越南复审对中国冷轧卷的反倾销税
Vietnam reviews anti-dumping duties on Chinese CRC
Kallanish（开阑商务信息咨询）报道，越南工业和贸易部已决定复审对来自中国的冷轧卷和薄板征收的反倾销税，该反倾销税将于2025年12月到期。
Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) has decided to review the anti-dumping duty on cold rolled coil and sheet from China, which expires in December 2025, Kallanish notes.
有关各方应在2025年3月19日之前进行登记。复审应在2024年12月25日（复审启动日期）起的九个月内完成。复审期限可延长一次，但不得超过三个月。
Interested parties should register by 19 March 2025. The review should be completed in nine months from 25 December 2024, the date of the review initiation. It can be extended once but by no more than three months.
本次首次反倾销日落复审涉及多个HS编码下宽度小于1,600毫米、厚度为0.108-2.55毫米的碳钢冷轧卷和薄板，包括7209.16.10, 7209.16.90, 7209.17.10, 7209.17.90, 7209.18.91, 7209.18.99, 7209.26.10, 7209.26.90, 7209.27.10, 7209.27.90, 7209.28.10, 7209.28.90, 7209.90.90, 7211.23.20, 7211.23.30, 7211.23.90, 7211.29.20, 7211.29.30, 7211.29.90 和 7225.50.90。
This, first anti-dumping sunset review impacts carbon cold rolled coil and sheet with a width of less than 1,600mm and a thickness of 0.108-2.55mm under multiple HS codes. These are 7209.16.10, 7209.16.90, 7209.17.10, 7209.17.90, 7209.18.91, 7209.18.99, 7209.26.10, 7209.26.90, 7209.27.10, 7209.27.90, 7209.28.10, 7209.28.90, 7209.90.90, 7211.23.20, 7211.23.30, 7211.23.90, 7211.29.20, 7211.29.30, 7211.29.90 and 7225.50.90.
目前的反倾销税为4.43%至25.22%。
The current anti-dumping duties are 4.43% to 25.22%.
截至2024年10月的十个月中，越南从中国进口122,780吨上述产品，同比增长28.7%。同时，中国供应占总进口量的比例上升1.6个百分点，达到55.2%。
Vietnam imported 122,780 tonnes of this material from China in the ten months through October 2024, up 28.7% on-year. The share of Chinese supply in overall imports meanwhile rose by 1.6 percentage points to 55.2%.
在第二次反倾销日落复审调查之后，工业和贸易部于11月12日终止对原产于中国以及中国台湾、印度尼西亚和马来西亚的各种冷轧不锈钢征收反倾销税（见Kallanish相关报道）。
MoIT terminated on 12 November anti-dumping tariffs on various cold rolled stainless steel originating in China as well as Taiwan, Indonesia and Malaysia, following the second AD sunset review investigation (see Kallanish passim).
