Dialogue with day and night----Phoenix City Walk, Taizhou, is not only an City Reception Hall but also a living aesthetic space
项目介绍（Project Instruction）
Phoenix City Walk, Taizhou, the representative where is integrated with traditional and modern city lifestyle. The ancient city, Taizhou, has the history of more than 2100 years and it retains many historical sites and human stories. Phoenix Lake, the mother lake of Taizhou, is around the Taizhou City. Ancient buildings and historical sites were built along the river with the dense history sense, While Phoenix City Walk in Taizhou is the new era landmark of this ancient city.
这个由新城集团打造的泰州首个大型开放式公园街区商业项目地跨3个街区，通过丰富的主题设定，特色情景营造，打造了非遗古街、天空之城、潮街九巷、露天影院、深夜酒吧、绿谷公园等多业态内容的“微度假”空间，可以让市民和游客在购物与游览之外，感受丰富的文化和休闲体验。
非遗古街：
Intangible cultural heritage ancient street:
向泰州的传统文化致敬，以特色文创、戏曲元素、非遗文化等强元素符号为基调，展示泰州包容开放的文化底色，是一种传统与乡愁乡音的继续。灯光采用了相对低的照度，突出木质材料，强调建筑的怀旧面貌。
潮街：
Fashion Avenue:
以现代泰州的潮流风尚为基础，通过空间拼贴，展现出活力四射的时尚聚荟中心，如品牌大道，展示高品质的品牌；天空之城，点亮泰州的夜生活，集聚会、live演出、展览于一体。风格更为时尚现代，灯光明亮，通过装饰性的灯具为街区增添了浓厚的商业氛围。
It is based on fashion style of Taizhou. It presents the liveliness and fashion of Livat Center through space collage, like the brand avenue showing high quality brand. Sky Castle lightens the night life in Taizhou and it integrates gatherings, live performances, and exhibitions. The style is more fashionable and modern and the light is bright. The decoration luminaires add denser commercial atmosphere for the street.
绿谷公园：
Green Valley Park:
坐拥情景花园庭院，集商墅，商住功能一体，缔造泰州前所未有的都市高端公园消费场景，空间上通过绿篱进行有效的私域外摆分割，坊巷错落、“叶脉式”连通，打造更立体、更具体验感的商业空间。
It sits in a scene garden courtyard and consists of commercial villa, commercial resident that creates an unprecedented consumption scenario for high-end urban parks in Taizhou. Private territories are effectively segmented through hedges in space. Alleys are scattered and connected in a "leaf vein" manner, which builds a more stereoscopic and more experiential commercial space.
屋顶特设星空花园，创造别样的消费体验，瞰见城市静谧与繁华。
The roof specially set Starry Garden, which creates specific consumption experience. You can see urban peace and bustle in an aerial view.
目前最先面世的区域是最南端的东方印广场，城市会客厅与凤凰展翅膜结构成为街区与城市的接入点。泰州古地图形似凤凰，又称凤凰城，凤城悦天地的标志性建筑就是以凤凰展翅为意向的膜结构，通过跳跃的色彩和对凤凰重生故事的演绎，实现了街区与居民之间的深度对话。
The first to appear now is the Oriental Seal Plaza of the southernmost side. City Reception Hall and the membrane structure with the meaning that Phoenix spreads the wings have been the access point of street and city. Taizhou map is similar in form with Phoenix so it is also named Phoenix City. The landmark of Phoenix City Walk is the membrane structure with the meaning that Phoenix spreads the wings. The deep dialogue between street and residents has been realized through jumping colors and interpretation of the Phoenix rebirth story.
相比用媒体立面铺满膜表面的做法，我们采用了能耗和成本都更友好的投光方式。逐个设定了灯具的投射角度，确定灯具的投射位置，使得即使是投光方式也能作出一定程度的故事线和有内容的动态效果。
Compared with the mean that media facade overspreads the surface, the projection method we use is more environmental-friendly and saving. We set the projection angle of luminaires one by one and ensure the projection location. It also makes the projection method create a certain level of storylines and dynamic effect of content.
以凤凰寓意我们的场地，我们设计了从凤凰的成长和凤凰与人的结识结缘两条互相缠绕的主线，用于讲述了人和项目的关系，配合故事线，加上有冲击力的色彩轮转，营造了“开幕-发展-高潮-谢幕”强烈的起承转合的效果，避免了低饱和色彩缓慢变化“过平”的感受。
Using Phoenix as a metaphor for our venue, we design two main lines about the growth of Phoenix and acquaintance and connection between Phoenix and human to express the relationship between human and project. Matching with story line and color rotation with impact, the fierce effect of the introduction, ‘opening-development-climax-end', can be created. That avoids the feeling of slow changes in low saturation colors being 'too flat'.

Phoenix roams on the peak of blue sky and white clouds.
我们精心挑选了匹配膜结构的投光色彩，确保在日常情境下，凤凰展翅的颜色与整体色调匹配，呈现典雅、和谐的效果。
We select the color of projection to match the membrane structure and ensure that the color of Phoenix's wings matches the overall tone in daily situations, presenting an elegant and harmonious effect.
凤凰展翅的另一面，访客在餐饮区域享受晚间休憩的时候，它成为令人愉悦的背景，也是非常易于辨识的打卡点。
Another side about Phoenix spreads the wings can be the pleasant background when visitors enjoy rest time at night at the catering area. It is also an easily recognizable point.
室外露台的灯光活泼且有趣，室内灯光温暖而松弛，建筑层间在引导街区人流的同时，让街区充满了魅力和亲和力。
