项目介绍（Project Instruction）
Wuchang Vientiane City is located at 619 Heping Avenue, within the core area of the first ring road, and is adjacent to Metro Lines 5, 7, and 8, showcasing a significant locational advantage. With its expansive size of 250,000 square meters, the complex features a diverse array of business formats, a naturally ecological spatial experience, and an efficient, multi-tiered transportation network. Standing along the riverside, it infuses new commercial vitality into the core riverside district.
室内设计由日本设计事务所PINHOLE担纲，他们在设计中强调人与环境的和谐共存，旨在通过设计使人与环境及自然、商品与空间达到平衡状态 如何将光影艺术与空间、心灵相契合成为设计最原始的出发点。
The interior design is led by the Japanese design firm PINHOLE, which emphasizes the harmonious coexistence of people and the environment in their design. Their goal is to achieve a balance among people, the environment, nature, products, and spaces through their design. Integrating light and shadow art with space and the soul becomes the fundamental starting point of the design.
室内由T-LINE，BRIDGE，VOID A/B/C，WEST WALK等主要特色空间串接，利用曲线、折线、木纹、石材、金属，从材质到纹样再到光影的利用，通过反复推敲，以各式表达展露出兼具现代美学主义与在地人文主义的创作初衷。
The interior is composed of key featured spaces such as T-LINE, BRIDGE, VOID A/B/C, and WEST WALK, connected through the use of curves, folded lines, wood grains, stone materials, and metals. From materials to patterns and the utilization of light and shadow, after meticulous refinement, the design intention is revealed through various expressions, embodying both modern aestheticism and local humanism.
照明配合室内多元化的设计，强调“购物的旅程体验”，用丰富和多变的视觉感受充分调动起访客的情绪。1F及2F空间配合装修风格及材质色彩和所有立面以4000K为主要色温，3F以上空间以3500K为主要色温配合更为温暖的材质色系以及放松的心情。
The lighting complements the diverse interior design, emphasizing the "shopping journey experience," and uses rich and varied visual sensations to fully engage the emotions of visitors. The 1F and 2F spaces align with the decoration style, material colors, and all facades with a primary color temperature of 4000K. The spaces on 3F and above utilize a main color temperature of 3500K, in harmony with warmer material colors to foster a relaxed mood.
光之旅程：穿越情感与未来的奇妙探索
Journey of Light: A Wondrous Exploration of Emotion and the Future
T-LINE，纵向由地下楼层至顶部空间，横向由SKY-WALK贯穿至EAST WALK。在光的表达上，与室内设计语汇结合，利用多种照明方式，强调横向空间的层次感及纵向空间的高度感。以对室内多变空间的探索为出发点，并贯穿整个水平和垂直动线的每个设计节点当中。
T-LINE 未来之树
1.1 SKY-WALK
SKY-WALK，位于T-LINE左侧，在日光下通透温暖。天花形式以古铜色铝板结合镂空浅香槟金色铝板的组合，除了满足走道空间的基础照明外，氛围处理上，结合镂空铝板波浪起伏的特点，通过间接照明的形式，提供柔和富有视觉延伸性的照明效果，使得访客从T-LINE上来后渐引至商业的端部。
Changzhou SKY-WALK, located to the left of T-LINE, is transparent and warm under daylight. The ceiling is fashioned from a combination of antique bronze aluminum panels and perforated light champagne gold aluminum panels. Beyond fulfilling the basic lighting requirements of the walkway space, the atmosphere is enhanced by the undulating characteristics of the perforated aluminum panels. Through indirect lighting, a soft and visually expansive lighting effect is created, gently guiding visitors from T-LINE towards the commercial end.

端部是以「落日剧场」命名的空中露台，成为欣赏江景的绝佳场所。室内设计与照明的处理最大程度的还原了空间的松弛感，繁星式的矩阵花灯提供了浪漫且富有艺术气息的光环境，让人在此近亲江河、收纳城景、眺望星空。
The end of the walkway opens onto an aerial terrace, named "Sunset Theater."，becomes an ideal spot for enjoying river views. The interior design and lighting treatment maximize the relaxed atmosphere of the space. The star-like matrix of pendant lights creates a romantic and artistic lighting environment, allowing visitors to feel close to the river, take in the cityscape, and gaze at the starry sky.
1.2 EAST-WALK
EAST-WALK位于T-LINE右侧，在日光下的通廊层次立体而细腻。木色的管状幕帘前后设置了两种不同的照明系统，将背景墙微微打亮的同时，前部重点照明为幕帘的带来了犹如阳光洒下而形成的阴影，让整个EAST-WALK更显立体并富有层次。

2. Bridge 艺术连廊
项目中最美的时间来自于傍晚时分，静矗在室外不同角度看着艺术连廊，此时的它就像一座动态的showcase，光与人、艺术与空间在这里交相辉映、层次分明。
The most beautiful time in the project is during the evening, when standing outdoors at various angles, watching the art corridor. At this moment, it resembles a dynamic showcase, where light, people, art, and space interact and reflect each other with clear layers.

“几”字形的平面将中心区域留白，形成巨大的挑空中庭，悬挂着由美国数字艺术团队Hypersonic打造的「樱花唱诗」艺术装置，樱花伞似有呼吸般相继绽放。挑高天花上设置了遥控灯具，用以应对后续运营中空间设置不同规格的艺术装置的重点照明需求。“几“字形的拦河区域灯光适逢整点与艺术家的装置配合进行灯光的动态演绎。

3. VOID A/B/C
3.1 VOID A
环环向上的中庭空间，采用了多层次的照明设计策略。基础照明通过天花处的灯具提供均匀的光线覆盖，确保整体的明亮和安全。扶梯底部小颗粒灯具不仅打破了沉闷的空间，还在视觉上引导人们的视线向上延伸。
各类金属装饰材料，光影交错
得益多次与PINHOLE在其他商业项目的合作，让我们非常了解设计师对于拦河的细部处理以及垂直照明的特别关注，A中庭区域的拦河通过磨砂及镜面两种材质的转折，灯光隐藏在底部，并且在细节处理上增加了上端的乳白树脂盖板，将商业室内环境的氛围及多样性映射在立面的同时形成柔和的光晕效果。
区别中庭A拦河的反射材料，B和C中庭的材料采用了浅色肌理漆，灯光层层晕染，刻画微妙纹理的同时表达了流畅而舒展的环形洞口。
B-VOID 次中庭
4. WEST-WALK
WEST WALK 是全场的核心亮点， 室内设计与我们对此进行了多轮实施细节的沟通，期待通过不同层次的光将空间的节奏及韵律得以体现。拦河立面为不锈钢烤漆的仿铜板金属，除了底部设置均匀且流畅的线性灯光外，板块间竖向装饰缝中彷佛晨曦中透出的一缕光。

连桥惊艳的照明效果，得益于室内设计师对于材料及图案关系的研究，照明独特的斜线布局方式以及金属网两侧的晕染，随着访客的行进过程及仰望的视角差异，营造出剔透且富有视觉冲击力的感受。
灯光与材质细腻精致的结合
5. B1F-VOID
B1F中庭空间由UP繁境设计公司担纲，设计语言上以“引人注目”“环绕上升”“丰富层次”为主要的设计灵感。洞口的形态上，上小下大的喇叭口形式，在视觉上削弱了洞口的厚度，形成上下统一的效果。白色石膏板及浅色的肌理漆的立面上，以叠层环绕的拦河灯光及洞口天花的投光灯，打造出功能性与美观性兼具的照明效果，确保空间的明亮轻盈。
The B1F atrium space, spearheaded by UP Abundant Design Company, draws design inspiration from "eye-catching," "surrounding upward movement," and "rich layering." The opening's bell-mouth form visually diminishes the thickness of the portal, creating a unified effect above and below. On facades made of white gypsum board and light-textured paint, river-blocking lighting and spotlighting on the opening's ceiling create a functional and aesthetically pleasing lighting effect, ensuring the space is bright and airy.
6. 其它空间 Other Spaces
电梯厅中心区域的特色天花中照明设备被隐藏在极小的安装区域内，通过材料反射的差异性以及装饰层次，形成了强烈的光影关系。除此以外，空间减少了水平照明的筒灯设置，更多地利用垂直照明，形成对于空间以及环境的认知。
In the central area of the elevator lobby, specialty ceiling lighting fixtures are concealed in minimal installation spaces, utilizing material reflections and decorative layering to create a strong interplay of light and shadows. Additionally, the space reduces the setup of horizontal lighting fixtures, favoring vertical lighting to enhance spatial and environmental perception.
与其他商业项目不同的是，该项目在设计伊始便预置了橱窗照明系统，与公区统一照明的元素和技术参数，配合业主方后期的软装陈列，形成了完整而统一的是商业光环境。
Unlike other commercial projects, this project was designed from the outset with a preset window lighting system, harmonizing with the unified lighting elements and technical parameters of the public areas, in coordination with the owner's later soft furnishings display, resulting in a complete and unified commercial lighting environment.
男卫的冷冽大气与女卫的柔美浪漫形成了截然不同的心理感受，相同或近似的灯光处理方式随着室内设计师选择材料以及色系的形成显著差异，迎合访客不同性别的喜好，保持镜前充足的立面照明以及合适功能的水平照明是其中的关键。
The stark, cool atmosphere of the men's restroom contrasts sharply with the soft, romantic ambiance of the women's restroom, creating distinctly different psychological impressions. Similar or near-similar lighting approaches show significant differences depending on the materials and color schemes chosen by the interior designer. These differences cater to the preferences of visitors of different genders. A key aspect is maintaining sufficient frontal lighting in front of mirrors and appropriate horizontal lighting for functionality.
6.3 母婴室 Nursing Room
母婴室以柔和的马卡龙粉色为基调，提供了柔软细腻的空间感受。灯光被隐藏于各种灯槽及构造槽内，最大程度的利用二次反射来提供空间柔和明亮的氛围。
The nursing room is designed in a soft macaron pink tone, offering a gentle and delicate spatial experience. The lighting is concealed within various light troughs and structural slots, maximizing the use of secondary reflection to provide a soft and bright atmosphere in the space.

6.4 B1F
B1F以精致超市、轻餐茶咖、珠宝黄金、宠物服务等主要商业形式，灯光与导光板结合形成了丰富而有趣的几何图形，原石膏吊顶区域增加了视觉的丰富度及延续性。
B1F features refined supermarkets, light meals and tea cafes, jewelry and gold shops, and pet services as its main commercial forms. The combination of lighting and light guiding panels creates rich and interesting geometric patterns, while the original gypsum ceiling area enhances the visual richness and continuity.
室内设计师挑选了香槟金镜面与磨砂两种处理的金属饰面，并通过折角关系将地面与周围的环境关系反射在天花上。灯光隐藏于磨砂金属面一侧，柔柔的光将磨砂金属饰面晕染的同时将明暗以虚实关系再次得以强化，让访客在行进的过程中，带来仰望探索的乐趣。
The interior designer has chosen two types of metal finishes—champagne gold mirror and frosted treatments—and uses the relationship of folded angles to reflect the floor and the surrounding environment onto the ceiling. The lighting is concealed on one side of the frosted metal surface, casting a soft glow that subtly diffuses across the metal finish while enhancing the contrast of light and shadow, playing with the concepts of illusion and reality. This setup encourages visitors to look up and discover new perspectives as they move through the space, adding an element of exploration and enjoyment to their journey.
项目从疫情前开始，持续了将近5年，面对比此前更具挑战性的商业需求环境，武昌万象城的开业以及持续的热度，让我们身处这个行业的人带来更多的希望和信心，好的产品总能在消费市场赢得回应，感谢一起走过这段历程的各位同仁。
The project began before the pandemic and has continued for nearly five years. Facing a more challenging commercial environment than before, the opening and ongoing popularity of Wuchang Vientiane City bring more hope and confidence to those of us in this industry.
