“绍兴天地”位于绍兴市越城区马臻南路18、28号，背靠府山，毗邻鲁迅故里，位于绍兴主城核心。绍兴天地作为华润置地在绍兴第一个文商旅住综合体项目，商业建筑面积约为5.1万平方米，项目于2024年9月28日开业。"SHAOXING PLACE by
MixC" is located at 18 and 28 Mazhen South Road, Yuecheng District,
Shaoxing City, backed by Fushan Mountain and adjacent to Lu Xun's Former
Residence, in the core of Shaoxing's main city. As China Resources Land's first cultural,
commercial, tourism, and residential complex project in Shaoxing, SHAOXING PLACE by MixC has a commercial building area of approximately 51,000 square meters.
The project opened on September 28, 2024.
项目前身“871芯片厂”是曾经全国芯片领域的黄埔军校。随着时代发展的需求，业主方对该厂原址做出全面的改造升级，赋予了新的生机和活力，使其成为全新的“城市客厅”——绍兴天地。通过提取871芯片厂源址文化的基因，形成老厂区焕新后的未来街区，以“街区+mall”的形式，打造了多个创新空间，从而更新城市商业格局。The predecessor of
the project, "871 Chip Factory," was once considered the Huangpu
Military Academy in the field of chip manufacturing in China. With the evolving
demands of the times, the property owner undertook a comprehensive renovation
and upgrade of the original factory site, breathing new life into it and
transforming it into a new "urban living room"—SHAOXING PLACE by MixC. By extracting the
cultural DNA of the original 871 Chip Factory site, the revitalized old factory
has been reimagined into a futuristic district. Using a "block +
mall" format, multiple innovative spaces have been created, updating the
city's commercial landscape.

绍兴是我国历史文化名城之一，又是极富江南风情的美丽水乡。街巷里的黄酒香、酒酿香，伴随着湿漉漉的空气，鲁迅故居、乌篷船，那些诗与墨香，都是绍兴这座江南古城独有的城市印记。在改造中，保留了原871厂区的三栋老厂房及部分室外构筑物，建筑外观采用低彩度、高明度的色彩搭配，来呼应水墨江南的古城风格，与江南民居一脉相承，不时飘浮出浓浓的墨香。Shaoxing
is one of China's historic cultural cities, and a beautiful water town rich in
Jiangnan charm. The scent of yellow rice
wine and fermented brew in the alleyways, the damp air, Lu Xun's former
residence, and the black awning boats—all these, along with the fragrance of
poetry and ink, are unique urban imprints of this ancient Jiangnan city. During the renovation,
three old factory buildings and some outdoor structures from the original 871
factory site were preserved. The buildings' exteriors feature a low-saturation,
high-brightness color scheme, reflecting the ancient city style of ink-wash
Jiangnan. This aligns with the traditional Jiangnan dwellings, occasionally

灯光设计灵感来源于吴冠中先生的水墨画作《江南水乡》。以线条为主导的印象，色调淡雅清透、宁静柔和、朦胧悠远，寥寥几笔表现江南水乡的风韵。建筑灯光通过屋檐的线条灯、窗台线条灯，灯具隐藏在建筑结构中，简洁晕出的光展现了江南水乡的安宁与灵秀。The lighting design
is inspired by Mr. Wu Guanzhong's ink painting Jiangnan Water Town. The impression is led
by lines, with light, elegant, and transparent tones, creating a tranquil,
soft, hazy, and distant atmosphere. A few simple strokes capture the charm of
Jiangnan's water towns. Architectural lighting uses eaves and windowsill
line lights, with fixtures hidden within the building structure. The soft,

Architecture and Landscape Space
整体色温以3500K色温为基调，A厂两侧U玻璃是整个场地最高尺度，内部运用区别于其他区域的高色温5000K，把结构的通透表现出来的同时，节日增加RGB彩色变化，唤醒了A厂商业活力，提升了灯光层次感。The overall color
temperature is set at a base of 3500K, with U-glass on both sides of Factory A
standing as the tallest elements on the site. Inside, a higher color temperature of 5000K,
distinct from other areas, is used to highlight the structure’s transparency.
During festivals, RGB color changes are added, which revives the commercial
energy of Factory A and enhances the layering of the lighting.

在A厂与酒店旁，景观保留了原871芯片厂的管廊立柱，我们用灯光唤醒管廊立柱的活力，在景观增加水纹倒影，动态的灯光结合带有历史记忆的立柱，灯光将与自然表达出来，如同穿越871时空隧道，形成了自然与科技的链接、过去与未来的链接。
Next to Factory A and
the hotel, the landscape preserves the pipe gallery pillars from the original
871 Chip Factory, and we used lighting to revitalize the energy of these
pillars. Water ripple
reflections were added to the landscape, and dynamic lighting interacts with
these historically significant pillars. The lighting merges with nature, as if
traversing the time tunnel of 871, creating a connection between nature and
technology, as well as between the past and the future.酒店旁边的静水池，倒影虚实，仿佛与历史的对话，引人深思。The still water pool
beside the hotel reflects both the real and the abstract, as if in dialogue
with history, provoking deep thought.
室内空间
Interior Space
A厂保留871芯片厂的历史特征，融入现代的时尚元素，室内设计运用高饱和度的红色元素提亮空间，中庭顶部轨道照明系统与保留的桁架结构结合，不仅保留了工业遗留风情，也能根据下方展台主题或陈设调节灯光效果，满足多元化的空间需求，为空间营造更趣味、更多元、更文艺、更灵活的光环境。Factory A retains the
historical characteristics of the 871 Chip Factory while incorporating modern,
fashionable elements. The
interior design uses highly saturated red elements to brighten the space. The
track lighting system on the atrium ceiling is integrated with the preserved
truss structure. This
not only preserves the industrial heritage but also allows lighting adjustments
based on the themes or displays below, meeting diverse spatial needs and
creating a more interesting, diverse, artistic, and flexible lighting
environment.装饰灯结合原厂房内保留的柱子，历史痕迹与现代元素相互融合，和谐共生。灯光配合暖色的主题色营造了一个在硬朗工业风下的柔和松弛的光环境，场景创新，情绪是内心深处的真实感受，让这里成为了年轻人休闲娱乐、潮流打卡的消费主场。Decorative lighting
is integrated with the preserved pillars of the original factory, blending
historical traces with modern elements in a harmonious symbiosis. The lighting,
combined with warm tones, creates a soft and relaxed lighting atmosphere
beneath the industrial style's toughness. The innovative scene design evokes deep
emotional resonance, making this place a hotspot for young people to relax,
enjoy entertainment, and visit trendy spots.C厂连接空间，简洁的天花造型，延续整体工业风，灯光更加强调了立面给客户的光环境感受，将灯光暗藏于穿孔板背后，使整个空间在简约中更为立体；为了呼应历史的记忆及工业风，室内的扶梯也成为点睛之笔。常见的包覆材料由铝板替换为透明的玻璃，内部的支撑结构也赋予了与空间主题一致的色调，灯光很巧妙的隐藏在两侧，将内部机械结构及其运转的状态得以呈现。The connecting space of Factory C features a simple ceiling design,
continuing the overall industrial style. The lighting further emphasizes the facade's
impact on the customer's experience, with lights hidden behind perforated
panels, making the space more three-dimensional while maintaining simplicity. To echo historical memory and the industrial
style, the interior escalator becomes a highlight. The usual cladding material is replaced with
transparent glass, while the internal support structure is given a color scheme
consistent with the space's theme. Lighting is cleverly concealed on both
sides, showcasing the internal mechanical structure and its movement.![]()
商业内部的卫生间作为最能体现人文关怀的空间存在，天花模仿了室外天空的感受，带来更为舒适的灯光体验；母婴室则避免了直接光及眩光对于母亲和婴儿的刺激，怡人的灯光加上温暖的色调，营造放松温馨的母婴空间。The restroom inside
the commercial space, designed to reflect human care, features a ceiling that
mimics the feeling of the outdoor sky, providing a more comfortable lighting
experience. The mother and baby
room avoids direct light and glare to prevent discomfort for mothers and
babies. Pleasant lighting combined with warm tones creates a relaxing and cozy
space for them.绍兴天地，不仅承载着871芯片厂的历史记忆，还代表着这座城市的文化创新，它记录着绍兴芯片科技产业的历史发展，也承载着这座城市珍贵的工业记忆。在这里，每一件商品都不仅仅是物质的满足，更是情感与文化的传递，让年轻人在享受购物乐趣的同时，也能感受到艺术与社交的深度融合。SHAOXING PLACE by MixC not
only carries the historical memory of the 871 Chip Factory but also represents
the city's cultural innovation. It documents the historical development of
Shaoxing's chip technology industry and preserves the city's valuable
industrial memory. Here, every product
offers more than just material satisfaction; it also conveys emotions and
culture. Young people can enjoy the fun of shopping while experiencing a deep
integration of art and social interaction.
