我们的精神苦痛与这个世界的距离:

公共和全球精神健康共学共创邀请




当徐州的事折射出农村精神病人多困境,湖南25岁规培生在遗书中写到:“我真的好累,想回去休息了。……我以为熬过这几天就好了,可这就是个死循环。”

在饱含泪水地和死者告别后,我们想起鲁迅对我们年青人的期许:“做事的做事,能发声的发声。有一分热,发一分光,就令萤火一般,也可以在黑暗里发一点光,不必等候炬火。”

我们邀请你,和我们一起打破关于精神健康的迷思:

🄰一个人感觉不好,是仅仅ta个人的原因吗?

🄱精神健康,只是关乎少数人的权利、健康和福祉吗?

🄲心理咨询真的只是江湖骗术,还不如算命吗?

🄳心理学只不过是一种新宗教或者传销吗?

🄴为什么你的爸爸妈妈,每次听到你提起原生家庭创伤,就厌烦?

不论你是精神疾病的当事人、照护者还是精神健康服务从业者,或者你只是关心自己的精神健康,我们希望和你一起去思考:

🄰 如何将个人的精神健康和接受的精神健康服务,置于更大的宏观社会政策中,以及如何在国际比较的视野下审视当今的精神卫生公共服务

🄱 如何在既有的公共政策中,增加精神健康这个维度的考量,提升精神健康这一议题的可见度,以及为更多人能够接受普惠性精神健康服务而努力

🄲 如何弥合心理健康公共教育、精神医学公共教育以及精神疾病去污名化运动之间的裂痕以及如何弥合精神医学临床工作和公共政策的预防和保护性因素之间的学科视野裂痕

🄳 在临床工作中,如何培养和实践自己的结构胜任力,以及发现社会不公是如何导致弱势人群和边缘人群出现了不佳的精神健康状况


作为共学共创的发起人,我会发起以下两个共学社群:

其中第一个社群以《公共精神卫生》此书为核心,以结构胜任力这一概念去审视和再概念化我们作为当事人患者和从业者的经验,同时经由我们的经验延展和想象更多的可能性。



《公共精神卫生》共学:

每次时间两个小时,每周六晚20点到22点

公共精神卫生的活动形式:

每次时间两个小时,每周六晚20点到22点

时间:2024年11月上旬开始,共20次。

内容包含:

(1)第一部分:知识点讨论,不一定要买书,作为领读人会分享

(2)第二部分:文字or开麦互动,共建一个接纳安全的空间,深化知识点,遇见不同的人。


费用:押金99元(20次),允许请假一次,节假日会顺延共学日程。全勤的伙伴,押金三个工作日内全部退还。为了鼓励小组参与。活动开始前可退出,活动开始后参与但不发言者视为缺勤。


带领者:大新,人类学硕士,抑郁症亲历者,对医学史和健康社会学有隆厚的兴趣,曾在国际非政府组织、社工机构等与残障家庭、生物多样性脆弱社区、海洛因成瘾者、抑郁症、双相情感障碍以及慢性疼痛患者一起工作过,译审了《社会学与人类学哲学》以及《认知行为疗法中的核心胜任力》
