficult to detect in daily life, and shows the separation and growth between people, as well as the memory and forgetting in the process of urban change.

新作《Avant l'orage》(暴风雨前)与《Après l'orage》(暴雨过后)刘真辰用鲜艳的色彩与古老的元素,探讨大数据与人工智能时代下,人们对于未来的不确定与憧憬。前者以艳粉色龟壳象征未卜的前途,后者则以丹麦海滩上的木化石探讨远古与未来的对话,展现了艺术家对大数据、人工智能时代人类命运的深刻思考。
In his new works "Avant l'orage" and "Après l'orage", Liu Zhenchen uses bright colors and ancient elements to explore people's uncertainty and longing for the future in the era of big data and artificial intelligence.
The former uses the bright pink turtle shell to symbolize the uncertain future, while the latter explores the dialogue between ancient and future through the fossilized wood on the Danish beach, showing the artist's deep reflection on the fate of humanity in the era of big data and artificial intelligence.

2024年8月10日至10月27日在HOW昊美术馆三楼VIP展厅推出艺术家lilyma马莉的个展「尤物」。电视剧《玫瑰的故事》刘亦菲饰演的女主角黄亦玫美术作品由艺术家lilyma马莉原创。
From 10th August to 27th October, 2024, a solo exhibition of the artist Lillyma entitled “Stunner” will be held in the VIP exhibition hall on the third floor of HOW Art Museum. The artworks of the heroine Huang Yimei, played by Liu Yifei in the TV series "Story of Rose", were originally created by artist Lilyma.

江南水乡滋养了马莉的艺术灵魂,传统戏曲与现代电影的双重背景,让她在创作中自由穿梭,不被任何形式所限。她的作品,是情感的真挚流露,是色彩的自由挥洒。《粉红沙滩》系列,以自然奇观为灵感,将“尸骨群上的浪漫”化为画布上的绚烂,展现了她对自然深刻的思考与想象。
The waterside towns of the regions south of the Yangtze River have nourished Mali's artistic soul. Her dual background in traditional opera and modern film allows her to navigate freely in her creations, unconstrained by any particular form.
Her works are genuine expressions of emotion and unrestrained flourishes of color. Inspired by natural wonders, the "Pink Beach" series transforms the "romance amidst a sea of bones" into a canvas of splendor, showcasing her profound thoughts and imagination about nature.

In Mali's art, female figures intertwine with natural landscapes, as she wields her brush like a sword to gently reclaim the gazed-upon subjectivity. The "Moli's Heart" series extends her personal perspective and boldly displays the authentic desires and beauty of women. With straightforward yet delicate brushstrokes, she challenges traditional aesthetics and redefines feminine beauty.

《莫莉花色》与《人间尤物》系列,是马莉对生命态度的深情告白。她以花为媒,将花朵转化为美好本身的象征,每一朵都承载着她对生命的热爱与尊重。《立夏:玫瑰花园》中,玫瑰与女性人物的交织,是她真实生活方式的艺术再现,也是她对生命之美的深情颂歌。
The "Moli's Fantasy" and "The Stunning Beauties" series serve as Mali's heartfelt declarations of her attitude towards life. Using flowers as the medium, she transforms them into symbols of beauty itself, each one bearing her love and respect for life. In "Beginning of Summer: The Rose Story," the intertwining of roses and female figures is an artistic representation of her authentic lifestyle and a passionate ode to the beauty of life.

马莉在手稿中写道“…用现实本身批判现实,也可以用赞美本身赞美生命。”她以发现本源之美并用其对抗虚无的方式,又何尝不是尤物的本意?
In her manuscript, Lilyma writes," ...to criticise reality with reality itself, or to praise life with praise itself." Her approach of discovering and using the beauty of origins to confront emptiness is, in essence, the very meaning of " Stunner ".

The third floor of the HOW Art Museum's exhibition hall 2 will present a solo exhibition of artist Farley Agauilar entitled “Immunity And Discord” , which will feature 21 paintings by the artist.

艺术家法利·阿吉拉尔,以其独特的视角和深刻的思考,再次在昊美术馆呈现一场视觉盛宴——“匿名者”。此次展览,阿吉拉尔巧妙地将西方历史与当代社会议题交织,通过艺术的语言,引领我们穿梭于爱德华时代的奢华与工业革命后的苦难,最终聚焦于不同阶级人群的生活状态,探讨肤色、种族、性别与社会平衡等深刻议题。
The artist Farley Aguilar, with his unique perspective and provocative interpretations, has once again presented a visual feast at the Hao Art Museum - " Immunity and Discord".
In this exhibition, Aguilar skillfully intertwined Western history with contemporary social issues, leading us through the language of art to shuttle between the luxury of the Edwardian era and the suffering of the Industrial Revolution, and ultimately focusing on the living conditions of different classes of people, exploring profound issues such as skin color, race, gender, and social balance.

From the satire of " Sauvage Effete " to the shock of " Fur and Flood ", Aguilar has been constantly exploring and presenting the complexities of Western society with his works. Nowadays, "Immunity and Discord" is not only a review of the past, but also a look into the future. The " Immunity and Discord" in his paintings, although without a name, is every soul that has ever existed, and their emotions, struggles, and hopes are forever captured on Aguilar's canvas.

In Aguilar's works, the faces and limbs of the characters are given a unique treatment, with both comical and bizarre humor and surrealistic mystery. Through twisted lines, rough brushstrokes, and psychedelic colors, he transforms images into paintings, emphasizing the close connection between the identity of the characters and the environment. This unique artistic language not only allows us to see the traces of history, but also allows us to feel the artist's deep reflection on the current society.
