• 项目介绍（Project Instruction）

南京城北万象汇位于南京中心城区北部，燕子矶新城的门户位置。整个项目包含两栋办公塔楼，酒店和公寓塔楼，以及面积超过21万平米的东西两个地块商业裙楼，建成后的城北万象汇成为南京主城核心区北部的重要城市节点和地标。

Mixc, Nanjing is located in the north of Nanjing central urban area, the gateway position of Yanziji New City. The whole project includes two office towers, hotel, flat tower and the commercial podiums with over 210 thousand sqms in the east and west plot. The finished Mixc becomes the important city spot and landmark of the core area in the north of main city in Nanjing.

建筑设计结合地缘文化特点，建筑设计融入本地文化和历史，以画卷般的“金陵四十八景”为灵感，自西区的A馆向东区的B馆延展开来，中间由一条127米的超长双层空中连廊·云桥连接，呈现超600米的城市展面，如“金陵画卷”般徐徐展开。

建筑商业外立面延续了华润项目的风格，从宏观尺度看来，一系列不同材质、不同色调的体块互相交错，展现出构造的美感和对空间的思考，到了近人尺度，在方正的体块表皮又有有趣的细节，带来丰富的阅读层次。空中连廊的玻璃由艺术家设计了以燕子为主题的创作，呼应燕子矶这一在地元素。

照明设计兼顾了城市规划视角以及商业项目的具体诉求，考虑沿栖霞大道快速路的城市展面上整体形象的打造，又考虑到在近人尺度上，灯光在细节上对项目客群的吸引程度。商业立面以暖色泛光进行铺陈，展示建筑的体量感及延续性，凸显金陵画卷的穿插起伏韵律。隐蔽在体块中上部陶板区域内竖向的灯光，疏密的节奏增添了立面生动的韵律，建筑入口区剔透的玻璃腔体以及两翼延伸的类橱窗效果，进一步强化了该区域的商业氛围。中间连廊照明更是结合幕墙采用特殊出光灯具来模拟“燕子”飞舞的效果。刻画夜景卷轴的灵动，展现城市繁华。

公寓和酒店塔楼结合孔明灯的概念表现徐徐上升的效果，表达对未来的美好祝愿和对幸福的期盼。照明系统布置在幕墙竖向装饰线条的两侧，利用窄角度的下出光灯具，形成了3种照明效果表现效果，向上仰望观察到的璀璨的光、平行视点观察到的退晕的光以及伴随着人行角度，被幕墙遮挡后形成有趣味的光。

The flat and hotel tower combine the concept of kongming lantern and present the effect of rising slowly. It also expresses the best wishes to future and expectation to happiness. Illumination system is installed on the both sides of vertical decorative lines on curtain wall and uses narrow angle downward luminaires to form 3 kinds of lighting effect to present it, the shining light observed by looking up, fading light observed in a parallel perspective and interesting light hidden by curtain wall with the passerby perspective.

近人尺度，夜间幕墙丰富的细节籍由灯光展现出来，建筑的肌理也显得更为丰富。

室内设计规划了“荷塘、云桥、光屿、高地”四大特色共享空间，西区中庭“荷塘”从江水流动中汲取灵感，其800平的超大空间在未来将呈现多样化内容。开放式的屋顶花园“光屿”则实现了设计美学与户外、夜生活的融合，为年轻人以圈会友的社交提供新场所。此外，东区跨层空间的城市广场“高地”将通透的阳光屋顶与室内绿植、餐厅外摆相结合，在室内打造惬意的城市氛围。

荷塘中庭：天窗三角板采用了非常规的布局，形成了像素化的图案，符合当下年轻态的潮流，也与下方悬挂的艺术品柔和、通透的效果在碰撞中达成了统一。涟漪的特色造型与灯光一体化设计，叠加荷塘中庭的装饰艺术品“吉光片羽”，生动的诠释了中庭的主题。拦河弧形的艺术玻璃通过与内装设计师精确到毫米的节点设计，解决在有限的安装高度下，如何提供较为匀质的灯光效果。通过匹配带有透镜和遮光措施的柔性洗墙灯将凸凹进退的空间形成了较好的一致性光效，也确保在空间内任何角度都不会看到灯具眩光。

Atrium of lotus pond: the arrangement of triangle board of skylights is very regular and forms pixelated patterns, fitting the young fashion currently. A unity has also been reached between it and the soft and transparent effect of lower hanging art works by collision. The characteristic shape of rippling integrated lighting design and the inklings in the atrium of lotus ponds vividly express the theme of atrium. The art glass with river blocking arc solves the problem how to provide homogenous lighting effect under the limited installation height through the node design accurate to millimeter from interior designer. The space for the bump and fall forms good consistency of light effect and ensures that luminaire glare will not be seen from any angles by matching flexible wall wash luminaires with lens and shading measures.

溪流中庭：顶部造型灵感来源于溪流中的雨花石，受限于顶部土建结构以及机电系统的空间要求，室内设计师利用了高差体块打造了丰富的叠级造型吊顶。想要在不同高差的叠级形成光环境一致的效果是个很大挑战。经过图纸上的推演以及现场多轮调试，为单层及双层叠级以及单层叠级但又是双层高度的灯槽空间设计了不同的安装节点，而最终实现接近一致的回光效果，与装饰性星点灯一起创造了浪漫的氛围和丰富的层次感。

Stream atrium: the inspiration of top shape is from Yuhua stone in the stream. Due to the limit of top civil structure, and the space requirement of the mechanical and electrical system, interior designer uses high difference of body block to build the rich stacked shape ceiling. It is a large challenge to form consistency of light environment at the stacked level of height difference. Different installation nodes are designed for single and double-stacked and single-stacked but double height light slot space design to realize nearly consistent light return effect after the deduction on the drawing and the site of multiple rounds of commissioning. It also creates romantic atmosphere and rich sense of layers with decorative star lights.

项目中在较多区域的拦河以及天花叠级区域采用了乳胶漆与肌理漆的应用，在为商业室内增添了氛围感与层次感的同时，对于后期的安装工艺和视觉的一致性形成极大的挑战。业主方、顾问和施工单位一起付出了非常多的努力，通过数周的调试，确保灯带的效果均匀柔和。

The latex paint and texture paint are applied for river blocking area and stacked ceiling area in the project. At the same time of adding sense of atmosphere for commercial interior, the extremely large challenge for the formation of later installation process and visual consistency. The client, the consultant and the construction unit have put in a lot of effort together. Through several weeks of commissioning, we can ensure that the effect of the light strip is uniform and soft.

汇聚方中庭：非常有仪式感的穹顶造型设计，考虑到高空间、大尺度的造型，设计团队与室内设计方在有限的空间里完成了最适合灯光晕染的灯槽造型。层层递进的偏心圆形成的向心力以及通过天光与自然光的吸引，试图让更多的客户通过扶梯引流至更高的空间楼层。考虑到后期维护的不易，在节点设计的伊始，采用了双回路设计，以减少后期检修工作量。

Gathering Square Atrium: the shape design of dome is full of sense of ceremony. To consider the high space and large scale, design team and interior design finish light slot shape that is most suitable for light halo in the limited space. The centripetal force formed by layers of progressive eccentric circles and attraction of sky light and natural light try to let more customers to higher floors by escalator. At the beginning of node design, we consider the difficulty in later maintenance so we use double circuit design to reduce the work of repairment. 

东西地块的连廊，在日光下通透明亮。在夜间，灯光从桥体透出，以燕子为主题的艺术喷绘被灯光照亮，为城市带来了活跃，明快的色彩。

The corridor between the east and west plot is bright under sunshine. At night, artistic spray painting with the theme of swallow is illuminated by lighting, bringing liveliness and bright color to the city.

Mixc, Nanjing is the Mixc project with the largest opening volume in the world at present. We have been involved in the project for 5 years and cooperated with 6 professional consultants of architect, curtain wall, interior decoration, 4 facade and interior decoration construction units. We have experienced the difficulty of covid-19, hard work with client and construction unit one month before opening. And finally, we welcomed a grand opening.
