轮状病毒是一种重要的人兽共患病毒,腹泻是其常见症状,此外,轮状病毒也被认为是胆道闭锁的诱因之一。此前已有包括RRV株(G3P[3]型)在内的数个轮状病毒毒株被证明可导致小鼠产生胆道闭锁症状,并且其VP4上的SRL肽段被证明在其中发挥重要作用。MSLH14株轮状病毒为A群G3P[3]型轮状病毒,分离于蝙蝠,并且此前已被证明可导致昆明鼠产生严重腹泻。由于该毒株与RRV同属于G3P[3]型轮状病毒,并且包含SRL肽段,于是本研究进一步探索该毒株是否可以导致小鼠产生胆道闭锁症状。研究结果表明,经腹腔注射,该毒株可导致BALB/c乳鼠出现胆道闭锁症状,MMP7、GGT、ALT、AST等相关关键指标显著升高,此外,本研究也发现,MSLH14可以体外感染人胆管细胞,表明了潜在的公共卫生风险。Fig. 1.
