LEOX以城市更新、元素互联为基本灯光理念;同时结合地块特色,提炼计算机CPU奔腾的“芯”为设计灵感,通过灯光将建筑群串联,打造空间互联光影效果;结合灯光层次规划及序列感的营造体现新旧建筑的传承与统一。
Design Concept :
LEOX regard urban updating, elements connection as basic light concept; At the same time, it combines plot feature, refines the design inspiration of the Pentium "Core" of computer CPU and makes space interconnection light and shadow effect by connecting building groups through light; it combines light level plan and sense of orders to reflect the inheritance and unification of the old and new buildings.

在城市界面上通过色温统一(3000K,有别于传统办公项目)、亮度控制、灯光引导等方法将建筑群体和周边城市住宅氛围融合为一体,打通城市界面微循环,实现建筑群体灯光氛围与周边民众夜间生活场景的贯通与互联。
On the city interface, it integrates building groups and surrounding urban residential atmosphere through the way of unifying color temperature (3000K, which is different from traditional office project), controlling brightness, guiding light and so on. The connection and interconnection between the light atmosphere of building groups and night life scene of surrounding people will be achieved by opening urban interface microcirculation.
塔楼设计手法:
本项目中,塔楼立面由竖向金属网元素通过错层排布方式构成。灯光则通过底部设置洗墙灯的方式在照亮金属网垂直面的同时,将边界的框型结构打亮,形成一个灯光层次丰富且饱满的腔体。
Tower Design Method:
In this project, tower facade is composed of vertical metal mesh elements arranged in staggered layers. When vertical surface of metal mesh is lightened, the light lightens the frame structure aside to form a cavity full of light layers by setting wall washer at the bottom.
At the beginning of design, LEOX puts forward the "Building integration" design of light and vertical metal mesh material of tower facade and installation and construction of lamps are integrated into building curtain wall. It reflects the design concept of seeing light but not light and perfectly presented the aesthetic sense of architectural structure sequence at night.

幕墙提前预留灯具安装所需结构,且对表面做同色处理。通过软件模拟以及灯光样板来验证灯光方案,以确保最终落地效果。
Curtain wall maintains the structure to install lamps and do homochromatic treatment for facade. Light scheme is checked by software simulation and light mockup to ensure the last landing effect.

外立面照明灯光效果与幕墙材质及幕墙施工工艺息息相关,本案样板段阶段多次验证不同金属网肌理与灯光的效果。分别从:白天建筑效果、室内采光、夜间室外灯光效果、室内眩光控制等维度进行综合评判。我司经过与业主、建筑幕墙顾问及施工单位的多方努力,确保了最终塔楼的整体灯光效果的实现。
Facade lighting effect is closely related with curtain wall quality and construction work. The mockup of project verifies different presentation of vertical metal mesh texture and light for many times. It judges comprehensively from day architecture effect, interior light, facade light effect at night respectively. Through hard work with client, architecture consultant and construction unit, we guarantee the last light presentation of the whole tower.

Uniformity of podium, tower and landscape element presents the simple and elegant image feature.
沿街面舒适温馨灯光氛围,打通城市界面微循环。
The warm and comfortable light atmosphere along street opens urban interface microcirculation.
塔楼以及裙房围合的公共界面通过灯具与建筑立面序列的结合,营造出了明亮、富有节奏及仪式感的灯光氛围。
The public area of tower and podium makes the light atmosphere bright, rhythmic and full of ceremony feeling through integration of lamp and architecture facade sequence.

关于机电设计:
本案内街部分人流量较大,且灯光方案中大多数灯具安装于地面,属于近人且可接触范围内;为确保人身安全,高功率的埋地灯具采用了低压供电设计;但是需要解决低压供电过程中压降问题以及走线优化方案。在此过程中与室内精装、业主、总包,共同协调电源放置、检修口预留及回路路由等技术解决方案,完美解决了低压供电的压降问题,确保了灯光效果的实现。为周边办公白领及社区居民提供一个夜间交流、休憩、放松的安全场所。
Regarding Electromechanical Design:
The inner street of the project is crowded and most lamps are installed on the ground in light scheme, which belongs to close and accessible areas; to ensure safety, high-power buried lamps use the low-stress power supply design; but we need to solve the pressure drop problem of low-stress power supply and take the better wiring scheme. We work with interior hardbound, client and general contracting unit to coordinate related technology solutions together such as power placement, maintenance hole reservation, loop routing and so on. We deal with it perfectly and ensure the realization of light effect. It provides a place to chat at night, have a rest and relax themselves for the surrounding office white-collar and community resident.

关于内容设计:
沿街主立面在缓慢动态灯光呈现的同时进行了亮度的控制,分时段呈现富有韵律的灯光,且避免对周边居民夜间环境造成影响。场景化灯光设计既满足后续运营需求,同时也能起到环保节能的效果。
另外有别于传统媒体立面灯光方案,我司在采用传统照明手法的同时,也对最终立面灯光内容进行了设计,通过与音乐节奏、韵律等产生关联,伴随灯光明暗变换,序列转化、图像图形显示等动态场景的切换,在夜间展示了丰富的立面灯光效果。
Regarding Content Design:
While the slow dynamic light presents, the luminance has been controlled and the time-sharing shows tiny differences to avoid bad effect on surrounding resident. Scenarioized light design not only meets later operation but also plays an environmental role and saves energy.
Additionally, being different from traditional media facade lighting schemes, we design the last facade light when using traditional lighting methods. It produces connection through music rhythm. It also presents rich facade light effect at night as dynamic senses switch about light changes with light and shade, sequence transformation and image and shape display.
