国家乳业技术创新中心位于呼和浩特伊利现代智慧健康谷,一期占地33亩,建筑面积约45000平方米,于20215月开工建设,20237月投入使用。为全球最大的乳业实验、测试、转化服务平台。

National Dairy Technology Innovation Center is located at Yili Modern Intelligent Health Valley in Hohhot. Phase 1 is covering an area of 33 acres and its floorage is about 45000 sqms. The project started construction in May, 2021 and has been put into use in July, 2023. It is the largest service platform for dairy experiment, test and transform.


建筑设计由Aedas担纲,建筑造型结合呼市地域特质,以“风吹草原,草影婆娑”的抽象意向为基础,以细致表皮肌理呼应草原层叠茂密的线条形态和光影神韵,打造立面丰富的层次感。


Aedas is responsible for architect design. The architect shape is combined with the regional characteristics of Hohhot. Based on the abstract intention of "wind blows grassland, grass shadows dance", the detailed skin texture echoes the lush lines and shadows of the grassland, creating a rich sense of layer on the facade.
鸟瞰视角

室内设计由Aedas及天津市建筑设计研究院共同完成,旨在将绿色生态的办公环境、创新的科研空间以及面向未来的科技体验融入整个创新中心,营造独一无二的室内空间氛围。通过游客、政府企业及专家学者三条动线,将公共空间、展厅、实验室及研究中心、办公空间等有序地串接起来。其中公共空间、功能空间及办公空间为我司此次参与照明设计工作内容。


Interior design is completed by Aedas and TADI together, aiming at integrating green ecosystem office environment, innovative scientific research space and technology experience facing future with the whole innovation center, which creates the unique interior space atmosphere. Through three moving lines of visitors, government enterprises and experts and scholars, the public space, exhibition hall, laboratory and research center, office space and so on are connected in an orderly series. The lighting design work includes public area, function area and office area.

中庭开敞大气,通高的挑高将空间塑造得更加宏伟,顶部大面积天窗可使阳光自由地洒进中庭,使空间明亮通透。顶部大面积ETFE膜结构天窗,将原本强烈的直射(自然)光变成柔和舒适的漫反射光,无负担地享受着阳光的沐浴;当自然光褪去,隐藏在两侧建筑檐口区域的人工光继续补足空间所需的活动照明需求。灯具的安装规避了顶面ETFE膜结构区域,也为后期运营维护降低难度。


两侧走廊的线形灯创造出连续的光线效果,延伸了视觉空间感,使整个中庭看起来更加流畅连贯。


The atrium is very open and spacious. The double-height height makes the space shape more magnificent. The large scuttle at the top allows sunlight to pour freely into the atrium, making the space bright and transparent. The large ETFE membrane structure scuttle transforms the strong direct light to soft and comfortable diffuse reflection light so that the sunshine can be enjoyed freely. When the natural light disappears, the artificial light hidden in the eaves area of buildings on both sides continues to complement the lighting needs of activity space. The installment of luminaires avoids the area of ETFE membrane structure on the top, which lowers the difficulty of later operation.


Linear lights on both sides of the corridor create continuous lighting effect and extend the sense of visual space, which also makes the whole atrium more fluent.

员工大堂的灯光与其余机电设备系统完美的结合在发光膜结构体系之中,整洁而高效,膜材质良好地均匀了灯光,整个空间通透明亮,柔和的光线给人一种舒适放松的空间感受。通过控制系统,可配合不同天气采光需求,调节灯光亮度,从而在保证功能照明的前提下节能低碳,减小能源消耗。


The light of employee lobby is perfectly combined with other electrical equipment systems in the lighting membrane structure, which is simple and efficient. The membrane materials uniform the light and the whole space becomes transparent and bright. The soft light lines bring people the space sense of comfort and relax. Through the controlling system, light brightness can be adjusted to coordinate different weather and lighting requirements so that energy can be saved and energy consumption can be reduced on the premise of ensuring functional lighting.

电梯厅选择线形灯做为主光源,贯通天地墙4个立面。由于材质均带有反光属性,除却灯具本身产生的“回”字形视觉效果,衍生出的反射光束,使空间更加立体、更加充满未来科技感。


Elevator lobby chooses linear lights as the main light source across 4 facades of wall. Due to the materials with reflective properties, in addition to the visual effect of “back” shape generated by luminaires themselves, the derived reflective light makes the space more stereoscopic and more futuristic with a sense of technology.

公共走廊延续了线形光元素,简洁而现代,灯光追随着人行动线,勾勒建筑转折,创造出有序而连贯的视觉效果。线形照明系统不仅提供了充足的照明,并为动线增添了时尚和动感。


The public corridor continues the element of linear light, simple and modern. Light follows the human action lines and outlines the architectural turning point to create orderly and coherent visual effect. Linear illumination system not only provides enough lighting but also adds the sense of fashion and liveliness for lines.

开放办公区以木纹色铝板为主要空间材料,灯光系统结合铝板拼缝设置,充足的照度营造温暖且高效的办公环境,同时延展空间尺度,使之在视觉上更加立体。


Open office area uses the wood grain colored aluminum plate as the main area material. Luminaire system is combined with aluminum plate joint setting and sufficient illuminance creates warm and efficient office environment. At the same time, space scale is extended to make it more stereoscopic visually.

会谈空间采用混合照明的形式,顶部特色天花肌理的阴影关系通过间接照明系统得以强化,塑造了艺术感及立体化的效果;直接光则提供了会谈空间的功能需求,提升了整体照明均匀度。

Talking room uses the mixed lighting. The shadow relationship of top characteristic ceiling texture is strengthened through indirect illumination system, shaping artistic and stereoscopic effect. While direct light provides functional requirements of talking space and improve the whole illumination uniformity.

项目中的灯光系统与综合天花充分考虑形式美学需求,在康体娱乐空间亦追随着此设计的原则,明亮的灯光环境搭配空间材料明快的色系,帮助企业员工提升体内多巴胺与肾上腺素的分泌,缓解工作疲劳。

The illumination system and complex ceiling take formal aesthetic requirements into consideration. And the design principle is extended to fitness space. Bright light environment with the bright color of space materials helps employees improve the secretion of dopamine and adrenaline in the body to relieve work fatigue better.

随着国家乳业创新中心项目的落成,团队不禁为这一创新之举感到骄傲和自豪。通过引入先进的照明技术和智能化管理系统,不仅为办公环境带来了更加舒适和高效的照明效果,同时也实现了能源的节约和环境的保护。LEOX将继续关注照明领域的最新技术,不断提升办公照明系统的水平,为各方创造更加美好的工作环境。

With the implementation of National Dairy Innovation Center, the design team is proud of this innovative work. Through the introduction of advanced illumination technology and intelligent management system, it not only brings more comfortable and efficient lighting effect for office environment but also realizes the energy saving and environment protection. LEOX will pay attention to latest technology of lighting field and improve the level of office illumination system  continuously to create a better working environment for all parties involved.
