项目介绍(Project Instruction)
上海松江印象城位于广富林路与人民北路交叉口东北侧,由印力集团和新加坡政府投资公司共同投资, 是GIC与印力自七宝万科广场、南翔印象城MEGA之后的第三个商业地产合作项目项目。该项目是一个集生活、购物、娱乐等多功能为一体的大型商业综合体,总建筑面积为15.5万平方米。项目北侧是松江大学城,南侧是以年轻家庭为主的住宅小区。 在松江印象城成立之初,项目就围绕周边区域进行详尽调研规划,“因C制宜”地为项目确定了“多次元对话世界”的商业定位,由此展开与IP深入对话的探索之路。
Shanghai Songjiang Incity is located in northeast of the intersection of Guangfulin Road and Renmin North Road, invested by Yinli Group and Singapore Government Investment Corporation, which is the third commercial real estate cooperation projects after GIC and Yinli’s cooperation of Qibao Vanke Plaza and Nanxiang Incity MEGA. This project is a large commercial complex with a construction area of 155,000 square meters including the function of living, shopping, amusement and so on. The north of the project is Songjiang University Town and the south is the residential district dominated by young families.
以此为主线,将整个松江印象城的动线与业态商户有机串联,涵盖了IP场景、功能社交、情绪共鸣、数码艺术、以及业态主题等丰富多元的空间职能。
With this as the main line, the dynamic line of the whole Songjiang Incity is organically connected with business type merchants, covering rich and diverse space function like IP scene, functional social interaction, emotional resonance, digital art, and business type themes and so on.
建筑师ECE规划的S 型动线,不仅提高平面的整体效率,还迎合了两大核心客群的不同来向,带来双重体验。建筑下部空间及烟火市集(B1F&1F)定位为三次元(家庭与生活),建筑的上部空间(3F&4F)逐渐增加了二次元的浓度,商业和设计也越来越像素化及卡通化。不论外立面还是室内,都采用自下而上,自南而北的二次元至三次元融合,灯光也就如何响应这一主题与相关方进行了深入的探索。
The S-shaped passenger movement planned by the architect ECE can not only improve the overall efficiency of the plane but also caters to the different directions of the two core customers, bringing double experiences. The bottom space of the architecture and the hustle and bustle market (B1F&1F) is positioned as the daily life space(familyactivity). The upper space of the architecture (3F&4F) gradually increased the density of virtual world. Business and design are becoming more and more pixelated and cartoon. No matter façade and interior, they both adopt bottom-up, south-to-north virtual world to daily life spaceintegration. And then it starts to deeply explore how lighting responses to this theme with related parties.
建筑照明
在外立面照明中,我们使用色彩和控制将高出地块的中庭盒子处理得相对明丽、活跃,作为对二次元的呼应;而将低处的铝板连接部分处理的稳态而温暖,作为对三次元的回应;同时,用一条穿起整个地块的流动线条作为穿插,结合了二次元和三次元,从而完整的讲述了整个故事。
Architect lighting
In the facade lighting we use colors and control to make the atrium box higher than the plot relatively bright and active as a response to the virtual world. The low aluminum plate connection part s processed steady and warm as a response to the daily life space. At the same time, a flow line that runs through the whole plot is used as the interpenetration, combining the virtual world and daily life space, thus telling about the whole story completely.
由于灯光涉及到幕墙体系相对复杂,包括:穿孔板+背衬板的双层幕墙体系,玻璃+背衬板的双层幕墙体系,单层铝板和单层穿孔板等;这些体系对灯光的安装方式、维修方式要求不同,使用的材料的色彩与反射率也不同,业主方、建筑师、幕墙顾问与我们通过多轮的样板测试后取得了灯光与建筑表皮在日间及夜间效果上的一致。
Due to the complexity of the curtain wall system involved in lighting, including Double layer curtain wall system of perforated plate & backing plate, double layer curtain wall system of glass & backing plate, single layer aluminum plate and single layer perforated plate, etc.. These systems have different requirements to installation and maintenance of lighting. The color of used materials and reflectivity is also different. The owner, architect, curtain wall consultant and we have achieved the same effect of lighting and building skin in daytime and night after many rounds of sample tests.
呼应基地所在的广富林区域深厚的考古学积淀,融入了广富林文化遗址中的“层秀”概念,建筑立面通过三种不同颜色的层次变换,打造鲜明、丰富、流动的形象,原设计希望通过洗墙方式表达水平联系,纵向转折的明暗关系,但由于幕墙施工平整度的限制,擦略光照明会凸显幕墙瑕疵,后调整为架设灯杆进行投光处理,有效的缓和了施工上的难题。
To response to the profound archaeological accumulation in Guangfulin area where the base is located, the concept of "layer show" integrated into Guangfulin cultural relics. The façade creates bright, rich and floating image through hierarchical transformation of three different colors. The original design hoped to express the light and dark relationship of horizontal connection and vertical transition through wall washing. However, slightly polished lighting will highlight curtain wall defects because of the limitation of construction flatness of curtain wall and then it is adjusted to erect light pole for light projection processing, which eases the construction problems.
室内照明
室内的设计语言也沿用了与“多次元对话”的主题,B1F和1F相对色调温暖,元素较为自然;而到了3F和4F层,装饰材料色系逐渐变冷,装饰元素也逐渐像素化。响应这一需求,我们设计了针对从B1F到4F的色温差异化设计,将此微妙之处也融合于整个空间。
在B1F的开放空间(美食广场)是温暖的2700-3000K的调子,同时也呼应1F的装置艺术--金色半机器人”疯眼”,1F的主要空间以3000K为主;行至2F,南北侧就会有不同的色温3000K与3500K,业态也逐渐变得更年轻、更数码。这一变化延续到4层,四层北中庭基础照明是最冷的4000K,而主中庭的巨大IP装置“巨型水母”周围配备了6500K色温的极冷的装饰发光板,与极致的科技感互为迎合。
特色天花
和外立面一样,室内也有非常多的特色天花系统,包括风铃片、金属网、立体吊顶及镜面不锈钢吊顶,由于室内对吊顶净高要求很严格,留给照明设备安装的空间很局促,多样性的材料与灯光的磨合匹配,对照明调试工作提出了很高的挑战。
Feature ceiling
Like the facade, the interior also has many feature celling systems including wind chime, metal mesh, three-dimensional ceiling and mirror stainless steel ceiling. Due to the strict requirements of the ceiling height, the space for lighting equipment installation is very limited. Various materials match the run-in of lighting, which brings a high challenge to lighting commission work.
例如风铃特色天花的试验过程,最初的设计从风铃片之间通过宽角度下照线性光提供基础照明的同时兼顾擦亮风铃片侧面,但由于风铃片的高度很小,即使120度的宽光也很难兼顾,而下照灯也会因为数量过多而显得喧宾夺主。
For example, during the test process of wind chime featured ceiling, the original design provides basic lighting by illuminating linear light from a wide angle between the wind chime pieces while polishing the side of the wind chime pieces. However, due to the small height of the wind chimes, it is difficult to give consideration even if we use the 120° wide light and the downlight will be dominative due to the large quantity.
后来测试了自风铃片背后下照和侧面出光的安装方式,但前者由于与风铃片及横杆处于水平方向,难以体现金属质感且地面形成了杂乱不可控的光影,后者由于风铃片层级的遮挡,出光效果也不尽如人意。
And then the installation way of downlight and side light from wind chimes has been tested. It is also difficult for the front to show metal texture and it forms a chaotic and uncontrollable light and shadow because it is in the horizontal direction with the wind bell piece and the crossbar. Lighting effect of the latter is also poor because of the shelter from wind chime level.
最后试验依附于风铃片区域外围的金色框,向下加装一段结构槽,内装侧向出光的窄角度线性灯。灯槽虽然对净高有一定的影响,但这样的洗光效果对风铃片的表现非常有利,最终与室内设计师达成一致,新增100mm高度的洗光槽的照明方式将以上特色天花加以体现。现场完成的效果也是非常欣喜的。
Finally,the test depends on the golden form outside the wind chimes area. A section of structural slot is added downward, and a narrow angle linear lamp with side light is installed inside. Although the lamp trough has a certain impact on the clear height, this kind of light washing effect is very beneficial to the performance of wind chime tablets. We reach an agreement with the interior designer at last and add 100mm height of washing trough to show the above feature ceiling. The effect of on-site completion is also very satisfactory.
特色区域
B1F的市集:烟火气场,初衷是对应小餐饮业态区域,灯光以街市的风格处理,以唤起消费者对于小餐饮特有烟火气的共情。在世界杯主题月期间,这里拓展为观赛体验区,年轻人呼朋引伴享受盛会,额外的内容也放大了空间的价值与能量。
Special Area
The market on B1F: The original intention of the hustle and bustle market is to correspond to the small catering business area, and the lighting is handled in the style of the street market to arouse the empathy of consumers for the sense of hustle and bustle atmosphere to small catering. During the theme of World Cup, it extends to a viewing experience area to enjoy the World Cup Competition. And the young enjoy this event with their friends. The extra content enlarge the value and energy of the space.

特色装置
Special Device
印象城有多达8个主题空间,设计师也为各个主题设计了对应的话题点。如水泥公园的滑板区,烟火气场的天幕,像素广场的皮卡丘主题展。而装置艺术也是其中非常漂亮的一环。
The in city owns up to eight theme space. Designers also design corresponding topics for each theme, such as the skateboard area of cement park, the sky curtain of fireworks market and Pikachu theme exhibition in pixel plaza. And installation art is also a very beautiful part.
两个大型艺术装制品:AI半机器人“疯眼”和“巨型水母”,突破次元壁界限,现实场景与虚拟世界的结合。AI半机器人“疯眼”偏向于打造视觉焦点职能,再根据装置的吸睛特性进一步做命名延展,以期活化侧方出入口、打造出空间的更多可能性。像素广场的”巨型水母“则从开始的年轻人互动、游戏热点,随着商业主题的扩容,也不断的以多屏呈现的形式与更新的内容呼应。
Two large art works: AI cyborg “Mad-eye” and "Giant Jellyfish" break through the boundaries of dimensional walls, combining real scenes with virtual world. AI cyborg “Mad-eye” prefer to create visual focus function and further expand the naming according to the eye-catching characteristics of the device, and create more possibilities for space by activating the side entrance. "Giant Jellyfish" in pixel plaza started with the interaction with young people and game hot spots. Then it constantly echoes the updated content in the form of multi-screen presentation with the expansion of commercial theme.
“巨型水母”是一个吊挂类型的多媒体装置,人们可以通过扫描松江印象城的官方二维码进入互动页面,将自己想说的话发送至CPU中央装置,装置会将其中转化成新的语言,搭建现实与虚拟之间沟通的桥梁…...
"Giant Jellyfish" is a hanging type multimedia device. People can enter the page of interaction by scanning the official QR code of Songjiang Incity and send what they want to say to the CPU central unit, which can convert it into a new language and set up a bridge between reality and virtuality......

后记
我们部分照片的补拍于近日才陆续完成,时隔开业一年后的松江印象城,虽然身处疫情,商业环境形式严峻,但我们仍旧心怀希望,希望疫情早日过去,烟火气重新回归的一天。
Postscript
The shooting of partial photos have been completed recently. Although the Songjiang Incity open for more than one year is still suffering from the epidemic, the commercial environment is still severe, we still hopes that the epidemic will pass soon and the hustle and bustle of the city will return soon.
