建筑鸟瞰图

陆家嘴民生码头区域是浦东沿黄埔江边的一个历史更新改造区，至今仍存有港口气息。建筑设计根据区域及周边环境，结合现存的历史建筑、临江粮仓以及港口设施，处理了建筑群体和周边路网及巷道的轴线关系，创造了建筑与公共空间的紧密联系，同时在建筑群之间留出了广场与景观的公共空间。

Lujiazui Minsheng Wharfarea is a historical renewal area along Huangpu River in Pudong, which still has the harbor flavor. According to the regional and surrounding environment, the architectural design combines the existing historical buildings, riverside granaries (art gallery now) and port facilities, clearly deals with the axis relationship between the building groups and the surrounding road network and laneway, creates the connection between the buildings and public space, and at the same time, the public space of square and landscape is well interacting between the buildings.

雄伟的杨浦大桥、民生码头和港口设施共同塑造了本项目鲜明的周边环境特色。沿项目以北的河岸边，民生码头将被改造成一个热闹非凡的时尚文化中心，各色酒吧、餐馆和小商铺等环绕其中。

The magnificent Yangpu Bridge, Minsheng Wharf and port facilities together shape the distinctive surrounding characteristics of the project.Along the river bank north of the project, Minsheng Wharf is being transformed into a bustling fashion and cultural center surrounded by bars, restaurants and small shops.

建筑立面设计意向取自附近仍保留的用于港口起吊货物的起重机及龙门架设备，朝江的立面框架清晰可见，并强调了朝向黄埔江的景观视线，从杨浦大桥上可识别框架侧面的疏密变化。

The design intention of the building's facade is taken from the nearby cranes and gantry equipment still retained for lifting cargo at the port. The facade frame facing the river is clearly visible and emphasizes the view towards the Huangpu River. The density changes on the side of the frame can be identified from the Yangpu bridge.

夜间，中性色温的光让建筑立面挺拔突出，三栋塔楼和10栋独栋办公楼组团在此区域形成了色彩丰富及层次错落的天际线。

At night, the light with neutral color temperature makes the facade of the building stand out. The three towers and 10 single-family offices form a skyline with rich colours and changes in levels.

塔楼入口发光玻璃雨棚和室内天花完美的形成一体，照明设计从色温对室内外材质的影响出发，做到了室内和室外天花的和谐衔接，入口大堂由内至外的延伸感得以发挥的淋漓尽致。

The glowing glass canopy and indoor ceiling at the entrance of the tower perfectly formed into one . The lighting design starts from the influence of color temperature on indoor and outdoor materials to achieve a harmonious link of indoor and outdoor ceilings, and the sense of extension of the entrance hall from inside to outside is fully played at night.

塔楼屋顶

江上鸟瞰视角

塔楼屋顶露台和独栋组团的屋顶花园采用上下单独出光的组合壁灯，运用非对称配光让框架底部被照亮，下照灯具提供了引导性的露台照明，营造出舒适宜人的清新氛围，使到达的宾客驻足抬头欣赏，亦或是上到屋顶参与商业活动。

The roof garden on the tower and the terrace of the independent block building are illuminated at night with a sconce that combin of up and down flood light which uses asymmetric light distribution to gently up-illuminate the inside of the frame and down illuminate terrace floor.It creates a comfortable and pleasant fresh atmosphere, so that the arriving guests stop and look up to enjoy, or go to the roof to participate in commercial activities.

景观广场

夜间景观的照明除了为建筑整体形象增添绿色之意，也为来往的宾客提供了舒适的社交平台。景观照明除了在夜间组织引导交通，还在语汇上配合建筑立面风格的展示。

The night landscape lighting not only adds green meaning to the overall image of the building, but also provides a comfortable social platform for the surrounding area and guests coming and going. In addition to organizing and guiding the traffic at night, landscape lighting also matches the architectural vocabulary.

照明设计同时辅助了高塔楼主立面前广场的景观庭院灯和立面投光灯形成适当有序的排列，使得中央镜面水景雕塑及建筑入口庄重的画面感不被打破，做到整体和谐共存。

At the same time, the lighting design assists the position of the landscape poles and the flood-light poles  in the square in front of the main tower to form an appropriate and orderly arrangement, so the grand sence of the central water sculpture and the  building entrance will not be broken, and the overall harmonious coexistence will be achieved.
