1. can't wait. 等不及了，很兴奋期待；固定搭配：can't wait to do 和 can't wait for something.
例句1: I can't wait to go to London with you. 我已经等不及要跟你一起去伦敦了。
例句2: I can't wait for Chinese New Year. 春节要到了，我都等不及了。
2. can't stand.... 很讨厌；后面可以是人someone; 也可以是物something.
例句1: I can't stand him. 我真是受不了他。
例句2: I can't stand this stupid show. 真的太讨厌这个节目了。
3. can't help it. 忍不住。还有个搭配：can't help doing. 表示控制不了，忍不住做某事。
