Dr. Wu Qiqi from Dongjiaotou Community Health Service Center introduced the group to the center’ s experienced medical team, which offers a variety of services, including general practice, traditional Chinese medicine, and vaccinations. She guided them through the processes for registration, consultations, payment, medication collection, and vaccination. Bilingual signs throughout the center provided directions, ensuring ease of access for foreign residents.

东角头社区健康服务中心医生吴琦琦向大家介绍了社康经验丰富的医务团队以及全科诊疗、中医、疫苗接种等多样化的服务，现场带领大家梳理了挂号、诊疗、缴费取药、疫苗接种等流程。社康中心随处可见双语标识，更是便利了外籍居民日后的就医需要。

The foreign residents showed great interest in traditional Chinese therapies, particularly experiencing auricular point sticking therapy. This method involves stimulating acupuncture points on the ear to help regulate bodily functions, showcasing the unique wellness approaches of traditional Chinese medicine.When asked what they wanted to improve, many said they wanted to address sleep issues.

外籍居民们对中医理疗非常感兴趣，当场体验了耳穴贴豆疗法。耳穴贴豆是中医独特的保健手段，通过按压刺激耳朵上的穴位对身体进行调节。当医生问起想要调节什么问题时，大家都首选“睡眠问题”。

Additionally, the foreign residents inquired about the availability of traditional Chinese medicine and dental services at other community health centers. Dr. Wu explained that the services vary by center, and residents are encouraged to consult their nearest center for specific information.

此外，外籍居民们针对是否所有社康中心都有中医服务，或是否有口腔诊疗等服务进行了提问，吴医生向大家解释了每个社康的服务不尽相同，大家可以就近选择去社康中心进行咨询了解。

After the tour, Eledir from Brazil, who had been suffering from a cold for several days, followed the steps explained by the doctor. She went through the entire process smoothly: queuing for registration, receiving a traditional Chinese medicine consultation, undergoing a blood test, receiving the results, and picking up medication. She commented on how convenient it was! Lastly, she followed the Shekou MSCE staff’ s directions to find the community health center closest to her home.

参观结束后，感冒了好几天，来自巴西的Eledir按照医生梳理的流程进行了就诊，排队取号-中医诊疗-血常规检测-检测结果诊断-取药，全过程下来顺畅无阻，她表示太方便了！最后还根据中心工作人员的指引找到了离自己家最近的社康中心。

The visit to Dongjiaotou Community Health Service Center is one of the activities of "Walk into the Public Medical Facilities in Shekou Public Hospital - Shekou International Healthcare Series" organized by Shekou MSCE. This series of activities aims to invite foreign residents to walk into public hospitals and community health service centers together, to intuitively experience the diversified medical services, international high-end medical level, one-stop foreign-related medical service system, and rich domestic and foreign medical resources of Shenzhen's public medical institutions. This will enhance the sense of identity of foreign residents towards Shenzhen and Shekou, and strive to build Shekou into a national demonstration of healthy sub-district, enhancing the happiness and sense of achievement of Chinese and foreign residents.

此次走进东角头社区健康服务中心是中心“走进蛇口公共医疗机构——蛇口国际健康医疗系列活动”之一，通过邀请外籍友人一起走进公立医院和社康，沉浸式体验，直观感受深圳市公共医疗机构多元化医疗服务、国际高端医疗水平、一站式涉外医疗服务体系和丰富的国内外医疗资源，从而增强外籍居民对深圳、对蛇口的认同感，致力于将蛇口打造成为健康街道的国家示范，增强中外居民幸福感、获得感。
