For Febrero Studio, the design of the private house is primarily about privacy, while also taking into account the openness of the public area. As a result, MC Marbella involved a complete replanning of the space, creating a smooth and suitable flow throughout the site to meet the family's future living and growth needs.

Within MC Marbella, the layout of all Spaces has been carefully thought out, with the main living space comprising a large open-plan living and dining room, as well as four simple bedroom suites.

Durable furniture and finishes, such as walnut and natural stone, are used as the main materials of the space, harmonizing the modernity and timelessness of the house with its expressive structural character. The stainless steel island in the kitchen provides a visual contrast to the warm materials in the space.

卧室营造出一种温馨的氛围，沉稳的材料色调、不同质地的家具和摆件丰富着空间的层次，天花弧形的转角进一步地柔软了空间。光透过轻盈的薄纱，照亮空间，给人明亮且安全的氛围感。
The bedroom creates a warm atmosphere, calm material tones, different textures of furniture and ornaments enrich the level of space, and the corner of the ceiling arc further softens the space. Light shines through the light tulle, illuminating the space and giving it a bright and safe atmosphere.
每一扇门都以暗门的形式呈现，令走廊成为一个完整的整体，这也与Febrero Studio所主张的“统一性”有关。那些可移动的软装和装饰材料，如玻璃和天然石材的融入，都以其现代风格的形式对住宅的整体呈现进行必要的补充。
Each door is presented in the form of a secret door, making the corridor a complete whole, which is also related to the "unity" advocated by Febrero Studio. The inclusion of movable soft finishes and decorative materials, such as glass and natural stone, is a necessary complement to the overall presentation of the house in its modern style.
