01|普德赋计划推出豪华铁路旅行


法国普德赋将在2025年推出名为“豪华大巡游”的铁路体验。这趟6天5晚的旅程将穿越法国,包含历史遗址、精致餐饮和戏剧表演。此外,普德赋已选址英国牛津郡比斯特附近的一个地点,将量身定制主题乐园。



01|Puy du Fou to launch luxury rail travel


Puy du Fou in France will launch a rail experience called Le Grand Tour in 2025. This six-day & five-night trip will take guests through France and include historic sites, fine dining and theater performances. In addition, Puy du Fou has chosen a site near Bicester, Oxfordshire, the UK, where it will tailor the theme park.


02|巴林将于2026年推出中东首个冲浪乐园


巴林房地产投资公司Edamah宣布,中东和北非地区首个冲浪乐园——巴林冲浪乐园-夏威夷俱乐部体验将于2026年开业。该项目占地130万平方米,包含豪华酒店、住宅、零售和餐饮区。乐园将采用先进的Wavegarden Cove技术,每小时可产生多达1,000次波浪,适合各技能水平的冲浪者。此外,还计划在2026年举办大型国际冲浪比赛。



02|Bahrain will launch the Middle East's first surf park in 2026


Bahraini real estate investment company Edamah has announced that the first surf park in the Middle East and North Africa region, the Bahrain Surf Park - Hawaii Club, will open in 2026. The project covers 1.3 million square meters and includes a luxury hotel, residential, retail and dining areas. 

The park will feature advanced Wavegarden Cove technology, which can generate up to 1,000 waves per hour and is suitable for surfers of all skill levels. There are also plans to host a major international surfing competition in 2026.


03|NEOM宣布Sindalah奢华旅行目的地开幕


NEOM董事会于近日揭幕了Sindalah,这一奢华岛屿目的地标志着NEOM发展的重要里程碑。Sindalah位于沙特阿拉伯西北部红海沿岸,面积达840,000平方米,计划到2028年每天接待2,400名游客,并创造约3,500个就业机会。


该岛提供世界级餐饮、酒店和独特体验,致力于支持沙特“2030愿景”下的旅游发展,预订信息将通过NEOM旅游渠道发布。



03|NEOM announces the opening of Sindalah luxury travel destination


NEOM board of directors recently unveiled Sindalah, a luxury island destination that marks an important milestone in NEOM's development. Sindalah, located on the Red Sea coast in northwestern Saudi Arabia, covers an area of 840,000 square meters and is planned to receive 2,400 visitors a day and create around 3,500 jobs by 2028.


Offering world-class dining, hotels and unique experiences, Sindalah is committed to supporting the development of tourism under Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, and bookings will be released through the NEOM tourism channel.

01|鱼你在一起新加坡首店正式开业


10月21日,鱼你在一起官宣新加坡首店正式开业,该店位于新加坡武吉班让广场。据了解,2022年起鱼你在一起开始走出国门到海外开店,先后进入了纽约、迪拜、温哥华、旧金山、吉隆坡、列治文等海外城市。早在今年7月,鱼你在一起在营门店就突破2500家,成为全球酸菜鱼门店数第一品牌。



01|Fish With You’s first store in Singapore officially opened


Fish With You officially opened its first store in Singapore on 21 October, which is located in Bukit Panjang Plaza, Singapore. 

It’s reported that Fish With You began to go abroad to open overseas stores from 2022, and has entered New York, Dubai, Vancouver, San Francisco, Kuala Lumpur, Richmond and other markets. As early as July 2024, its store exceeded 2,500, becoming the first brand of sauerkraut-fish in the world.


02|哪吒汽车马来西亚首家旗舰店开业


10月25日,哪吒汽车马来西亚首家旗舰店在吉隆坡隆重开业,当日首批50位车主现场交付。作为在东南亚广受欢迎的中国造车新势力品牌,哪吒汽车正迅速扩大马来西亚新能源汽车市场,目前已拥有12家经销商,并计划在2024年底前,将经销商网络扩大至20家。


另外,哪吒汽车在马来西亚的本地工厂,预计明年正式投产。



02|Neta opened its first flagship store in Malaysia


Neta's first flagship store in Malaysia was grandly opened in Kuala Lumpur on 25 October, and the first 50 owners were delivered on-site on the same day. As a popular Chinese-made car brand in Southeast Asia, Neta is rapidly expanding the NEV market in Malaysia, with 12 dealers and plans to expand the dealer network to 20 by the end of 2024.


In addition, Neta's local factory in Malaysia is expected to officially put into production in 2025.


03|SANTIC CLUB中国首店开业


10月20日,骑行装备集合店SANTIC CLUB中国首店开业,落地成都市武侯区。门店陈列了森地客品牌全线骑行装备,包括2024秋冬系列新品、锁鞋以及各种配件,方便车友们亲身体验产品及享受贴心售前售后服务。



03|SANTIC CLUB opens its first store in China


Cycling equipment collection store SANTIC CLUB opened its first store in China and landed in Wuhou District, Chengdu on 20 October. The store displays the full line of SANTIC brand cycling equipment, including new products of the 2024 autumn and winter series, lock, shoes and various accessories, so that cyclists can experience the products and enjoy intimate pre-sales and after-sales service.


04|名创优品将助力100个中国IP走向世界


名创优品集团创始人、董事会主席兼首席执行官叶国富日前表示,目前名创优品全球门店超过7000家,覆盖111个国家和地区,为全球逾10亿名消费者提供美好生活体验。未来,名创优品将携手新华社客户端,共同升级启动“中国文化创新全球发展计划”,宣布未来10年将助力100个中国IP走向世界。



04|Miniso will help 100 Chinese IP markets


Ye Guofu, founder, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Miniso Group, said that currently Miniso has more than 7,000 stores worldwide, covering 111 countries and regions, providing a good life experience for more than 1 billion consumers around the world. In the future, Miniso will join hands with the Xinhua News Agency to jointly upgrade and launch the "Chinese Cultural Innovation Global Development Plan", announcing that Miniso will help 100 Chinese IP go to the world in the next 10 years.


05|江诗丹顿推出二手表认证企划


江诗丹顿日前宣布将推出官方认证二手表企划。这项企划将与二手表市场领先零售商及品牌长期合作伙伴Watchfinder携手合作,在全球同步推出。


据悉,通过此计划,自1755年以来生产的所有表款皆可送回品牌进行修复与维护。此外,所有经认证的二手表均附有至少两年的全球保固、数字护照与CPO保证书。



05|Vacheron Constantin launched certified pre-owned


Vacheron Constantin has announced the official certified pre-owned. The initiative will be launched globally in partnership with Watchfinder, a leading retailer and long-term partner of brands in the watch market.


Through this program, all models produced since 1755 can be returned to the brand for restoration and maintenance. In addition, all certified second-hand watches come with a global warranty of at least two years digital passport and CPO guarantee.

01|全球奢侈品免税消费激增


根据环球蓝联最新报告,自去年9月至今年8月,全球每年在免税奢侈品上消费超7万欧元的富裕消费者人数较疫情前猛涨168%,占免税市场份额的13%。值得关注的是,中国富裕游客贡献的免税市场份额比例达到25%,虽不及疫情前的37%,但仍居全球首位,东南亚和中东地区的富裕游客紧随其后,分别占18%和14%,美国富裕游客占比10%。



01|Tax-free spending on luxury goods is surging around the world


According to the latest report of Global Blue, from September last year to August 2024, the number of wealthy consumers who spend more than €70,000 per year on duty-free luxury goods around the world jumped by 168% compared with the pre-epidemic period, accounting for 13% of the duty-free market share. 

It is worth noting that the proportion of duty-free market share contributed by wealthy Chinese tourists reached 25%, although less than 37% before the epidemic, but still ranked first in the world, followed by wealthy tourists in Southeast Asia and the Middle East, accounting for 18% and 14% respectively, and wealthy tourists in the US accounted for 10%.


02|宝格丽CEO称中国奢侈品市场或在24个月内复苏


奢侈品牌宝格丽Bulgari CEO Jean-Christophe Babin表示,随着中国经济回暖,国内奢侈品市场可能会在接下来的24个月内复苏。他称,今年中国实体店较网上渠道出现更加明显的下行情况,因为网上渠道能够触及更多客户,包括来自较小城市的消费者。



02|Bulgari CEO stated China's luxury goods market could recover within 24 months


Jean-Christophe Babin, CEO of luxury brand Bulgari, stated China's domestic luxury market could recover in the next 24 months as Chinese economy picks up. He said Physical stores in China have seen a more pronounced decline this year than online channels, which can reach more customers, including those from smaller cities.


03|第七届进博会于上海启幕据


近日,第七届中国国际进口博览会于上海正式开幕,将持续至11月10日。本届进博会展览展示面积将超过42万平方米,有152个国家、地区和国际组织参展。值得注意的是,本届进博会消费品展馆,将迎来LVMH集团、历峰集团、开云集团、Burberry、lululemon、Nike、斯凯奇、优衣库、雅诗兰黛集团等国际知名企业和品牌参展。



03|The 7th CIIE was launched in Shanghai


The 7th China International Import Expo (CIIE) has officially opened in Shanghai and will last until 10 November. The exhibition area will exceed 420,000 square meters, with 152 countries, regions and international organizations participating. 

It is worth noting that the consumption department will welcome international well-known enterprises and brands such as LVMH Group, Richemont Group, Kering Group, Burberry, lululemon, Nike, Skecher, Uniqlo, Estee Lauder Group and so on.


04|Coach母公司第一季度收入超预期破15亿美元


美国轻奢品牌Coach母公司Tapestry集团公布最新业绩数据,在截至9月28日的三个月内,该集团收入达到15.1亿美元,与去年同期持平,略高于公司预期,其中Coach品牌收入和利润均超过预期,毛利率提高280个基点至75.3%。



04|Coach's parent company's Q1 revenue beat expectations by more than $1.5 billion


Tapestry Group, parent company of US light luxury brand Coach, announced the latest performance data, in the three months to 28 September, the group's revenue reached $1.51 billion, the same as the same period last year, slightly higher than the company's expectations, of which Coach brand revenue and profit exceeded expectations, gross margin increased 280 basis points to 75.3%.


05|The RealReal第三季度营收大涨11%


转售平台The RealReal在截至9月30日的第三季度内,营收同比增长11%至1.48亿美元,净亏损收窄至1800万美元。期内,商品交易总额(GMV)同比增长6%至4.33亿美元,活跃买家数量同比增长7%至38.9万人,订单量同比增长4%至82万份,平均订单价值(AOV)同比增长2%至522美元。



05|The RealReal's Q3 revenue jumped 11%


Resale platform The RealReal saw revenues rise 11% y-o-y to $148 million in Q3 ended 30 September, while net losses narrowed to $18 million. During the period, GMV increased 6% year-over-year to $433 million, the number of active buyers increased 7% y-o-y to 389,000, order volume increased 4% y-o-y to 820,000, and average order value increased 2% y-o-y to $522.

01|LV母公司收购男装品牌Our Legacy


瑞典男装品牌Our Legacy近日宣布已获得全球最大奢侈品巨头LVMHLuxury Ventures的少数股权投资,但未透露具体金额。这笔投资将帮助该品牌加速全球扩张,在巴黎、纽约、东京和上海等主要城市开设门店。 


Our Legacy成立于2005年,以极简设计和优质面料为标志,凭借安静奢华风格成为市场宠儿。



01|LV's parent company buys menswear brand Our Legacy


Swedish menswear brand Our Legacy announced recentlyd that it has secured an undisclosed minority investment from LVMHLuxury Ventures, one of the world's largest luxury goods companies. The investment will help the brand accelerate its global expansion, opening stores in major cities such as Paris, New York, Tokyo and Shanghai.


Founded in 2005, Our Legacy has become a market darling with its quiet luxury style, marked by minimalist design and quality fabrics.


02|传杜嘉班纳考虑出售少数股权


据意大利媒体《晚邮报》报道,新加坡政府投资公司(GIC)、卡塔尔投资局和沙特阿拉伯公共投资基金(PIF)三家主权投资基金正考虑收购Dolce&Gabbana(杜嘉班纳)的少数股权。


据悉,早在今年7月,杜嘉班纳首席执行官Alfonso DolceAlfonso Dolce便透露考虑通过首次公开募股或其他金融工具向第三方开放资本,为品牌注入新的活力。



02|Dolce & Gabbana is said to be considering selling a minority stake


According to the Italian newspaper Corriere Della Sera, three sovereign Investment funds - Government of Singapore Investment Corp, Qatar Investment Authority and Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund- are considering taking a minority stake in Dolce & Gabbana.


It’s reported that as early as July 2024, Dolce & Gabbana CEO Alfonso DolceAlfonso Dolce revealed that he was considering opening up capital to third parties through an initial public offering or other financial instruments to inject new vitality into the brand.
