科学假说图是国自然项目关键的两张图之一（另外一张图是技术路线图），所以大家都很重视科学假说图的绘制，今天来推荐一种假说图的一种常见样式——“左右(上下)对分式”。大致结构是这样的：
这种假说图的构成是分为左右(上下)两部分，可以根据“正常”-“疾病”划分，也可以根据不同的主题进行（比如巨噬细胞M1-M2）等，比较适合讲两种情况的故事框架。比如在正常情况下，由于A基因表达较低，信号通路A被抑制，细胞状态为1；在疾病情况下，A基因表达升高，明显激活信号通路A，细胞状态转换为2，所以大家可以用在各种“转换”和“重编程”的主题上。
