On November 9, under the guidance of the Luohu District Foreign Affairs Bureau, Cuizhu Sub-district Office, Shuibei Community Service Center and Southwind International Service jointly organized the “Finding Pearl” Jewelry Culture Exchange and Experience Event at the Shuibei International Reception Room.
2024年11月9日，在罗湖区外事局指导下，由翠竹街道办事处和水贝社区党群服务中心主办，南风国际化承办的“Finding Pearl‘遇鉴珍珠’珠宝文化交流体验活动”在水贝国际会客厅成功开展。
This event attracted international friends from Russia, Pakistan, Malaysia, and Ukraine, as well as Chinese and foreign families. It not only promoted cultural exchanges between Chinese and foreign parents and children, but also enhanced the international atmosphere of the block and enriched the spiritual and cultural life of Chinese and foreign residents.
本次活动吸引了来自俄罗斯、巴基斯坦、马来西亚、乌克兰等多个国家的国际友人及中外家庭共同参与，不仅促进了中外亲子间的文化交流，而且增强了街区的国际化氛围，丰富了中外居民的精神文化生活。
At the beginnning of the event, the jewelry teacher introduced the formation of pearls and some tips on how to match them with fashion. During the pearl-opening experience, the jewelry teacher guided participants through the process of opening clamshells to retrieve pearls. Under the teacher's direction, everyone experienced the entire process of extracting pearls from the shells.
活动开始，珠宝老师为大家讲解了珍珠的形成及其与时尚相搭配的一些技巧。随后，在珍珠开蚌体验环节，珠宝老师指导参与者了解开蚌过程，在老师的指导下，大家体验了从蚌壳中取出珍珠的全过程。
Participants made their own exquisite jewelry such as rings, brooches, and necklaces from the pearls, witnessing the magnificent transformation from "pearls" to "jewelry".
参与者动手将珍珠制作成戒指、胸针、项链等精美饰品，见证了由“珍珠”到“珠宝”的华丽蜕变。
INNA from Ukraine also enjoyed this event. She said excitedly, "This is my first time opening a clam to get pearls with my own hands. The whole process was both novel and fun. This “Finding Pearl” Jewelry Culture Exchange and Experience Event has provided a platform for Chinese and foreign families to showcase themselves and exchange cultures, further deepening the communication and understanding between Chinese and foreign residents in Cuizhu International Block. In the future, Cuizhu Sub-district will continue to promote the integration of Chinese and foreign cultures, and strive to create a livable, business-friendly and tourist-friendly international block.
此次Finding Pearl“遇鉴珍珠”珠宝文化交流体验活动为中外家庭提供了一个展示自我、交流文化的平台，进一步加深了街区中外居民之间的沟通与理解。作为深圳首批国际化商业文旅特色示范街区，翠竹街道将继续推进国际化街区建设，打造特色文化菜单，推动中外文化共融，努力创建宜居宜业宜游的国际化品质街区。
