黎欧思照明设计项目分享 l 济南中海华山环宇城

华山环宇城综合体项目总面积60余万方，其中华山环宇城面积16万方，还具备高端写字楼、中海凯骊酒店、中海友里公寓等商业全配套。项目定位“城市微度假”，以多元化业态组合，聚焦“生活新美学”，项目于2022年9月30日开业。

The total area of Huashan UniMall Complex is over 600 thousand square meters and the Huashan UniMall is 160 thousand square meters including high-level headquarter, Zhonghai COLO Hotel, Zhonghai Unilive flat and other commercial complete sets. The project is positioned as “Urban Tiny Resort” consisting with diversified portfolio and focusing on “Life New Aesthetics”. It has been open in 2022.09.30

项目背靠济南名胜“鹊华烟雨之华山景区”，建筑以“在地思维”为主导，从赵孟頫 《鹊华秋色图》获取设计灵感，提炼华山、鹊山的巍峨轮廓，转化成层叠交错的建筑体量，延续附近一带的自然环境，创造"泉见"、"花见"、"林见"、"云见"四大主题场景IP。夜间通过光的笔触，再次重塑画中意境，强化建筑垂直立面进退关系的同时，串联了水平形态上的景观各节点，让访客置身于明山秀水中进行游历式的微度假体验。

The project is back to Ji’nan interest “Quehua misty rain of Huashan scenic spot”. The architecture takes the ground thinking as the main factor. The design inspiration is get from Zhao Mengfu's "The Painting of Quehua in Autumn" and transform the outstanding shape of Huashan and Queshan to the buildings volume in layers to extend the natural environment nearby and create the four theme scene IP of “Spring seeing”, “Flower seeing”, “Forest seeing”, “Cloud seeing”. Artistic conception in painting is reshaped again through light strokes. While it strengthens advance and retreat relationship of building vertical facade, the landscape nodes in the horizontal form are connected in series, which makes visitors experience traveling micro vacation among the bright mountains and beautiful rivers.

立面体系中，石材幕墙区域应用了宽角度暖白色灯光的烘托，着重刻画水平而舒展的山形体块的基础形象；折叠幕墙以及特色幕墙利用灯光强化了纵向的肌理感及虚实感受，从稳态舒展的形象中脱颖而出，且整体色温、色调、明暗度可通过控制变化，让建筑形成层叠交错，绵亘起伏，简约而富有韵律的形态可能性，重新定义了绘画意境与当代建筑设计的美学结合。

In the facade system, wide angle warm white light is applied in the stone curtain wall area and put the key on the depicting horizontal and stretchy basic image of mountain shape. Folding curtain wall and characteristic ones use light to highlight the longitudinal texture and virtual and real feeling, talent showing itself from steady stretching image. And the whole color temperature, tone, light and darkness can be changed by control, letting architectures form the possible state that can cascade, be up and down, simple but rhythmic. It defines the combination of painting artistic conception and modern architecture design again.

结合景观顾问对于场地不同区域的主题呈现以及场地丰富的高差条件，灯光方面更多的考量是如何在不同水平面营造属于该主题合适的灯光场景。南北两个主入口加强视觉重点的雕塑与水景的营造外，更多的留出场地的运营条件；而下沉广场，景观顾问巧妙的利用了6m的高差形成了沉浸式立体花园的感受，将水幕剧场与中心舞台作为视觉焦点。

Combine the theme presentation of different areas from landscape consultant and rich condition of height difference, and how to create proper light scene for theme at different levels will be considered for the light. Two main entrances of the south and north not only strengthen the key sculptures and waterscape construction but also maintain more conditions to operation. For sunken square, landscape consultant greatly uses the height difference of 6m to form the feeling of immersive three-dimensional garden and make water curtain theater and central stage become the visual focus.

项目定位“城市微度假”，以多元化业态组合，成为济南最前沿的生活方式。室内空间引导每一位游客到访不同的奇幻境界进行精彩历险，感受空间带给的梦中幻境。

白天是充满奇幻的中庭花园，夜晚变成了于幻彩光影中的乐园。魔幻花园利用蒲公英的特点发展出不同的设计元素，彩色星点灯就像蒲公英的种子承载着“魔法”，伞幕组合成的特色舞台，加上中庭巨幅屏幕，犹如魔法的汇聚点，让人置身魔幻花园，感受“魔法”的力量。

The project is positioned as “Urban Tiny Resort” consisting with diversified portfolio and becomes the most fashionable life style in Jinan. The interior space leads each visitor to visit different fantasy realm and experience wonderful adventure and dream environment.

It is atrium garden during the daytime and paradise in illusory light and shadow in the evening. Magic garden uses characteristics of dandelion to develop various design elements. The colorful star lights seem like dandelion seeds carrying the “magic”. Characteristic stage composed of umbrella and curtain and large screen in atrium seem like the convergence point of magic, making people stay in a magic garden and feel the magic power.

蒲公英中庭

项目整体以暖白的灯光为主，营造温馨且易于亲近的空间氛围，让访客到达后很轻松的进入对于商业空间的探索中。彩霞国度中庭作为年轻潮牌运动区域，拦河结合顶部镜面天花透出的灯光，运用可变化色温，展现自然彩色活力，突出年轻活力的氛围，将整个空间分层次的体现。

The whole project is mainly with warm and white light that can create warm and easy-going atmosphere, making people easily enter the exploration of commercial space after visitors arrive. Rosy clouds national atrium is regarded as the sports area of young fashion. Across river is combined with the light from top mirror ceiling, which is used to change color temperature, show natural color liveliness and highlight the young and lively atmosphere that presents the layers of space.
