01|John Lewis斥资8亿英镑升级门店

英国零售巨头John Lewis宣布斥资8亿英镑对门店进行全线升级,首批改造项目包括牛津街旗舰店的美妆区,以及该集团在High Wycombe和Cheadle的分店,旨在提升消费者购物体验。



01|John Lewis spent £800 million to upgrade its stores


British retail giant John Lewis has announced a £800 million overhaul of its stores, with the first projects including the beauty section of its flagship Oxford Street store and its branches in High Wycombe and Cheadle. All the move is aimed at enhancing the consumer shopping experience.


02|银元城投资5亿美元打造全新度假村


10月17日消息,银元城的宣布将投资5亿美元,在密苏里主题乐园附近开发1200英亩土地,打造新项目。首个项目为262间客房的银元城度假村,预计于2026年底开放。此计划是公司65年来最大的投资,将为当地带来数千个新工作岗位和数百万新游客。



02|Silver Dollar City investing $500 million in a new resort


Silver Dollar City announced on 17 October that it would invest $500 million to develop 1,200 acres of land near its theme park for a new project. The first project, the 262-room Silver Dollar City Resort, is expected to open in late 2026. The plan is the company's largest investment in 65 years and will bring thousands of new jobs and millions of new visitors to the region.


03|香港海洋公园新“历险主题区”最快2028年开幕


香港海洋公园于近日宣布,其最新的“历险主题区”最快将于2028年开幕。该主题区耗资3.52亿港元建设及运营。


“历险主题区”占地约12万平方米。游乐设施包括两条约1000米的巨型飞索、高30米的“笨猪跳”“冲力滑梯”及“天空秋千”等。此外,游客需要额外购买门票才能体验“历险主题区”。



03|Ocean Park Hongkong's new Adventure Zone will open as soon as 2028


Ocean Park Hongkong has announced that its latest Adventure zone will open as early as 2028. The theme area cost HK $352 million to build and operate.


The Adventure Zone covers about 120,000 square meters. The amusement facilities include two giant flying ropes of 1000 meters, the "stupid pig jump" with a height of 30 meters, the "momentum slide" and the "sky swing". In addition, visitors need to purchase an additional ticket to experience the Adventure Zone.


04|迪士尼新加坡邮轮下月启航


迪士尼邮轮公司将于12月15日从新加坡启航,推出新船“迪士尼探险号”,专为亚洲乘客设计。该船设有七个主题区域,包括Marvel Landing,并配备“钢铁侠测试跑”过山车。“迪士尼探险号”还将提供类似于迪士尼主题乐园的沉浸式体验,包含迷你赛车Pym Quantum Racers和飞行器Groot Galaxy Spin等游乐设施。



04|Disney's Singapore cruise leaves next month


Disney Cruise Line will set sail from Singapore on 15 December with the launch of a new ship, Disney Adventure, designed specifically for Asian passengers. The ship features seven themed areas, including Marvel Landing, which is equipped with the Ironcycle Test Run roller coaster. 

Disney Adventure will also offer an immersive experience similar to a Disney theme park, with rides such as Pym Quantum Racers and Groot Galaxy Spin.

01|茉莉奶白悉尼首店正式开业


10月18日,新中式茶饮品牌茉莉奶白的悉尼首店正式开业,门店面积80平方米左右。这是茉莉奶白继纽约、曼谷之后在海外布局的第三家门店。


据统计,茉莉奶白悉尼店在开业后的3天内,便取得了令人瞩目的业绩。开业首日,门店的GMV近2.8万澳币,单日销售杯数创海外新高。



01|Molly Tea’s first store in Sydney officially opened


The first store of the Chinese tea brand Molly Tea in Sydney officially opened on 18 October, with an area of 80 square meters. This is Molly Tea’s third overseas store after New York and Bangkok.


According to statistics, Molly Tea Sydney store has achieved remarkable results within 3 days after opening. On the first day of opening, the GMV of the store was nearly A$28,000, and the number of single-day sales cups reached a new overseas record.


02|追觅科技美国首家线下门店开业


日前,追觅科技美国首家线下门店在洛杉矶西田世纪城购物中心正式开业,店内丰富的智能清洁家电产品吸引了大批美国本地消费者的关注。这是追觅科技首次正式布局美国线下零售店。



02|Dreame’s first physical store in the US opens


Recently, the first physical store of Dreame in the US officially opened in the Westfield Century City in Los Angeles, and the rich smart cleaning home appliances in the store attracted the attention of a large number of local consumers in the US. 03|贝玲妃回归中国市场


LVMH旗下彩妆品牌贝玲妃近日通过微信公众号宣布品牌即将回归中国市场,但未透露具体细节。今年1月底该品牌已关闭天猫、京东和抖音的官方旗舰店以及线上官方自营渠道。有分析指出,由于过度依赖丝芙兰渠道,贝玲妃并未抓住线上彩妆红利期。



03|Benefit returns to the Chinese market


Benefit, a cosmetics brand owned by LVMH, recently announced its upcoming return to the Chinese market through Wechat account, while did not disclose specific details. 

At the end of January 2024, Benefit closed its official flagship stores on Tmall, JD.com and Tiktok, as well as its online official self-operated channels. Some analysis pointed out that Benefit did not grasp the online makeup bonus period due to excessive reliance on Sephora channels.


04|名创优品印尼旗舰店两日业绩破300万


近日,名创优品X哈利波特联名产品,正式登陆印尼雅加达Central Park旗舰店。联名上新6小时即助力该旗舰店突破全球门店单日业绩纪录,上新首周末门店总销售高达308万人民币,再创历史新高。



04|Miniso Indonesia flagship store sales exceeded 3 million in two days


Recently, Miniso X Harry Potter co-branded products officially landed in the Miniso flagship store in Central Park, Jakarta, Indonesia. The new co-brand products helped the flagship store break through the single-day performance record of the global store in 6 hours, and the total sales of the store reached 3.08 million yuan in the first weekend of the new week, reaching another high record.


05|Brunello Cucinelli将缓慢开设中国市场门店


意大利奢侈品集团Brunello Cucinelli创始人日前在接受采访时表示,集团正采取一种缓慢的方式在中国开设新门店,以保护该品牌的声望。他指出,品牌在中国看到了巨大的增长机会,但他们不可能每年新开50家店。集团不希望过度曝光品牌,所以不做品牌标识,也不付费KOL宣传。



05|Brunello Cucinelli will open stores in China slowly


Italian luxury goods group Brunello Cucinelli is taking a slow approach to opening new stores in China to protect its reputation, its founder said in an interview. 

He noted that Brunello Cucinelli see huge growth opportunities in China, but they can't open 50 new stores a year. The group does not want to overexpose the brand, so it does not do brand identification, nor pay for KOL promotion.


06|H&M将加倍押注滑雪服领域


据悉,H&M旗下运动服品牌H&M Move自去年涉足滑雪服市场后,宣布将加倍押注滑雪服领域,推出全新AW24/25系列。据悉,该系列将于10月31日和12月9日分两批上市,并采用了RECCO反光技术,可以帮助专业救援队找到佩戴者。H&M Move本季再次与户外机构Grand Studio合作,以确保系列的每一个细节都符合所有山地用户的需求。



06|H&M is doubling down on ski wearing


It’s reported that H&M's sportswear brand H&M Move has been involved in the ski wearing market since last year, and announced that it will double down on the ski wear field, launching a new AW24/25 series. 

The series will be available in two batches on 31 October and 9 December, and uses RECCO reflective technology, which can help professional rescue teams find the wearer. H&M Move has once again partnered with outdoor agency Grand Studio this season to ensure that every detail of the collection is tailored to the needs of all mountain users.

根据AlixPartners最新报告,法国奢侈品牌Chanel在奢侈品领域的消费者共鸣度上保持领先,在产品、价格、渠道和服务上同样表现优异,LV和Gucci紧随其后,在高端化服务和个性化方面表现突出。报告还指出,消费者对价格一致性和透明度方面有着强烈的需求,85%的受访者希望线上线下价格能够保持一致,并希望在各渠道找到相同产品。



01|Analysts say Chanel leads the luxury market


According to the latest report of AlixPartners, the French luxury brand Chanel remains the leader in consumer resonance in the luxury industry, with excellent performance in products, prices, channels and services, followed by LV and Gucci, with outstanding performance in high-end services and personalization. 

The report also noted that there is a strong consumer demand for price consistency and transparency, with 85% of respondents expecting prices to be consistent online and physical, and wanting to find the same product across channels.


02|雅诗兰黛集团第一财季营收录得33.6亿美元

02|The Estee Lauder Group reported fiscal Q1 revenue of $3.36 billion


The Estee Lauder Group reported revenue of $3.36 billion and a net loss of $156 million in Q1 of fiscal 2025, which ended 30 September, mainly due to the downturn in the Chinese market and declining demand across Asia. 

Fabrizio Freda, the group's CEO, stated that the new economic stimulus measures in China offer the potential for medium to long-term stability and eventual growth in the high-end beauty industry, but we still expect near-term declines in areas such as overall travel retail in China and Asia.


03|Shein成为全球访问量最高服饰品牌


根据数据分析网站Similarweb数据,中国跨境电商Shein在今年9月及整个第三季度成为全球访问量最高的服装与时尚品牌,其中第三季度流量份额达到2.68%,Nike、H&M和Zara紧随其后。Shein用户数量也显著增长,今年8月该品牌活跃交易用户较今年1月增长近40%。


03|Shein became the most visited clothing brand in the world


According to data analysis website Similarweb’s data, Chinese cross-border e-commerce Shein became the world's most visited clothing and fashion brand in September 2024 and the whole Q3, of which the Q3 traffic share reached 2.68%, followed by Nike, H&M and Zara. The number of Shein users has also grown significantly, with its active trading users up nearly 40% in August compared to January.


04|Galderma前三季度收入达33亿美元


瑞士护肤品集团Galderma前三季度收入增长9.2%至32.6亿美元,该集团于今年3月IPO,预计2024年收入将增长8.8%至9.5%。Galderma表示,该集团各产品类别和地区的收入均实现增长,其中注射美容和皮肤护理产品收入增幅超过10%。

04|Galderma had revenues of $3.3 billion in the first three quarters


Swiss skincare group Galderma, whose revenue rose 9.2% to $3.26 billion in the first three quarters, is expected to grow 8.8-9.5% in 2024 after its IPO in March. Galderma said the group saw revenue growth across all product categories and regions, with injectable beauty and skin care products up more than 10%.


L 'Oreal announced in August that it was buying a 10% stake in Galderma. Founded in 1981, Galderma owns skincare brands such as Cetaphil and Proactive as well as medical brands such as EpiduoSoolantra.


05|Prada集团前三季度营收逆势大涨18%


日前消息,Prada集团在截至9月30日的九个月内,集团营收按固定汇率计算同比增长18%至38.3亿欧元。其中,Prada品牌前三季度营收同比增长4%至25.34亿欧元;Miu Miu品牌营收大涨97%至8.54亿欧元,第三季度营收更是飙升了105%;CHURCH'S营收增长11%至2200万欧元。


Prada集团表示,未来将继续致力于实施零售、技术和工业能力方面的战略投资计划,以支持集团和合作伙伴的长期可持续发展。



05|Prada Group's revenue rose 18% in the first three quarters


In the nine months ended 30 September, Prada Group revenue increased by 18% at constant exchange rates to €3.83 billion. Among them, Prada brand revenue in the first three quarters increased by 4% y-o-y to €2.534 billion; Miu Miu brand revenue surged 97% to €854 million, and Q3 revenue surged 105%; Revenue at CHURCH'S rose 11% to €22 million.


In the future, Prada Group will continue to work on the implementation of strategic investment plans in retail, technology and industrial capabilities to support the long-term sustainable development of the group and its partners.

01|Frasers Group放弃收购Mulberry


近日,英国运动服装和服装零售商Frasers Group宣布放弃收购Mulberry,理由是 Frasers Group此前的两项提案均被拒绝。目前,Frasers Group拥有Mulberry约37%的股份。Frasers Group在放弃对Mulberry的收购计划后,已经将目光转向快时尚巨头 Boohoo Group。

Recently, the British sportswear and clothing retailer Frasers Group announced that it has abandoned the acquisition of Mulberry, on the grounds that Frasers Group's two previous proposals were rejected. 

Frasers Group currently owns about 37% share of Mulberry. Frasers Group has set its sights on fast fashion giant Boohoo Group after abandoning its planned takeover of Mulberry.


02|默林娱乐出售两处澳大利亚景点


10月16日,默林娱乐集团宣布出售位于澳大利亚维多利亚的Otway Fly和新南威尔士的Illawarra Fly。这两处景点年接待游客超过10万人,现以自由持有或持续经营的方式出售,买家可单独或合并购买。出售截止日期为12月5日。



02|Merlin Entertainment sells two Australian attractions


Merlin Entertainments announced the sale of Otway Fly in Victoria, Australia and Illawarra Fly in New South Wales on 16 October. The two attractions, which receive more than 100,000 visitors a year, are being sold as a freehold or going concern and can be purchased individually or in combination. The the closing date of sale is 5 December.
