黎欧思照明设计项目分享 l 龙湖上海奉贤天街

• 01 项目介绍（Project Instruction）

龙湖奉贤天街位于上海奉贤金海大道与南港路交叉口，是上海地铁5号线奉贤新城站地铁上盖TOD项目。总计容20万平方米的城市综合体涵盖了10万方购物中心、1万方的16线公交首末站，4万方甲级办公楼、6万方住宅及1万方的自持租赁住宅。

Longfor Fengxian Walk Paradise is located in intersection of Jinhai Avenue and Nangang Road in Fengxian, Shanghai. It is a TOD project built on the Shanghai Metro Station Line 5 Fengxian Xincheng Station. It is a city complex with the total capacity area of 200000 square meters including a shopping center with 100000 square meters, initial and terminal station of 16 bus lines with 10000 square meters, grade A office building with 40000 square meters, residence with 60000 square meters and self-owned rental residence with 10000 square meters.

• 02 空间理念（

  Space Concept

  ）

购物中心的建筑立面以承载中国传统历史文化的“竹简”为其主要设计元素，取义于奉贤 “敬奉贤人” 地名的由来。

“Bamboo slip”, carrying Chinese traditional historical culture, is regarded as the main design element of the shopping center facade. It derives from the origin of the place name "Respecting Fengxian People" in Fengxian.

立面上，建筑师设计采用了简洁的蜂窝折板，沿着金海大道序列展开，宛如一幅缓缓开启的竹简长卷，在阳光的照射下，在时间的变化中，自然的光影在白天赋予购物中心更加立体丰富的表情。横向的延续面上，香槟金色的横向铝板采用了三种有微差的色彩来展现柔和的层次，横向的肌理与银白色折板的纵向韵律形成对比。

About the facade, architect takes the simple honeycomb folded plate, expanding along the sequence of Jinhai Avenue, just like a slowly unfolding bamboo scroll. Under the sunshine, natural light and shadow endow the shopping center more stereoscopic and rich expressions during the day with the change of time.On the continuation surface of the horizontal line, champagne golden horizontal aluminum plate uses three kinds of colors with tiny differences to show softness and layers. The horizontal texture contrasts with the vertical rhythm of the silver white folded board. 

• 03 建筑照明（

  Architectural Lighting

  ）

照明设计的灵感来自于中国独有的书法绘画工具“笔墨纸砚”。折线幕墙形如商周时期的纸—竹简，而光意如国画技法中的“墨法”，将夜间徐徐展开的竹简，利用折板内前后两层的灯光系统，借鉴冲墨和渍墨的手法，表现了竖向流动和层次晕开的视觉效果。

Lighting inspiration is from “brush, ink, paper and inkstone”, Chinese unique calligraphy and painting tools. Folded line curtain wall seems like bamboo slips, the paper during the Shang and Zhou dynasties. While light is just like the "Ink Technique" in traditional Chinese painting techniques. Lighting system in front and back layers of folded plate is used to guide the bamboo slip to unfold slowly at night. The way of washing and staining ink is used for reference to present the visual effect of vertical flowing and hierarchical halo opening.

透过入口特色图案穿孔板，灯光隐约而富有引力。主入口对于水平照度的灯光则规置在八字形的两翼，避免眩光的同时，最大化的呈现建筑师对于特色幕墙材料的体现。

Through the featured pattern perforated board at the entrance, the light is faint and gravitational. The main entrance is equipped with horizontal illuminance on the two wings of a splayed shape to avoid the glare and maximize the presentation of the featured curtain wall material.

在时间场景的变化上，我们用竹简的“卷”+“展”动态串起了夜间灯光的故事线。

For the change of time scene, we use “roll” + “expansion” of bamboo slip to connect the story line of light at night dynamically.

• 04 室内照明（

  Interior Lighting

  ）

内部空间里，概念设计为<商业生态岛屿>，设计师选用的空间装饰材料色调也较为自然。

In interior space, the theme of scheme is <Commercial ecological island>. The tone of space decoration material chosen by the designer is more natural.

中庭空间Atrium Space

室内设计对空间的愿景：这里不仅是一个消费空间，更是一个文化的载体，能体现本土化“滚灯舞”的传承与发展，也展示中国文化延绵不绝，代代相传的传承精神。

Vison of interior design to space: Here is not only a space for consuming but also a carrier of culture, which can present inheritance and development of local “Rolling Lantern Dance” and show the inheritance spirit of Chinese culture that is continuously extending and passed down from generation to generation.

主题空间Theme Space

在不同功能分区，室内的造型从“点”“线”“面”上设计了不一样的变化形式，呼应了“岛屿”这一设计概念。在变化的空间内，照明首先采用暖白的灯光色温将“生态岛屿”原本的色彩展现出来，在灯具选型、节点安装的考虑上，结合不同的造型，强化了不同的设计特点，以相同的色温，结合多种照明照射手法，将整个空间联系起来。

In different function areas, the image of interior makes different changing forms on “spot”, ”line” and ”surface” to echo the design concept of “island”. In changeable space, lighting takes light color temperature of warm white to present the originate color of “ecologic island” first. For the consideration on luminaire selection and detail installation, we combined different shapes and strengthened different design features. We also used the same color temperature and combined many lighting illumination methods to connect with the whole space.

地下空间Underground Space

<寻觅贝壳之旅>是地下层的设计主题，贝壳的肌理感被应用到空间的各个位置，将“岛屿”的气息在此得以升华。

<Travelling for Finding Shells> is the design theme of underground floor. The sense of shells’ skin texture is applied everywhere so that the style of “island” can be able to sublimate.

走道装饰的吊灯如同岛上的贝壳珍珠，有序地点亮了地下空间。

Ceiling lamps for walkway decoration is like the shells and pearls on the island, orderly lighting up the underground space.

公共空间Public Area

对于电梯厅、卫生间等的公区空间，呼应精装的特色设计，考量各类材料的特殊性，选择最相匹配的灯具，达到最舒适、合适的空间效果。

We think about particularity of various materials and choose the most matched luminaire for public areas like elevator halls and washrooms to echo the featured design of fine decoration so that it can reach the most comfortable and proper space effect.
