项目介绍（Project Instruction）
上海真如环宇城MAX位于上海真如副中心主核心位置，是上海中心城区规模最大的整体开发城市更新项目，也是“中海真如境”最主要的功能承载体。项目包括15万平方米的购物中心，以及两座分别高230米、200米的地标型国际甲级写字楼，联动毗邻的地下山姆会员店与中海大剧院，共同组成上海中环以内规模最大、复合度最高的商业文化综合体，历经62个月的打磨于2023年年底开幕。
Zhenru Unipark MAX, Shanghai is located in the main core location of Shanghai Zhenru Sub Center, which is not only the largest overall development and urban renewal project in the central urban area of Shanghai but also the most important functional carrier of "Max City of China Overseas". The project includes the shopping mall with 150 thousand sqms, two landmark international grade A office building with 230m and 200m. It is connected to Sam’s Club underground and China Overseas Grand Theatre. They form the largest and most complex commercial and cultural complex within Shanghai Central. It has opened at the end of 2023 after 62-months’ polishing.

Facade Lighting Design Introduction
环宇城MAX 南侧紧邻6公里长的“城市绿肺”之一的真如绿廊，北侧是蜿蜒的小河道真如港。结合基地特征，建筑设计采用了优雅的曲线建筑形态，营造多层次、尺度丰富的绿色开放空间，为城市副中心打造绿色低碳的公园化主题商业。传承与再现该地区美好快乐的记忆！
The south of Unipark MAX is close to one of the “urban green lung”, the Zhenru green corridor with 6km. The north is the meandering river, Zhenru Bay. Architectural design uses the elegant curved architectural form to create a multi-level and green open space with rich scale by combining base feature. It builds a green and low-carbon park themed commercial for urban sub center and inherits and reappears happy memory of this area.

设计团队将建筑规划理念再延续深入，微风拂过，阳光下的水面呈现不同的形态，时而呈现涟漪潋滟潺流水，时而呈现波光粼粼石明净，“水光”的概念贯穿项目内外，将看不到的水流变化转变为可见的灯光脉络，500年银杏树叶顺着水光流淌到各个角落。
Design team further extends architecture planning concept again. The wind breezes and the water face presents different shapes under sunshine. Sometimes it presents rippling and flowing, sometimes it presents sparkling waves and clear stones. The concept of water light penetrates both inside and outside the project. We will see that water flow transforms into light skeleton and ginkgo biloba leaves at the age of 500 years flows to every corner.

塔楼鳞波动感呈现出时代的韵律，建筑幕墙层次丰富，灯具的安装不能影响建筑日间的整体效果。通过多次与建筑师及幕墙顾问的沟通，结合建筑形式，利用飞翼端部的有限空间进行灯光的二次反射。白天灯具不可见，夜晚通过控制变化，在不同角度呈现多样化的效果，并且多次实验，充分考虑灯光穿线、灯具检修、灯具安装等因素，确保灯具与幕墙构造的完美融合。灯光为能实现夜间水光流动的效果。
The sparkling sense of tower presents the rhythm of the era. The curtain wall is full of layers. The installation of luminaires cannot be affected by the whole effect of architecture during the day. The limited space of the end of all-wing aircraft and combination of architecture shape are used to the second light reflection after communicating with architect and curtain wall consultant. Luminaires cannot be seen during the day and various effects can be presented from different angles by controlling changes. We have tested for many times and taken full consideration into light threading, luminaire examination and repair, luminaire installation and other factors to ensure the perfect integration between luminaires and curtain wall. Light can realize the effect of water flow at night.

商业立面飘带造型的流线，流畅的线条向各个方向散开，带着银杏叶这份礼物进入室内，到达屋顶，与真如寺遥遥相望，灯光成为了一个个送信的使者，通过动态变化使建筑流动起来，将这悠久的历史文化传递给每一个人，一起讲述时光永恒的四季之美。
The streamline with the shape of ribbon on commercial facade scatters in all directions, bringing ginkgo biloba leaves indoor and to the roof. Facing the Zhenru temple from afar, light becomes a messenger. Dynamic changes make architecture flow and deliver the long historic culture to everyone to talk about the permanent beauty of four seasons in time.

结合银杏广场，建筑3层、4层打造了室内外交融互动的特色体验空间“环宇环”，展示艺术文化等内容，打造真如空中打卡观景环廊，“Light Catwalk环宇环”打造“无限边界”的体验感，结合主入口裸眼3D，西中庭的巨幕光电玻璃，强化项目IP，并融合记忆、生态和科技的特质，让顾客沉浸式体验“宇宙闪烁+艺术潮流+地区文化”碰撞、融合的魅力，让艺术与科技更好融合。
Combine Ginkgo Biloba Plaza, the third and fourth floor build the feature experience space “UNI-Verse” that can realize indoor and outdoor integration and interaction. It also shows art and culture and builds air check-in viewing corridor of Zhenru. “Light catwalk UNI-Verse” builds the experience feeling of unlimited space. Combine the naked eye 3D at the main entrance, the large screen broadcasting and television glass of west atrium strengthens project IP and integrates memory, ecology and science and technology features to make customers immersively experience the charm on collision and integration of “Cosmic Scintillation + Art Fashion + Regional Culture”. And this makes nature and art and technology integrate with each other better.

在城市更新语境以及提升周围商业品质的需求下，室内七大主题空间在设计规划上统一使用3500K的色温，营造富有连续性的新兴商业空间环境。
Seven theme spaces of interior use the same color temperature of 3500K for the design planning and create continuous commercial emerging space environment due to the context of urban renewal and purpose of updating surrounding commercial quality.
中庭
按照空间区域大致划分为西东两个界面，西面以主中庭的巨幅媒体屏和拦河动态光带为最大亮点；东面首层24小时中央大道贯穿场地南北并与东中庭紧密相连。因此在照度规划上，重在打造主题区域明确的视觉感受，给人们留下强烈的印象；而针对“流动性”区域，通过对空间明暗层次的把控，弱化通道区来凸显商户立面，起到引导性作用。
It is divided into two parts, the west and the east, according to space area. The highlight of the west is large LED media screen and river blocking Dynamic light. The 24-hour central street on the first floor of the east runs through the north and south of the site and closely connected to the east atrium. And we put emphasis on creating the clear visual feelings of theme area for the illumination planning to leave a deep impression. While the store facade is highlighted to play a guiding role by controlling the spatial brightness hierarchy and weakening the channel area for the flowing area.

作为真如塔的未来展现，西中庭是光与影的舞台，室内设计创造性地打造了透明光电LED媒体屏幕，结合各层拦河间低密度显示画面的同频闪烁，这里将成为数字艺术、品牌推广的最佳发生地，为客群带来沉浸式未来感商业体验。
As the future presentation of Zhenru Tower, the west atrium is the stage of light and shadow. Interior design creatively builds the transparent photoelectric LED media screen. Here will be the best place to digital art, brand promotion, bringing immersive future commercial experience for guests by combining the same frequency flickering of low-density display images between different levels of river blocking.
西中庭
首层24小时中央大道贯穿场地南北并与东中庭紧密相连，室内设计提取古建筑特色元素使得这里有老上海街区的松弛与惬意，双层挑高通廊的设计为场地营造了极强的街区户外感，灯光结合室内设计语言，通过模拟天光的手法增强客户感受到户外游逛的体验。
The 24-hour central street on the first floor of the east runs through the north and south of the site and closely connected to the east atrium. Interior design extracts the features of ancient buildings, which creates the relaxation and comfort of old Shanghai block. The design of double layered elevated corridor creates the strong sense of outdoor block. The light combines the interior design language and the way of simulating skylight strengthen the experience of wandering outside for guests.

来到东中庭，室内设计师以夜晚真如塔影交相呼应为设计灵感，提炼出来的塔影艺术装置是对真如塔的抽象表达与致敬。在光环境方面将原本的基础照明弱化及隐蔽，通过天花与地面的材质反射的特性呈现空间虚与实的感受，烘托出视觉主体——倒挂真如塔装置。晨光氤氲，塔影婆娑，让人仿佛置身于过去与未来的时空间隙中。
Come to east atrium, interior designer takes inspiration from the echo of Zhenru Tower shadows. The tower shadow art device refined is the abstract expression and respect for Zhenru Tower. The original basic illumination is weakened and concealed in terms of light environment. Characteristic of reflection of ceiling and floor presents the space feeling of virtual and reality, setting the visual subject--inverted hanging device of Zhenru Tower. The scene of hazy morning light and swaying tower shadows makes people feel like being in a time and space gap between the past and the future.

5F运动中庭应用镜面材料与灯光融合，通过动态场景控制，打造无限边界的体验感。
The sport atrium applies the integration of mirror materials and light and dynamic scene controlling creates unlimited experience feelings.
整个项目通过对空间环境的规划，不同材质以及科技化的灯光的应用，在城市更新的大环境需求下，再现在地文化的回忆以及与客户可互动交流的时尚新潮的购物环境。在这片富有历史底蕴与现代设计交融的土地上，上海真如环宇城MAX为普陀市民带来全新的购娱体验，引领着我们共同见证真如的蝶变新生……
The project presents local memory and fashionable shopping environment for guests to interact and communicate with each other through planning of space environment and application of different materials and scientific light to meet the demand of urban renewal environment. On the land full of historical background and modern design, Zhenru Unipark MAX, Shanghai brings the whole new shopping and entertainment experience for citizens in Putuo District and leads us witness the rebirth of Zhenru together.

Other Interior Lighting Design Introduction
商务办公项目中海中心，由建筑高度为200、230米的两栋塔楼组成，是中海商务旗下的最高标准写字楼（国际甲级写字楼）。与塔楼外立面造型相呼应，室内公区设计从传统建筑材料“瓦”中获得灵感以及文化内涵，核心筒立面由弧形陶土板拼接而成，赋有层次韵律感，简约大气中带有精致的细节。在首层大堂，设计了符合生物节律的色温调节系统，结合自然光线以及运营需求，通过预设灯光场景，实现不同时段里的不同灯光氛围。当夜幕降临，色温场景转变，带给用户一丝都市繁杂中的惬意慵懒感。
Commercial office project, China Overseas Center consists of two buildings with the height of 200m and 230m, which is the office building with the highest standard of China Overseas (international grade A office building). The interior inspiration of traditional architecture material "tile" and cultural connotation echoes the facade shape. The facade of the core tube is composed of arc-shaped clay panels spliced together, giving a sense of layered rhythm. It is simple and general with fine details. At the first floor lobby, we design the color temperature regulation system fitting biological rhythm. And combine the natural light line with operation demands, different light atmosphere of different time can be realized with light scene preset. When night falls, the color scene transforms and brings people the feeling of pleasure and laziness in the bustling city.
