机场“蓝屏”,多地停飞!
近日,“微软蓝屏故障”登顶热搜。这一微软技术故障所带来的影响不断扩大至各行各业,全球多家航空公司、多地机场表示受到巨大影响。其中,达美航空、美国航空、美联航等多家航司宣布受系统影响暂停所有航班,损失惨重。
而机场的航班管理系统往往基于微软操作系统和相关软件构建。当微软系统出现蓝屏或服务中断时,这些系统难以正常工作,导致航班信息管理、调度和乘客服务等功能受到影响。其中,航班信息显示系统与机场放行系统受到的影响尤为显著。
那么,航班信息显示系统与机场放行系统分别是什么,又为什么会受到如此大的影响呢?
航班信息显示系统
航班信息显示系统,通过各种显示设备及时向旅客和工作人员发布准确航班信息,引导旅客完成值机、候机、登机、行李提取等乘机步骤。显示设备分布于候机楼旅客活动区域内以及机场工作人员的工作区域,为旅客、工作人员提供出港航班值机、登机引导、进港航班动态、进港航班行李提取信息和各种通告等航班信息。
The Flight Information Display System (FIDS) disseminates accurate flight information to passengers and staff through various display devices in time, guiding passengers through the process of check-in,waiting,boarding,and baggage claim.The display devices are located within the passenger activity areas of the terminal as well as the working areas of airport staff,providing passengers and staff with a range of flight information, including check-in and boarding guidance for departing flights,arrival flight status updates,baggage claim information for incoming flights,and various announcements.
由于微软Windows操作系统与CrowdStrike公司的软件更新存在兼容性问题,电脑出现蓝屏死机现象,进而影响到基于Windows系统运行的航班信息显示系统。
Due to compatibility issues between Microsoft's Windows operating system and software updates from CrowdStrike, computers have experienced blue screen of death errors, which in turn has impacted flight information display systems that run on the Windows system.
航班信息显示系统瘫痪后,乘客和机场工作人员无法及时获取准确航班信息,包括航班状态、登机口变更、延误或取消通知等,这可能导致乘客在机场滞留、混乱和不满。
After the crash of the FIDS, passengers and airport staff are unable to obtain accurate flight information in time,including flight status,gate changes,delay or cancellation notifications,which may lead to passenger delays,confusion,and dissatisfaction at the airport.
机场放行系统
机场放行系统是一个集成航空公司、机场和空管等多方信息,通过特定算法计算出飞机预计起飞时间的系统。它旨在提高航班准点率,减少航班延误,提升旅客满意度,并优化航空资源的使用效率。
The airport release system is a system that integrates information from multiple parties such as airlines, airports, and air traffic control, and calculates the estimated takeoff time of aircraft through specific algorithms. It aims to improve flight punctuality, reduce flight delays, enhance passenger satisfaction, and optimize the utilization efficiency of aviation resources.
机场放行系统瘫痪后,航班将无法按照原计划进行放行,导致航班延误甚至取消,这将给乘客带来不便,增加机场的运营压力。
After the crash of this system,flights will be unable to proceed with their release as scheduled,leading to flight delays or even cancellations.This will cause inconvenience to passengers and increase the operational pressure on the airport.
同时,旅客无法及时获取准确的航班信息,如登机口变更、航班延误或取消等通知,这也将增加旅客的焦虑感和不满情绪。
Meanwhile,passengers cannot obtain accurate flight information in time,such as notifications of gate changes,flight delays or cancellations,which will also increase passengers' anxiety and dissatisfaction.
