Frisbee, an emerging sport integrating competition, entertainment and fitness, is widely loved by people for its characteristics of sport and entertainment. On October 29, Shekou Management and Service Center for Expats successfully held an event for Shekou Expats’ Night School - Frisbee Party in the Shekou Culture and Sports Park, attracting nearly 30 students from different countries.
飞盘，是一项集竞技、娱乐和健身于一体的新兴运动，以其“强运动、零接触、强社交”的特征火速出圈，广受人们喜爱。10月29日晚，蛇口境外人员管理服务中心在蛇口文体公园举办了“蛇口外国人夜校运动系列——飞盘”活动，吸引了近30位来自不同国家的学员。
On the event, everyone gathered together and started warm-up activities under the guidance of the coach. With the coach's guidance, they quickly mastered the basic skills and rules of Frisbee and started the game. They ran and jumped, and every successful catch drew a burst of cheers and applause from others. The Frisbee drew a beautiful arc in the air, as if it had become a link to each other's friendship.
来自不同国家和文化背景的学员们齐聚一堂，在教练的指导下开始了热身活动，并迅速掌握了飞盘的基本技巧和规则。他们奔跑着、跳跃着，开始了激烈的比赛。每一次成功都引来阵阵欢呼和掌声。飞盘在空中划出一道道美丽的弧线，仿佛成了连接彼此友谊的纽带。
After the event, everyone expressed their love for Frisbee. Kamal from Morocco said, “This event was great! Thanks to the Shekou expat team for organizing such a good events. I really love it, and made a lot of new friends. The atmosphere of the night school was also very friendly and welcoming.”
活动结束后，大家纷纷表示了对飞盘的喜欢，感受到了飞盘所带来的多巴胺快乐。来自摩洛哥的Kamal表示：“这次活动太棒了！感谢蛇口境外人员管理服务中心举办此活动，今晚真的太棒啦！我沉浸在飞盘中，且结交了很多新朋友。夜校的氛围非常友好和热情。”
Frisbee event is a cultural bridge for everyone to meet friends from all over the world, experience the charm of Frisbee, feel the collision and integration of different cultures, and promote the exchange of Chinese and foreign cultures.
“飞盘”活动是一个文化桥梁，不仅可以结识来自世界各地的朋友，共同体验飞盘运动的魅力，还可以感受不同文化的碰撞与融合，促进中外文化的交流与传播。在运动场上，每一次飞盘的传递，都是一次友谊的升华；每一次成功的接住，都是对自我的肯定。
In the future, the “Shekou Expats’ Night School” series, organized by Shekou Management and Service Center for Expats, will continue to offer cultural exchange events such as Chinese calligraphy, Chinese painting and Chinese cooking, so please look forward to it!
