To celebrate the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between France and China, alongside the Franco-Chinese Year of Cultural Tourism, the Embassy of France in China, in collaboration with the Institut Français, proudly presents the ' Semaine de l’Art à Shanghai, la France est là! ' artistic walking route for everyone to enjoy, scheduled from October 30th to November 10th, 2024!

西岸艺术与设计博览会和ART021两大艺术博览会，将作为此次艺术周的亮点，汇聚来自法国的8名艺术家、15家画廊和4家文化机构展位。更有12名法国高级别艺术机构代表和策展人组成的访问团亲临现场，与你共话艺术之美。
The West Bund Art & Design and ART021, two major art expos, will serve as highlights of this art week, gathering 8 artists, 15 galleries, and 4 cultural institution exhibitors from France. Further to this, a delegation consisting of 12 high-level representatives and curators from French art institutions will be present at the scene to engage with you in discussions about the beauty of art.
此外，手工艺、现当代艺术、沉浸式体验和公共艺术等展览也将在扎根上海的法国画廊和艺术机构中精彩呈现，让你全方位领略法国创作的多样魅力。

唐妮诗画廊《艺术史》
DANYSZ Garllery Art History
展览以法国-塞尔维亚籍艺术家武克·维多的艺术项目《艺术史》为核心，该项目已持续20年，并定期更新，艺术家在每一版中添加一位艺术家及其代表的概念，体现出对艺术世界的批判性解读。
为庆祝该系列的20周年，展览中展示了限量版的最新版本，并增加了一行新的内容：印第安纳代表爱。
此外，展览还汇聚了多位当今塑造当代艺术新格局的艺术家作品，包括JonOne的街头艺术、Obvious对艺术与人工智能的挑战、Saype的大地艺术以及中国新兴艺术家林子楠的作品。
In November, the Danysz Gallery will bring art lovers a group exhibition, Art History, which focuses on the art project 'Art History' by Vuk Vidor.
Vuk Vidor is a renowned Franco-Serbian contemporary artist who graduated from the Beaux-Arts in Paris. His art project “Art History” has been going on for the past 20 years. It is a work that the artist regularly increases line by line, adding to each version an artist and the concept that characterizes him or her.
A word for each artist can be a perilous exercise, a sharp yet critical reading of the art world. To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the series the new version features a new line: INDIANA OWNS LOVE.
To add to this perception of Art History we have also added in the exhibition works of artists that are now shaping the new landscape of contemporary art, from JonOne whose work is very influential in Street Art, Obvious who is challenging the limits of Art & AI, Saype who is reinvigorating landscapes and Zinan Lam who is a talented emerging Chinese artist to follow.

Almine Rech, a gallery originating from Paris in 1989, presented the first solo exhibition of Japanese artist En Iwamura 'Glances and Echoes' in Shanghai on October 25th, 2024.
在「回眸余音」展览中，岩村远运用了日本哲学中的“间”（Ma）概念，这一概念包含距离、瞬间、空间、关系等多重含义。他通过因地制宜的装置艺术，为观众创造了一个自行认识“间”的机会，让观众在空间中感受人与人或人与地方之间合适或舒适的“间”，并在特定时刻提供一种特定的关系。
In the 'Glances and Echoes' exhibition, En Iwamura employed the concept of 'Ma' from Japanese philosophy, which encompasses multiple meanings such as distance, moment, space, and relationship.
Through site-specific installation art, he created an opportunity for viewers to understand 'Ma' on their own, allowing them to feel the appropriate or comfortable 'Ma' between people or between people and places within the space, and offering a specific relationship at a particular moment.

At the exhibition site, Iwamura's works captivated the attention of numerous viewers with their unique artistic language and profound philosophical reflections.
His works not only demonstrated the charm of ceramic art but also, through the utilization of space and scale, prompted viewers to contemplate the relationships between people and space, as well as between individuals, while appreciating the art.
行云流墨——巴黎赛努奇博物馆藏现当代中国绘画展
The Journey of Ink ——Modern and Contermporary Chinese Paintings from the Musée Cernuschi
东一美术馆携手欧洲规模最大、成立最早的亚洲博物馆之一的法国赛努奇博物馆，推出现当代中国绘画展“行云流墨”。
Bund One Art Museum and one of the earliest and largest Asian art-focused museum in Europe, the Musée Cernuschi, jointly launched the contemporary Chinese painting exhibition 'The Journey Of Ink'.
本次展览汇集徐悲鸿、林风眠、赵无极、朱德群、常玉、潘玉良、吴冠中等36位中国艺术巨匠的 89 件巅峰之作，这次典藏是首次在中国内地集中展出，更是迄今为止赛努奇博物馆在中国举办的最大规模特展。
This exhibition brings together 89 masterpieces of 36 Chinese art masters, including Xu Beihong, Lin Fengmian, Zao Wou-ki, Zhu Dequn, Chang Yu, Pan Yulin and Wu Guanzhong. It is the first time this collection has been exhibited in China, and it is also the largest special exhibition held by the Musée Cernuschi in China so far.

At the exhibition site, Chinese masters from various fields such as micro-carving, tin embroidery, inlaid mother-of-pearl, wood carving, bamboo carving and eggshell lacque will engage in fascinating exchanges of skill and imagination with artisan masters from the Comité Colbert.
Together, they will showcase their exquisite skills and ingeniously crafted works in their respective fields, opening the eyes of the audience and providing a deeper understanding of the outstanding achievements in craftsmanship between China and France.
