中国热轧卷价格进一步下滑，越南市场保持稳定
Chinese HRC slips further, Vietnam markets steady
Kallanish（开阑商务信息咨询）报道，由于需求低迷，上周中国国内热轧卷价格进一步下滑。这也影响到出口价格，而越南进口市场则相对保持稳定。
Chinese domestic hot rolled coil prices last week slipped further on subdued demand. This also impacted export prices, while Vietnamese import markets remained relatively stable, Kallanish notes.
周五下午，上海5.5x1,500毫米Q235B热轧卷的成交价约为3,360-3,380元/吨（460-463美元/吨），比一周前下跌40元/吨。
In Shanghai on Friday afternoon, 5.5x1,500mm Q235B HRC was traded at around CNY 3,360-3,380/tonne ($460-463/t), down CNY 40/t from a week earlier.
在上海期货交易所，主力2025年1月热轧卷合约较周四下跌28元/吨，较前一周下跌10元/吨，至3,400元/吨。
On the Shanghai Futures Exchange, the most-traded January 2025 contract for HRC lost CNY 28/t from Thursday and CNY 10/t on-week to CNY 3,400/t.
热轧卷的周表观消费量仍在下降，影响到现货价格的稳定。虽然稳定的期货价格支撑现货价格，但商家为达成交易，不惜打折让利，使得实际成交价格不断下行。
Weekly apparent consumption of HRC was still falling, impacting the stability of spot prices. Although stable futures supported spot prices, merchants were willing to give discounts to conclude deals so that real transaction prices were moving down.
周五下午，在无锡，20x2,000毫米Q235B中厚板价格约为3,510-3,530元/吨，与之前的估价持平。
In Wuxi on Friday afternoon, 20x2,000mm Q235B plate prices were assessed at around CNY 3,510-3,530/t, unchanged from the prior assessment.
中厚板价格在经历上周的一轮涨跌后，最终保持稳定。需求同样不佳，但低库存使市场情绪保持稳定，周五的价格下跌也没有对市场造成过大影响。
Medium and thick plate prices finally held steady after one round of increase and decrease last week. Demand was also not good, but low inventories kept market sentiment stable and prevented Friday's price drop from overly impacting the market.
中国热轧卷的出口价格也在下降，原因是国内价格下降，以及中国出口商希望在越南即将实施反倾销税之前尽可能多地销售。
Export prices of Chinese HRC were also falling due to the domestic price decrease, as well as Chinese exporters wanting to sell as much as possible before the implementation of Vietnam’s pending anti-dumping duties.
上周五，一家中国出口商表示，中国Q195热轧卷的最低成交价仅为471美元/吨cfr越南。该价格周环比下跌约5美元/吨。
On Friday, a Chinese exporter said that the lowest deal price of Chinese Q195 HRC was just $471/t cfr Vietnam. The level is about $5/t lower on-week.
Q195热轧卷最有竞争力的报价为465美元/吨fob中国。上海一家出口商在周五表示：“即使是钢厂，现在在中东的报价也不过是470美元/吨fob。”SAE 1006热轧卷的报价仍高于485美元/吨fob中国，但周环比也略有下降。
The most competitive offers for Q195 HRC were $465/t fob China. “Even mills can now just offer $470/t fob in the Middle East,” a Shanghai-based exporter said on Friday. SAE 1006 HRC offers were still higher than $485/t fob China, but also showed a slight on-week decrease.

在越南对中国热轧卷采取反倾销措施之前，再轧商正在努力寻找替代品。据悉，至少有两家再轧商，包括一家领先的再轧商，已经以510-515美元/吨cfr的价格订购约2万吨SAE 1006级热轧卷，2月份发货。
In Vietnam, rerollers are trying to find HRC substitutes ahead of the much-anticipated anti-dumping action against Chinese HRC. At least two rerollers, including a leading reroller, are heard to have ordered around 20,000t of SAE 1006 grade HRC at $510-515/t cfr for February shipment.
一家主要的印尼热轧卷钢厂和一家刚开始运营的马来西亚钢厂的报价相同，都是520美元/吨cfr越南。越南的大多数市场人士称，有再轧商向印尼钢厂订货。
A leading Indonesian HRC mill and a Malaysian mill which just started operations were offering at the same level of $520/t cfr Vietnam. Most market sources in Vietnam report hearing that rerollers ordered from the Indonesian mill.
胡志明市一位贸易商说：“他们想对热轧卷进行测试，如果质量没问题，他们就会有更多的（供应）选择。”这些预订是在截至12月21日的一周内进行的。他补充道：“我认为现在的价格会略低一些。”
“They want to test the HRC and if the quality is okay, they will have more [supply] choices,” a trader in Ho Chi Minh City stays. These bookings were made during the week through 21 December. “I think prices are slightly lower now,” he adds.

A Hanoi trader hears that a leading reroller booked 5,000-10,000t for testing purposes. “They want to use Indonesian HRC to compete with the domestic producers,” he reports.

Chinese SAE 1006 grade HRC is being offered at $500/t cfr. “It is from a trader but no one wants to buy,” a buyer says. Vietnamese market sources did not hear of much trading activity for Chinese SAE 1006 HRC in recent weeks.
