基誉公关成功举办2024年度患者组织公益媒体培训

9月25日，基誉公关（Sandpiper Communications）成功举办了2024年度面向中国大陆患者组织的公益媒体培训活动。此次培训是基誉公关Voice Your Vision（说出你的愿景）传播培训项目的一环，通过线上平台开展，旨在加强患者组织发言人在公众沟通和信息传递方面的能力，提升其在医疗健康领域的倡导效率。来自蔻德、爱佑、PID Care China、觉主家发作性睡病关爱中心、李辉时空、觅健、初保慢性皮肤关爱基金等患者组织的12名代表参与了此次培训。 

去年，基誉公关向患者组织介绍媒体环境、采访技巧、媒体关系维护及公关危机应对的方法等，受到参与者的广泛好评。今年，基誉公关继续听取患者组织的声音，对培训主题进行了进一步的优化，聚焦于发言人演讲技巧，培训内容涵盖了演讲基本技能、精彩演讲的技巧，包括肢体语言的运用和如何克服公众演讲的恐慌等。

为提升效果，培训策划安排了多个讨论及练习环节，分析演讲视频、模拟需要演讲的发言场景，请患者组织学以致用，在实际操作中提升技能。

感谢来自全国的患者组织对活动的积极参与。基誉公关期待能够继续支持患者组织建立有效的沟通策略，以便患者让组织的声音能够被更广泛地传播，更深刻地理解。在今年，基誉公关也将在中国香港、新加坡、澳大利亚以及新西兰等地区继续发力，举办公益培训，以满足更多患者组织的需求，并针对各地的具体情况量身定制培训内容。

自2022年起，基誉公关在亚太地区开展了一系列公益性媒体培训，受到广泛好评。2024年，公司对亚太地区患者组织进行了深度调研，发布了《基誉公关患者组织调研报告》，深入分析了患者组织在医疗服务可及性、数字医疗服务获取和行业参与方面的需求与挑战。我们期待与更多组织携手合作，共同推动医疗健康领域的进步与发展。

Voice Your Vision是基誉公关在2023年启动的公益传播培训项目，主要面向亚太区非盈利组织，旨在赋能全球非营利组织和企业领袖，助力他们更好地与受众深入沟通所关心的议题，发挥深远影响力。

On 25 September, Sandpiper successfully concluded its 2024 pro bono training for patient organisations in Mainland of China. As another initiative under Sandpiper's Voice Your Vision program, the training was conducted online, aiming to enhance participants with essential communication and spokesperson skills to strengthen their advocacy efforts. Twelve representatives from patient organisations, including the Chinese Organization for Rare Disorders (CORD), AiYou, PID Care China, NarcolepsyChina, Lihui Shikong, Mijian, and the China Primary Health Care Foundation (Chronic Skin Disease Care Foundation) participated in the training. 

Since 2022, Sandpiper's pro bono trainings across the Asia-Pacific region have garnered widespread praise. Last year marked the first time patient organisations were included in this initiative. Previous topics included the media landscape, interview techniques, managing media relationships, and crisis communication strategies.

This year, Sandpiper refined its training to specifically focus on spokespersons’ public speaking skills, honing in on elements such as body language and performance anxiety. Participants were also given opportunities to analyse videos of speeches, engage in discussions, and practice their skills during mock exercises.

We would like to sincerely thank patient organisations from across China for participating in our training. Sandpiper strives to empower patient groups across the region to help amplify their voices and ensure their messages resonate with audiences. Therefore, as with previous years, we are expanding this initiative to other markets, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand.

Earlier this year, Sandpiper conducted a survey of patient organisations in the Asia-Pacific region to explore the challenges they face in accessing healthcare, navigating digital healthcare services, and contributing to shaping the healthcare industry. The findings were published in Sandpiper Health’s 2024 Patient Advocacy Insights Report. We believe that by continuously incorporating a growing range of perspectives from patient groups, we can drive even greater progress in the healthcare sector.

Voice Your Vision is a training program focused on public communication, launched by Sandpiper in 2023. It aims to empower non-profit organisations and business leaders across the Asia-Pacific region to strengthen their impact through more effective public communication.
