项目介绍（Project Instruction）
2016年起LEOX团队配合gmp（冯·格康，玛格及合伙人建筑师事务所）展开了中国银联业务运营中心项目室内照明设计工作。项目于2023年底调试并顺利交付。Since 2016，LEOX cooperated with gmp and started the interior lighting design of China UnionPay Tower in Shanghai. The project has been finished commissioning and successfully delivered by the end of 2023.中国银联业务运营中心位于浦东世博A片区，项目包括两侧24米高的裙楼（5层）和中央150米高的主塔楼（33层）。三栋建筑由三层和四层的空中连廊连接，横跨连接城市轴线和北侧入口广场的公共空间，并集合多种功能为一体的综合办公楼。使用者及到访者在此拥有非常开阔的视野，远眺黄浦江岸及俯瞰后滩世博园区。
China UnionPay Tower in Shanghai is located at the Area A of the World Expo in Pudong New District. The project includes two 24-meters high podiums with 5 floors and one 150-meters high main tower with 33 floors. The three buildings are connected by sky corridor at the third and fourth floor, across the public area that connects city axis with plaza of north entrance. It is a complex date office building with various functions. Users and visitors can own open horizon and overlook the Huangpu River and the World Expo Park of Houtan.
建筑采用三个正方形为主要的建筑形态，与银联的LOGO及企业精神相对应，映衬银联的沉稳及多元性；两层高的空中连廊将三个体量联系起来，提供交流的平台并丰富了建筑的层次感，强调银联支付产业的多元化和极为重要的平台作用。（来自gmp 和向上天际线）The architecture is with the main shape of three
squares, which echoes the logo and enterprise spirit of UnionPay and presents
its composure and diversity. The two-floor high sky corridor connects the three
volumes, provides the platform of communication and enriches layers of the
architecture. It also emphasizes the diversity of UnionPay industry and

共享大厅|主入口
Sharing lobby | Main entrance
建筑体块和立面形态的变化刻画出建筑不同功能区域，包括入口大堂、咖啡休息区、展示空间、员工餐厅和商务洽谈等，主体业务用房位于高层建筑内。照明设计在设计之初需要充分理解业主的功能及运营需求。The changes of building
block and facade shape depict the different function areas, including lobby,
coffee break area, exhibition area, staff canteen, business meetings and so on.
The main business houses is in the high building. Lighting design fully understands the client's function and operation requirements at the beginning of design.
建筑师在对建筑结构系统的深入研究下实现了门厅的开放式无柱大空间。塔楼结构柱在底部楼层通过转换被减少到角部的四根，保证了入口空间的通透开放，使得人们快速从入口到达共享大厅，感受到共享大厅白天的宏伟气势，夜间照明系统在此区域强化立面背景石材面，通过非传统洗墙而是高投光的方式均匀照亮整个石材面，并且让灯具分散成小体积的轨道灯和竖向采光顶钢结构很好的融为一体。The architect has realized
the open area of foyer without pillar under the deep study of building
structural system. The structure pillar of tower is reduced to four pieces to
corner on the bottom floor through conversion, which ensures the translucency
and openness of entrance and makes people quickly come from entrance to sharing
lobby. People can also feel the grand momentum of sharing lobby during the day.
The lighting system at night strengthens the face of facade background stone
material. The way of uniformly illuminating the whole stone material is high
projection instead of traditional wall washer. It also makes luminaires scattered
into small volume track lights, which is integrated with vertical daylighting
roof steel structure greatly.
共享电梯厅
Sharing elevator
高天花的共享电梯厅让共享大堂的光膜由立面延伸至电梯厅天花，光膜可以实现定制的动态画面效果，轿厢立面通过和室外一致的竖向肌理语言实现室内外的呼应，同时让立面挺拔而现代。The sharing elevator with high ceiling extends the
light film of the sharing lobby from the facade to the ceiling of the elevator
hall. The light film can realize to customize Dynamic picture effects. The
elevator car facade realizes the echo between interior and facade through the
vertical mechanism language consistent with facade design. And at the same
time, it makes the facade upright and modern.![]()
标准层电梯厅
Standard floor elevator
十字交叉的天幕系统让从大堂到标准层的用户体验统一，让层高有限的标准层天花更轻盈。The cross shaped canopy system unifies the user
experience from the lobby to the standard floor, making the standard floor
ceiling with limited floor height lighter.![]()
高层电梯厅
High-floor elevator
线条和方形元素的使用贯穿整个塔楼垂直流通空间，除此之外灯光在高层电梯厅墙面低调适宜地从内部强化穿孔logo墙，让穿孔的疏密产生层层递进效果，来访者的视觉可以在此停留。The application of square and linear elements runs through the vertical circulation space of the entire tower. Additionally, the lighting strengthens the logo wall of high-floor elevator metope inside in a low-key and proper manner. It also creates a layered and progressive effect on the density of perforations. The visitor's vision will linger here.

空中连廊
Sky corridor
连廊不但作为室外展示的一部分，同时充当着联通东西裙房及塔楼的重要联系平台，灯光在通透的展示面上结合室外照明构成了和谐而统一的画面，让室内为室外照明服务进而形成内外层次、虚实对比，三个建筑体块通过连廊形成有机的串联。
The corridor is not only the part of facade
presentation but also the important contact platform of east and west podiums
and towers. The light combines with the facade lighting on the translucent presentation
and forms the harmonious and unified picture, making the interior serve for the
facade lighting and further form the interior and facade layers, virtual and
real comparison. The three building blocks form organic connections through

多功能厅
Multifunctional hall
灵活的会议系统及可变色温的光膜让多功能厅灵活变换场景需求。此区域的特殊光膜系统除了提供均匀而柔和的光环境需求，并且兼顾了声环境中吸音的需求。
The flexible meeting system and the light film with
changeable color temperature make the multifunctional hall change scene demands
flexibly. The special light film system of this area not only provides the
requirement of average and soft light environment but also sound absorption in
sound demanding environments.

开敞办公空间
Open office area
在科技赋能金融的设计愿景下，整体外立面及室内的设计风格和谐统一均遵从现代、简洁的理念，运用方形及线条感元素贯穿始终。With the design vision that technology empowers finance, the whole facade and interior design style is harmonious and untied and follows the modern and simple concept. It also uses square and linear elements throughout the entire process.室内标准办公层天花的设计在材料选择和建筑语言的连续性上充分考虑，特别是室内和室外竖向线条的立面效果转到平面表现。在天花的设计上，通过方形及条形元素的精确排列组合，不但需要满足多种功能需求还提供了统一和谐的办公视觉感受。The design of interior standard office floor ceiling takes material choices and continuity of architecture language into consideration, especially the presentation from facade effect to plane of facade and interior vertical lines. The design of ceiling not only needs to meet various function demands but also provides united and harmonious office-visual feeling by precise arrangement and group of square and linear elements.开敞办公空间的集合天花简洁而富有品质感，照明设备与其他所有相关的机电设备都必须遵从设计规范以及视觉美感的综合考量。充分的光照、工作位眩光的考虑以及办公布局的灵活度都成为前期设计必不可少的研究。最终，灯具布局与综合天花精准匹配，并且兼顾了以上所考虑的技术及美观需求。Collective ceiling of open office area is simple and full of sense of quality. Lighting equipment and other related electronic equipment must follow the design rules and comprehensive consideration of visual beauty. Abundant lighting, consideration of workplace glare and flexibility of office layout all will be the necessary study at the beginning of design. Finally, luminaire layout matched with comprehensive ceiling accurately and met the technical and beauty requirements considered.
线性下照灯具作为天花造型方案中最终确定的方案，让天花风格得以较好地展现。特别是标准办公区域坐落在建筑的4个方向，需要每个方向的办公区域均可满足基本照度需求，灯具需要满足在无论长边还是短边方向都不影响整体出光感，最终实现功能性要求。
Linear luminaires are as the finally
confirmed scheme of ceiling shape, making the ceiling style present better.
Especially the four ways of the building that standard office area is located in, each way of it should meet the basic illumination needs. Luminaires should
have no effect on final function requirement of whole luminous sense no matter
long side or short side direction.![]()
包间前厅
Private room lobby
裙房配套区域特别是餐饮区域照明设计结合精装材质，提供了温暖舒适的氛围，前厅装饰吊挂再次组合成了企业的LOGO图案，使来访者在休息或通过此区域的体验中感受不同于办公的氛围调性。
The supporting area of the podium, especially the lighting design of catering area, it combines fine decoration material and provides warm and comfortable atmosphere. The decorative hanging of lobby forms the logo image of enterprise. Visitors can feel the atmosphere different from office sense when they have rest or experience this area.
