2019年第39届南部非洲发展共同体峰会将10月25日确定为“反制裁日”，呼吁美国等部分西方国家和组织解除对津巴布韦的非法制裁。津巴布韦作为南共体轮值主席国，也是受到非法制裁的当事方，举办“反制裁日”五周年纪念活动，中方对此表示支持。
The 39th SADC Summit in 2019 named October 25 the Anti-Sanctions Day and called on the US and some other Western countries and organizations to remove illegal sanctions on Zimbabwe. China supports Zimbabwe who holds the SADC’s rotating presidency and suffers from illegal sanctions in hosting the commemorative events of the fifth anniversary of the Day.

我要再次强调的是，任何试图否认一个中国原则，歪曲联大第2758号决议权威性与有效性的行径都是开历史倒车，是对二战后国际秩序的挑战，注定失败。中国必然统一，也终将统一，这是任何人、任何势力都阻挡不了的历史大势。
Let me stress once again that any move that attempts to deny the one-China principle and undermine the authority and efficacy of Resolution 2758 turns back the wheel of history, challenges the post-war international order, and is doomed to failure. China will and must realize reunification. This is an overwhelming trend of history that no one or force can stop.
