项目介绍（Project Instruction）
桐乡华润万象汇位于浙江省桐乡市新永丰路398号，旨在打造桐乡市级最高品质的商业标杆，提供丰富、动态，且高效的购物体验，形成桐乡年轻品质家庭生活中心，商业总面积约为10万方，项目于2024年6月28日开业。Tongxiang MixC is located at 398 Xinyongfeng
Road, Tongxiang City, Zhejiang Province. The development aims to set a new
benchmark for high-quality retail in Tongxiang, offering a rich, dynamic, and
efficient shopping experience. It is designed to be a lifestyle center for
young, quality-conscious families in the city. The total commercial area covers
approximately 100,000 square meters, and the project officially opened on June
28, 2024.
桐乡，凤栖梧桐的传说，给设计注入第一丝灵感。来自于凤凰羽毛和烈火的暖色调，成为贯彻于项目室内外的基础色。建筑立面方案以“小镇屋脊”传统村落屋脊线语言在入口标志性体量中引入檐口细节，灯光设计以此为灵感着力展现江南民居与运河文化的韵味；室内灯光则延续“游园”的设计概念，用艺术、自然的灯光手法打造空间里的山水园林，渲染室内外温暖与明亮的空间氛围。The legend of Fengqi Wutong in Tongxiang
inspired the design from the very beginning. Warm tones derived from phoenix
feathers and fire form the core color palette throughout both the interior and
exterior. The architectural facade features eave details reminiscent of
traditional village rooflines, incorporated into the iconic entrance. The
lighting design draws from this inspiration to showcase the elegance of
Jiangnan residential architecture and canal culture. Interior lighting follows
the "garden tour" concept, employing artistic and natural lighting
techniques to create a garden-like ambiance, enriching the warm and inviting

外立面方案效果图
“水乡小镇”为外立面照明设计理念，以3500K为整体灯光基调，用屋脊灯光语言描摹建筑形态，展现水乡小镇人家邻里相接的生活写照；4000K横向线性灯光融合动态场景，寓意运河文化与人居环境中承载了浓厚历史底蕴的“水”元素。The facade lighting design is inspired by the
theme of a "water town." The overall lighting uses a 3500K color
temperature, with ridge lighting techniques outlining the building's form,
reflecting the close-knit community life typical of water towns. The 4000K
horizontal linear lighting integrates dynamic elements, symbolizing the
"water" component deeply rooted in canal culture and historical
living environments.
外立面照明规划旨在通过屋脊的光影变换来体现时间的更迭与人们生活节奏之间的联系，借由不同体块的转折连接与材质的光影对比赋予建筑更多的韵味。The facade lighting plan aims to reflect the
passage of time and its connection to the rhythm of people's lives through the
interplay of light and shadow on the ridges. The transitions and connections
between different architectural volumes, combined with the contrast of light
and shadow on various materials, imbue the building with additional depth and
charm.
亮点空间
Highlight Space
商业主入口运用洗墙方式将玻璃盒子通透的体块感表达得恰如其分，光影结合背衬板与玻璃彩釉之间交错的图案，提升了主入口空间的灯光层次感；结合屋顶公共艺术项目《丰羽》的设置，延续了凤栖梧桐的传说，凤凰于飞的姿态也进一步激发了场地活力。The main commercial entrance employs a
wall-washing technique to effectively highlight the transparent, box-like form
of the glass structure. The interplay of light and shadow with the intricate
patterns between the backing panels and glass frit enhances the lighting depth
at the entrance. The rooftop public art installation, Feng Yu, continues the
Fengqi Wutong legend, with the phoenix's soaring posture further invigorating
the space.
入口门厅两侧立面材质为三色铝板，我们采用了经典的外投光方式，保证立面简洁的同时，营造出温暖明快的夜景氛围，增加了商业入口空间的可识别性。The facade of both sides of the entrance lobby
features three-colored aluminum panels. Classic floodlighting techniques have
been used to preserve the facade's simplicity while creating a warm and vibrant
nighttime atmosphere, thus improving the recognizability of the commercial
entrance.集成化灯杆设计
穿孔铝板立面段是建筑夜间又一视觉亮点，通过设置线性灯具照亮内部空腔，提升了建筑物的空间感与艺术感，在夜间为建筑增添了温馨与朦胧的美感。The perforated aluminum panel facade is another
visual highlight at night. Linear lighting illuminates the internal cavities,
enhancing the spatial and artistic appeal of the building and adding a warm,
ethereal quality to the structure.
内庭院在打造一座座“浮玉小岛“的同时，通过建筑与景观灯光的结合，渲染了活力热闹的夜景氛围，为市民带来惬意、富有松弛感的生活里巷。The inner courtyard, designed with
"floating jade islands," uses a blend of architectural and landscape
lighting to create a lively and vibrant nighttime atmosphere, providing

室内灯光游园体验
Interior Lighting Garden Tour Experience
室内灯光则延续“游园”的设计概念，在不同空间打造理水叠山的微缩园林。室内灯光以3500K为基调，夜晚给人以优雅、舒适的高品质商业灯光环境。The interior lighting follows the "garden
tour" design concept, creating miniature gardens with water and rock
features in different spaces. Set at a 3500K color temperature, the lighting
provides an elegant and comfortable high-quality commercial environment at
night.

步入室内空间，光影结合“曲水悬石”的自然线条、具有层次的金属立面，哑光与亮光面材质的交替，呈现出波光粼粼、层层叠叠的水岸意境。团队经过多次现场调试忠实的还原了室内造型流畅自然的走势，并高品质的呈现了熠熠生辉的连桥效果。曲与直在空间中碰撞出重叠、交错的美感。As you enter the interior space, the interplay
of light and shadow with the natural lines of "curved water and suspended
rocks," layered metal facades, and alternating matte and glossy surfaces
creates a shimmering, layered riverside ambiance. Following multiple on-site
adjustments, the team has faithfully captured the smooth and natural flow of
the interior design, showcasing a high-quality, radiant bridge effect. The
contrast between curves and straight lines produces a beautifully overlapping

倾斜的屋面造型与排布有序的灯光联动，重复构成、简化设计。光与影的碰撞使空间更具韵律感，星空光桥在简洁、明快的长空间中秩序构成，游园仰视，犹如置身于星舟般自在；为空间增添一份松弛感的同时，带出更富有层次感的节奏，形成整个狭长动线中的独特光影感受。乌镇传统手工艺的竹编艺术的引入，自然演绎长檐光桥，竹编漫步的品质人文生活空间。The sloping roof design interacts with the
orderly arrangement of lights, creating a repetitive and simplified structure.
The interplay of light and shadow enhances the rhythmic quality of the space.
The starry sky light bridge, precisely crafted in the long, clean space,
invites visitors to look up while exploring the garden, evoking the sensation
of being aboard a starship. This design not only adds a sense of relaxation but
also introduces a layered rhythm, offering a distinctive light and shadow
experience along the narrow pathway. The incorporation of Wuzhen’s traditional
bamboo weaving art naturally interprets the extended eaves light bridge,
creating a refined, culturally enriched space that promotes leisurely strolls.![]()
项目自2022年初启动设计，2024年6月28日盛大开业；设计初期正是上海疫情最为严峻的时期；感谢一路相伴的同路人，彼此的磨合与信任造就了项目的成功；团队成员也在项目过程中成长颇多，风雨过后总能见彩虹，让我们期待后续更多项目的完美呈现。
The project commenced its design phase in early
2022 and celebrated its grand opening on June 28, 2024. The initial design
phase coincided with the most challenging period of the pandemic in Shanghai.
We are profoundly grateful to all those who accompanied us on this journey; it
was our mutual adaptation and trust that contributed to the project's success.
The team also experienced significant growth throughout the project, and as the
saying goes, after the storm comes the rainbow. We look forward to the
successful completion of many more projects in the future.
