Avant Bakery以有着“艺术、时尚和烘焙之乡”之称的法国的食谱为基础，采用顶级糕点师精挑细选的食材，以便重新演绎法式经典。Avant Bakery面包店为品味不俗的顾客提供健康美味的食品。

Based on recipes from France, “the land of art, fashion and baking,” and using ingredients carefully selected by top pastry chefs in order to reinterpret French classics, Avant Bakery offers healthy and tasty food to customers with a taste for the finer things in life.

Avant Bakery邀请韩国首尔的本地事务所Oftn Studio设计，他们专注于酒店、室内设计、商业建筑等项目的研究与实践。继去年Avant Bakery与Oftn Studio在首尔大邱银行总部大楼分店的项目合作之后，此次他们又开启了新的一轮合作。

Avant Bakery invited Oftn Studio, a local firm in Seoul, South Korea, who specializes in research and practice in hospitality, interior design, and commercial architecture, to design the project. After Avant Bakery's project collaboration with Oftn Studio last year for the Daegu Bank Headquarters building branch in Seoul, this time they have started a new round of collaboration.

Entering from the main entrance, the soaring columns and the store's floating-like display shelves are noticeable, while the counter is arranged at the back end. The design of the suspended displays was conceived to avoid a sense of closure in the space, and the difference in materials between the displays and the counters further enhances this sense of openness.

场地中最具特色的是它的户外景观，使室内能够与自然间产生视觉上的联系，而这也体现了品牌所提倡的自然观念，相比之下，由于自然的巧妙引入，确实为空间增添了几分独特的感知体验。

The most distinctive feature of the venue is its outdoor landscaping, which allows for a visual connection between the interior and nature, and which reflects the concept of nature promoted by the brand. In contrast, the space does add a few unique perceptual experiences due to the subtle introduction of nature.

就结构和美学而言，每一个细节都经过了深思熟虑的考量，以确保焦点仍然汇聚于品牌需要表达的本质上来——即面包和甜点。室内中性色营造了一处平静的环境，并有意识地避免对比强烈的元素，从而达到以产品体验为核心的空间营造目的。

Structurally and aesthetically, every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure that the focus remains on the essence of what the brand needs to express - bread and desserts. Neutral colors in the interior create a calming environment, and contrasting elements were consciously avoided to create a space where the product experience is at the core.

在空间后端，座位区犹如欧洲海岸城市的露台。此处的照明模拟着自然光，以柔和的方式与自然材料完美融合，塑造出宁静的氛围，鼓励客人驻足停留，使其成为都市里从繁忙的日程中寻求休憩放松的理想之地。

At the back end of the space, the seating area resembles a terrace in a European coastal city. The lighting here mimics natural light, blending in a soft manner with natural materials to create a serene atmosphere that encourages guests to linger, making it the ideal place in the city to seek rest and relaxation from busy schedules.

灵活多变的座位安排，方便顾客无论是独自居于一隅小憩，还是与同事进行工作上的交流，抑或是集体参与的社交活动都具有极强的包容性。有些座位还能欣赏到外部优美景色，为美食的品尝构建了宁静的背景。

Flexible seating arrangements make it easy for customers to take a break in a corner by themselves, communicate with colleagues at work, or socialize in a group, all of which are highly inclusive. Some of the seats also have a beautiful view of the outside, creating a serene backdrop for savoring the food.

Although Avant Bakery Gasan is situated in the heart of a fast-paced business district, it offers guests a haven where they can experience a slower pace and devote themselves to experiencing and savoring the pleasures of food. With its various elements of casual functionality, design and taste, it is the ideal place for those who seek food and visual enjoyment.
