黎欧思照明设计项目分享 l NIO House蔚来中心

8月28日，全球面积最大、首座零碳绿色蔚来中心正式揭幕，建筑整体汲取了蔚来品牌概念，以圆形作为设计元素，是全球唯一可以通过连廊直接参观汽车生产车间的蔚来中心。

蔚来中心|合肥新桥产业园，是全球第一座创新建造的独立蔚来中心。整个独栋圆形建筑与周围方正的工厂形成鲜明对比，更加脱颖而出。整栋建筑共两层，上下两层打通的挑高前厅为室内引入充足的自然光，让空间有更开阔的视野，用户中心、展示中心及交付中心相互融合，置身其中，舒适惬意的环境及空间的灵活布局让体验更具丰富性和惊喜感。

这座蔚来中心与工厂成一体化联合规划，设计师特别设计了廊桥，让跨区域之间有了一个连接的通道；室内廊桥的镜面设计让这个通道巧妙隐藏于空间之中，也为用户的探索之旅增添神秘感与科幻感。

On August 28th, the first zero-carbon green NIO House with the largest global area has opened. The whole building absorbs NIO brand concept and uses the circle as design element, which is the only one that can visit automobile production workshop directly through corridor.

NIO House forms integrated joint planning with factories. The designer specially designs the covered bridge that makes a connecting thoroughfare across regions. The mirror design of interior covered bridge makes it cleverly hide in space and add sense of mystery and science fiction.

合肥蔚来中心的照明设计包含室外和室内部分。通过对蔚来品牌以及建筑师对蔚来中心的设计意图的理解，照明设计从整体地理位置，建筑形态、高度、材料及工艺度上，在设计之初给出了同种意向感的不同方案（如图1）最终选择了从下至上柔和诠释环状格栅根部的方式。格栅的排列特点及通透性决定了从立面不同角度可观测到不同的精细效果变化，特别是斜向视角方向看到的是格栅侧面内外透光效果。

The lighting design of NIO House, Hefei includes the facade and interior. Through understanding of NIO brand and the design idea to this NIO center, lighting design provides different schemes with the same intention about the whole location, architect shape, height, material and craft at the beginning of the design. (Picture 1) And finally, the way about soft interpretation of the root of the ring mounted grille from bottom to top had been chosen. The arrangement characteristics and permeability of grille decide that different detail effect changes, especially inner and outer light transmission effect on the side of the grille from an oblique perspective can be observed from different angles on the facade.

合肥蔚来中心的室内照明相对室外照明，需要场景丰富且更关注用户全天候的感受。她不仅仅是一个车辆展示 、销售及交付的终点，更多的是蔚来用户开始全流程服务及参与整个蔚来生态系统的起点， 在这里，用户们分享欢乐，共同成长，聆听大咖演讲或各种生活方式的主题体验。

Compared to facade lighting, the interior lighting of NIO House needs abundant scenes and pays more attention to users’ daily feeling. It not only a car presentation, sale and end of delivery but also the start of full process service for users and NIO ecosystem. Here, users can share joy, grow up together and listen to speeches from celebrities or themed experiences of various lifestyles.

用户进入入口大厅，首先映入眼帘的是主要系列展示车型，天花轨道射灯及所有其它设备被整理归纳在了均分的设备带中，不同功率及不同角度但同等大小尺寸的轨道以及明装射灯为一个系列，各自分工担任着重点展示及基础照明的职责。

When users walk into the entrance hall, the first that comes to eyes is the main series of display models. The ceiling track spotlights and all other equipment have been organized and summarized in an evenly divided equipment strip. Tracks or surface mounted spotlights with different powers and angles but with the same size form a series. Every part takes the responsibility of key display and basic lighting.

对于两层通高的服务区域，即有休闲漫谈的惬意又能让客户把空间当成移动办公的目的地。照明兼顾了白天及夜间此区域大量日光及西晒的问题，通过简单的调光场景预设，更好的平衡白天及夜间的光照，让空间满足视觉需求的同时更具服务性。

About the service area with two-layer height, it not only brings pleasure of chatting leisurely but also provides a mobile office destination for guests. Lighting solves the problem of a large amount of sunlight and facing west during day and night. The illumination during day and night can be balanced better through simple dimming scene preset, which makes the space more service-oriented while meeting the perspective needs.

对于特别设计的NIO Life 展示区域，照明设计结合了商业展陈的方式，共同打造了第二个层次的灯光系统，更加专属的提供蔚来生态商品独有照明。

The specially-designed NIO Life display area combined with the way of commercial exhibition. It builds the second level of lighting system and more exclusive provision of unique lighting for NIO ecological products.

儿童区和小小工程师区域满足了不同年龄段的小小蔚来用户，他们在合同区通过均匀和柔暖的氛围光在海量绘本及公仔中遨游。而年龄大一些的用户可以在小小工程师主题空间中享受蔚来顶尖系列的车模带给他们的机械科技趣味，灯光配合墙面科技感的吸音材质让专题空间独立及舒适。

Children’s area and little engineer area meet with little NIO users of different ages. They can roam in massive picture books and dolls under the average and soft warm ambient light at hetong area. While the older users can enjoy fun in mechanical technology from NIO top series car models at the little engineer theme area.

“零碳”是新能源汽车企业一直探索的目标。在产品设计、生产制造等方面，越来越多的企业在尝试更绿色的可循环发展模式，蔚来中心｜合肥新桥产业园可视作汽车行业试水绿色建筑和绿色工业领域的重要成果。有业内人士指出，如果这座蔚来中心在后期运营过程中能够持续保持“零碳”标准，有望成为世界上环保程度最高的汽车品牌用户中心。

"Zero Carbon"  is the aim that new energy car enterprises always explore. In terms of product design, production and manufacturing and other ways, more and more enterprises try greener recyclable development model. NIO House, Hefei Xinqiao Industrial Park can be regarded as the important result of trying green building and green industrial field in automobile industry. Industry insiders have pointed out that this NIO House hopes to become the user center of the world's most environmentally friendly automotive brand if it can insist on standard of "Zero Carbon" during the later operation.

蔚来中心｜合肥新桥产业园不但创造了 “全球首座零碳蔚来中心”，实现真正意义上的零碳排放，同时还拿到了WELL金级和 LEED 金级认证，灯光能参与其中并为之做出了贡献是一份荣誉也让我们对节能健康这个永恒的主题增加了信心及使命感。

NIO House, Hefei Xinqiao Industrial Park not only creates “the world's first zero-carbon NIO center” realizing zero-carbon emissions in the true sense but also gets WELL and LEED Gold Certification.
