01|Universal Orlando offers a variety of holiday events


From 22 November to 31 December, Universal Orlando Resort will host a host of exciting holiday events, including the return of the Macy's Global Holiday Parade, a Christmas-themed projection night show at Hogwarts Castle, and a live performance by the Grinch.


02|《哈利-波特:魔法幻境》将在圣淘沙名胜世界启幕


《哈利-波特:魔法幻境》(Harry Potter: Visions of Magic)亚洲首秀定于11月22日盛大启幕。游客将踏入一系列充满艺术气息与沉浸感的环境,这些场景的设计灵感均源自魔法界的神秘地标,如魔法部、纽特动物园的奇妙景象以及引人入胜的冥想盆。



02|Harry Potter: Visions of Magic to open at Resorts World Sentosa


The Asian premiere of "Harry Potter: Visions of Magic" is scheduled for 22 November. Visitors will step into a series of artistic and immersive environments inspired by the mysterious landmarks of the magical world, such as the Ministry of Magic, Newt's Zoo, and the fascinating Pensieve.


03|巴黎迪士尼乐园将推出全新沉浸式夜间表演


巴黎迪士尼乐园将于2025年1月10日首次推出将无人机、烟花和投影结合在一起的全新沉浸式夜间表演“迪士尼魔法故事”(Disney Tales of Magic)。


这场长达20分钟的夜间盛宴采用了新的照明装置、新的LED组件和新的音频系统。除了在睡美人城堡上进行常规投影和激光外,该表演还将沿美国大街的建筑物实施投影映射,将重点展示《木偶奇遇记》《灰姑娘》《美女与野兽》《狮子王》《星际宝贝》《魔法幻影》《寻梦环游记》《头脑特工队》《玩具总动员》和《机器人总动员》等电影。



03|Disneyland Paris to launch New immersive nightly show


Disneyland Paris will debut Disney Tales of Magic, a new immersive night show combining drones, fireworks and projections, on 10 January 2025.


The 20-minute night extravaganza features new lighting, new LED components and a new audio system. In addition to the regular projection and laser on Sleeping Beauty Castle, the show will also feature projection mapping of buildings along Main Street America, highlighting films such as Pinocchio, Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, Lilo & Lilo, Magical Illusions, Coco, Inside Out, Toy Story and Wall-E.


04|新奥尔良旧六旗公园遗址将变身新综合体


废弃的新奥尔良六旗主题公园将被拆除,名为Bayou Phoenix的新开发项目开始建设。新项目综合体将包含青年运动场、酒店、商店、电影制片厂和水上乐园。自19 年前飓风期间遭遇洪水以来,该乐园一直处于废弃状态,不过一直是热门的电影拍摄地。



04|The old Six Flags Park in New Orleans will be transformed into a new complex


The abandoned Six Flags Park in New Orleans will be demolished and the construction of a new complex called Bayou Phoenix will begin. The new complex contains a youth sports, hotel, stores, film studio and water park. The Six Flags Park has been abandoned since flooding during a hurricane 19 years ago, though it has been a popular movie location.

01|LEMAIRE中国首店亮相成都


LEMAIRE为前爱马仕创意总监Christophe Lemaire于1991年创立的同名品牌,2014年与Sarah-LinhTran联合设计,正式更名为LEMAIRE。品牌深耕于极简设计专注于服装设计中纯粹与舒适的表达。


01|LEMAIRE's first store in China landed in Chengdu


LEMAIRE was founded by former Hermes creative director Christophe Lemaire in 1991 and was officially renamed LEMAIRE in 2014 after the collaboration with Sarah-LinhTran.


LEMAIRE is deeply rooted in minimalist design, focusing on the expression of purity and comfort in clothing design.


02|Manolo Blahnik开设中国首店


英国顶级鞋履品牌Manolo Blahnik中国首家精品店在上海恒隆广场开业。


此前,Manolo Blahnik与香港奢侈品牌运营商 Bluebell Group(蓝钟集团)达成合作,在中国香港成立合资企业以拓展中国市场,并计划于年内开设3家门店。



02|Manolo Blahnik opened its first store in China


Top British shoe brand Manolo Blahnik opened its first boutique in China at Shanghai Hang Lung Plaza.


Earlier, Manolo Blahnik partnered with Hong Kong luxury brand operator Bluebell Group to establish a joint venture in Hong Kong of China to expand into the Chinese market, and plans to open three stores within the year.


03|GOYARD亚洲首间复式店铺开业


10月31日,法国箱包品牌GOYARD全新形象店及亚洲首间复式店铺在成都太古里优雅启幕。


GOYARD诞生于1853年,是法国家族制箱商的鼻祖,拥有超过170年的历史,以永不妥协的手工技艺和开创时代先河的创意设计而闻名,成就了特立独行的巴黎箱包美学。



03|GOYARD opened its first duplex store in Asia


French luggage brand GOYARD's new store and Asia's first duplex store were elegantly opened at Taikoo Li Chengdu on 31 October.


Born in 1853, GOYARD is the originator of the French family box manufacturer, with a history of more than 170 years, known for its uncompromising handcraft skills and pioneering creative design, achieving the unique Parisian bag aesthetic.


04|BCBGMAXAZRIA开中国首店


近日,国际高级女装品牌BCBGMAXAZRIA开出中国首店,选址于郑州丹尼斯大卫城。


BCBGMAXAZRIA是由设计师Max Azria创立于1989年,多年来受到碧昂丝、泰勒·斯威夫特、蕾哈娜、安吉丽娜·朱莉、帕利斯·希尔顿等众多好莱坞明星、名人的喜爱。



04|BCBGMAXAZRIA opened its first store in China


Recently, international high-end women's wear brand BCBGMAXAZRIA opened its first store in China, located in Zhengzhou Dennis David.


BCBGMAXAZRIA was founded in 1989 by designer Max Azria and has been loved by many Hollywood stars and celebrities such as Beyonce, Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Angelina Jolie and Paris Hilton over the years.


05|爱马仕开出国内单层面积最大门店


近日,爱马仕深圳万象城店焕新开幕,占地面积900平米,是品牌国内最大单层面积的专卖店。据悉,该店于2009年开业,是爱马仕深圳首店。



05|Hermes opened the largest single-floor store in China


Recently, Hermes Shenzhen MIXC store reopened, covering an area of 900 square meters, which is Hermes' largest single-story area store in China. It’s reported that the store opened in 2009 and is Hermes' first store in Shenzhen.

01|全球奢侈品市场2024年规模为1.5万亿欧元


根据贝恩公司和意大利奢侈品行业协会联合发布的全球奢侈品市场监测2024报告,全球奢侈品市场预计在2024年达近1.5万亿欧元,同比下跌2%。报告指出,由于不确定性,消费者更倾向于体验消费而非产品。


报告显示,中国市场奢侈品消费尚未完全恢复,且本土消费下降,拖累整体市场表现。此外,价格上涨导致部分核心客户疏远了奢侈品牌,尤其是年轻消费者,降低奢侈品预算。



01|The global luxury goods market will be worth €1.5 trillion in 2024


According to the Global Luxury Market Monitor 2024 report jointly released by Bain & Company and Fondazione Altagamma, the global luxury market is expected to reach nearly €1.5 trillion in 2024, down 2% y-o-y. The report stated that consumers are more inclined to experience consumption than products due to uncertainty.


The report showed that luxury consumption in the Chinese market has not yet fully recovered, and local consumption has declined, dragging down the overall market performance. In addition, rising prices have led some core customers to alienate luxury brands, especially young consumers, and reduce their luxury budgets.

02|分析称中国游客明年将减少奢侈品支出


根据奥纬咨询最新报告,中国游客正在减少奢侈品支出,尤其是年轻消费者,后者更倾向于选择更加实惠的替代品。其中57%的受访者计划减少旅游购物预算,45%的受访者预计未来一年将减少出国旅行频率。


值得关注的是,消费者越来越重视产品的质量和设计,而非品牌本身,这使奢侈品牌的替代品牌获得更大吸引力。



02|Analysts say Chinese tourists will spend less on luxury goods next year


Chinese tourists are spending less on luxury goods, especially younger consumers, who prefer more affordable alternatives, according to a new report by Oliver Wyman. 57% of respondents plan to reduce their travel and shopping budgets, and 45% expect to travel abroad less frequently in the coming year.


It is worth noting that consumers increasingly attach importance to the quality and design of products, rather than the brand itself, which makes the alternative brands of luxury brands gain greater appeal.


03|迪士尼2024年第四财季营收225.7亿美元


11月14日,华特迪士尼公司发布截至2024年9月28日的2024财年第四季度和全年收益。


财务数据显示,今年第四季度,迪士尼的总收入约225.74亿美元,同比增长6%;全年收入约913.61亿美元,同比增长3%。与此同时,迪士尼第四季度归母净利润约4.6亿美元,同比增长约74%;整个财年净利润约49.72亿美元,同比增长约111%。



03|Disney reported revenue of $22.57 billion in Q4 of fiscal 2024


Walt Disney Company released on 14 November that its Q4 performance of fiscal year 2024 and full year earnings for the year ended 28 September 2024.


Data show that in Q4 of this year, Disney's total revenue of about $22.574 billion, an increase of 6%; Revenue for the full year was approximately $91.361 billion, an increase of 3%. Meanwhile, Disney's Q4 net income attributable to its parent was about $460 million, up about 74% from a year earlier; Net income for the full fiscal year was approximately $4.972 billion, an increase of approximately 111% over the same period last year.


04|美妆行业放缓迹象蔓延全球市场


美妆行业正在经历低迷时期,LVMH香水及化妆品部门第三季度收入仅增长3%,录得今年以来最微弱增长,上年同期增幅为9%,美妆巨头欧莱雅第三季度收入增长3.4%,低于去年同期的11%,同样是今年以来最低季度增幅,行业黑马Elf Beauty CEO Tarang Amin则表示,消费者正在变的更加谨慎。



04|Signs of a slowdown in the beauty industry spread across global markets


The beauty industry is going through a downturn, with LVMH's perfume and cosmetics division posting its weakest growth this year with Q3 revenue growth of just 3%, compared with 9% a year earlier, and beauty giant L 'Oreal's Q3 revenue growth of 3.4%, down from 11% a year earlier and also the lowest quarterly growth this year. Tarang Amin, CEO of Elf Beauty, said consumers are becoming more cautious.


05|意大利男装出口中国市场增长37%


受经济下行与地缘紧张影响,意大利男装产业正面临出口困境,据Sistema Moda Italia研究中心数据,今年前七个月出口额仅增长2.7%至55亿欧元,而进口额则大幅下跌10.1%至36亿欧元。


按市场划分,法国需求增长11.1%,跃居意大利男装出口市场首位。中国则以37.2%的增长跃升至第四大市场。此外,日本、俄罗斯和阿联酋等市场也呈现增长势头,推动了非欧盟地区整体增长3.8%。



05|Italian menswear exports to China grew 37%


The Italian menswear industry is facing export difficulties due to the economic downturn and geopolitical tensions. According to Sistema Moda Italia research center, exports in the first seven months of this year increased by only 2.7% to €5.5 billion, while imports fell by 10.1% to €3.6 billion.


By market, French demand increased by 11.1%, jumping to the top of the Italian men's export market. China jumped to the fourth largest market with 37.2% growth. In addition, markets such as Japan, Russia and the United Arab Emirates also showed momentum, contributing to the overall growth of 3.8% in the non-EU region.

01|Zegna家族回购集团股份


近日消息,Zegna杰尼亚集团控股股东、Zegna家族宣布通过其控股公司Monterubello回购91.3万股股票,并计划在未来几周内继续增持至200万股。该集团CEO Ermenegildo Zegna表示,鉴于市场波动和不确定性,Zegna家族认为集团当前的股价并未反映出其真实潜力。

The Zegna family, the controlling shareholder of Zegna Group, has announced the repurchase of 913,000 shares through its holding company Monterubello and plans to continue to increase its holding to 2 million shares in the coming weeks. Ermenegildo Zegna, CEO of the Group, said that in view of market volatility and uncertainty, the Zegna family believes that the current share price of the group does not reflect its true potential.


02|Coach母公司和MK母公司终止85亿美元交易


据悉,Coach母公司Tapestry集团和Michael Kors母公司Capri集团日前正式宣布终止合并协议。该交易遭到美国联邦贸易委员会FTC的反垄断调查,原因是抑制手袋市场竞争,损害消费者利益。根据公告,此次交易不涉及违约金,Tapestry集团已同意偿还Capri集团约4500万美元的相关费用,前者还宣布了一项20亿美元的股票回购计划。



02|Coach parent company and MK parent company terminate $8.5 billion deal


It’s reported that Coach parent company Tapestry Group and Michael Kors parent company Capri Group officially announced the termination of the merger agreement. The deal was subject to an antitrust investigation by the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for suppressing competition in the handbag market and harming consumers. 

According to the announcement, the transaction does not involve liquidated penalties, Tapestry Group has agreed to reimburse Capri Group about $45 million in related expenses, and the former also announced a $2 billion share repurchase program.
