作为父母,我们时常对孩子有所抱怨:不够独立、胆小害羞、拖拉磨蹭……但当我们真正踏入孩子的世界,尝试体验他们的学习生活时,或许会有全新的发现与深刻的理解。
为了探究孩子们在学校的学习生活实况,发掘他们隐藏的闪光点,近日,一群大龄“初中生”走进上海安生学校,亲身融入课堂教学氛围,开展了一场双向奔赴的家校深度体验活动,旨在通过亲身体验,更好地理解和支持孩子们的成长。
To explore the real learning and living environment of children at school and uncover their hidden talents, a group of adults "junior high school students" recently entered Shanghai Thomas School, immersing themselves in the classroom atmosphere. This two-way, in-depth home-school experience aimed to better understand and support children's growth through firsthand experience.

PART•ONE
「双向奔赴 X 家校互融」

教育之路漫漫,育人之心灼灼。一所真正的学校,是温情的校长带领一群有温度的人,做着温暖的教育。在这次活动中,家长们带着对孩子成长的疑惑与期待,与安生师生们共同度过了五个小时,深刻感受到了安生学校教育的温度与力量。
活动在温馨热烈的氛围中启幕。初中部校长徐惠英女士首先细致总结了开学以来初中部的全面工作。她深入浅出地剖析了教学与德育的丰硕成果,生动展现了学生们在成长路上的每一步进步。
同时,徐校长还分享了学校采取的工作措施,就如何更好地实现家校合作提出了目标和建议,并与家长们交流了办学的初步成效,共绘家校共育的美好蓝图。

接下来,初中部六七年级学生代表卜祎祎和张浩仟同学上台交流发言。他们用自己的亲身经历,分享了在安生两个多月成长的点点滴滴。

从初入校园的懵懂到如今的逐渐成熟,每一步都凝聚着学校的关怀与自己的努力。他们的发言充满了自信与感恩,让在场的每一位家长都感受到了努力的力量,也看到了学校在学生成长道路上的重要引领作用。

「提早规划 X 明确方向」

在活动前期,学部提前收集了家长们对于孩子未来教育路径的诸多关切,以期获得更具体的指导。家长们普遍关心的问题包括——
对于安生六七年级体制外意向学生,规划需涵盖:校内外课程、竞赛活动的具体准备步骤与时间线;如何平衡体制内课程投入;IB、A-level、AP课程方向的学生匹配与提前准备;家校如何协作提升竞争力,初中部如何加强体制外课程并考虑早期分流;以及直升高中部标准与高中部其他课程选项(如AP)等。

「课堂体验 X 换位思考」

家长们移步到各自孩子的班级,与学科教师和班主任进行了深入的个别交流。这一环节为家长们提供了更具体、更详细地了解孩子在校学习和生活情况的机会。
在现场真实了解老师的教学情况、体验孩子们的学习过程的同时,家长们也深刻体会到了孩子们学习的不易。长时间保持专注、吃透课堂知识点并非易事。课后,家长们感慨道:“平日里与孩子相处,不能只站在自己的主观角度去评价孩子。父母并不是居高临下的,而是应该站在孩子身旁,走近他,理解他,支持他。”这番话道出了许多家长的心声,也让家校之间的沟通更加顺畅与深入。

By gaining a real understanding of the teachers' teaching methods and experiencing their children's learning process, parents came to realize the challenges their children face in their studies.

「意见反馈 X 共谋发展」

活动最后,家长们纷纷通过问卷的形式将“意见反馈表”反馈给校方。从本次调查问卷的结果来看,家长们对于本次“校园开放日”整体评价偏高——
98%以上的家长对于“课堂体验”给出了“五星好评”,出现最多的评价分别是“微笑”“有温度”“细致”“专业”“耐心”。对课堂教学、对老师的工作态度满意度也达到了97%以上。这些反馈不仅是对学校工作的肯定与鼓励,更是对未来家校共育工作的期许与期待。

At the end of the event, parents submitted "Feedback Forms" to the school through a questionnaire. The survey results indicate that parents gave a relatively high overall rating to this "Campus Open Day."
