为贯彻落实《广东省司法厅关于组织开展2024年司法行政部门“敬老月”活动的通知》，蛇口涉外公共法律服务中心联合前海公证处于10月15日下午为蛇口中老年居民开展了公益遗嘱宣讲会，活动吸引了近30名居民参与。现场座无虚席，老年朋友们热情高涨，纷纷对这次讲座充满期待。
Shekou Foreign Legal Assistance Center cooperated with Qianhai Notary Office Shenzhen to launch a free-will-making activity for the elder who is over 60-year-old with some certain requirements in Shenzhen. In the afternoon of Oct.15th, a seminar about how to make a will was held attracting around 30 residents here with interest.
九九重阳 爱老敬老
宣讲会上，公证员主要普及了公证的概念和作用、常见公证和遗嘱继承公证、不予受理公证的情形等知识，并结合《民法典》，重点解读了遗嘱公证、继承公证等内容，就居民关心的财产分配、赡养等问题，从公证案例、法律法规、立遗嘱注意事项等角度进行具体讲解，帮助居民提高公证意识。
During this seminar, Notary Zhang gave detailed expressions about the concept of notarization, the role of notarization, common notarization and will inheritance notarization, and the case of inadmissible notarization. They also showed some real failure examples to avoid improper wills. Based on the new Civil Code, Zhang focused on the analysis of notarization closely relating to residents such as will notarization and inheritance notarization, making the residents learn how to use notarization to maintain their legitimate rights and interests.
在提问环节，公证员对居民们提出的遗嘱和家事公证等问题进行了专业细致的解答。大家都表示收获颇多，纷纷为此活动点赞。
Zhang solved residents’ puzzles about wills and inheritance in a professional and detailed way, which got a lot praise from them.
