Vietnam's Hoa Phat lowers domestic HRC prices
Kallanish（开阑商务信息咨询）报道，随着市场疲软，越南热轧卷生产商Hoa Phat Dung Quat下调每月国内价格。
Vietnamese hot rolled coil producer Hoa Phat Dung Quat has reduced its monthly domestic prices in tandem with market weakness, Kallanish notes.
Hoa Phat于1月2日公布的3月/4月发货的非精整SAE1006或SS400级热轧卷的报价相当于约519美元吨cfr越南南部（不含增值税）。上个月，其官方挂牌价约为527美元/吨cfr。
Hoa Phat’s quotes announced on 2 January for non-skin passed SAE1006 or SS400 grade HRC for March/April shipment were set at the equivalent of around $519/tonne cfr southern Vietnam, excluding VAT. Last month, its official list price was at around $527/t cfr.
贸易人士称，以越南盾计算，最新价格为13,220越南盾/公斤，比上个月的官方价格下跌150越南盾/公斤。目前该公司对越南北部和中部的报价为13,190越南盾/公斤。
In VND terms, the latest price of VND 13,220/kg cfr southern Vietnam is a drop of VND 150/kg over last month’s official VND prices, trading sources say. The mill’s quotes to northern and central Vietnam are now set at VND 13,190/kg cfr.
一位河内贸易商在谈到降价时说：“需求不佳。”他认为，该钢厂降价也是为了给其国内竞争对手台塑河静钢铁公司“施加更大压力”。
"Demand is not good," a Hanoi trader says on the price cut. He believes the mill also cut its prices in order to "put more pressure on" its domestic competitor, Formosa Ha Tinh Steel.
