吃饭，习以为常，慈善却为这样一件简单的事注入新的力量。“吃饭为慈善”是北京吃饭智善文化发展有限公司发起的一项公益活动，今年是“吃饭为慈善”十五周年。从2014年起，碧山企业的王海亮先生（MJ Wang）就成为了“吃饭为慈善”公益活动的组织者，并全权负责该活动的运营工作，碧山旅行/WildChina作为“吃饭为慈善”活动的合作伙伴一直为该活动的落地提供长期强有力的爱心支持。2023年11月4日，参加这场年度慈善活动的宾客聚集在各地不同餐厅，他们与亲朋好友、企业客户或志同道合的同仁通过购买餐厅晚宴的形式共同进行着慈善资助。云南乡村之眼乡土文化研究中心（简称“乡村之眼”）与“吃饭为慈善”于2022年因碧山旅行|WildChina而结缘，从此，乡村之眼便携手“吃饭为慈善”的捐赠人在云南省红河县切龙中寨打造一个新的“吃饭”慈善模式，不但把捐赠者与种红米的人用情感联结在一起，让捐赠人把目光投向西南边陲的这样一个哈尼族村寨，关注他们的生产生活，捐钱之外，更是助力村寨红米产业的发展，以共建共构的方式为红米产业的发展和乡村振兴贡献智慧！Eating is customary, but charity has injected new power into such a simple thing. Yunnan From Our Eyes Local Culture Research Center (referred to as "From Our Eyes") and "Chifan for Charity" became connected due to the WildChina Travel in 2022. Since then, From Our Eyes has worked with the donors of "Chifan for Charity" to create a new "eating" charitable model in Chelong Zhongzhai, Honghe County, Yunnan Province, which not only connects the donors with the people who grow red rice with emotion, let the donors turn their attention to such a Hani village in the southwest border region, pay attention to their production and life, not only donate money, but also help the development of the red rice industry in the village, and contribute wisdom to the development of the red rice industry and rural revitalization in the way of co-construction.![]()

梯田红米有着1300多年的种植历史，千百年来，已成为当地群众的粮食和重要经济来源。红河老品种红米品类据说有上百种，但是随着种植的减少，目前由哈尼多声民歌省级非遗传承人车志雄收集的老品种仅13种，已是红河县之最。选材来自联合国粮农组织列为全球重要农业文化遗产保护试点地的哈尼梯田文化景观保护核心区-云南省红河哈尼族彝族自治州切龙中寨已延续千年的梯田生态系统之上，品类以红米、红糯米、黑糯米等9种为主。这些老品种红米只在北纬23度、海拔1300-1900米的哈尼梯田种植，全程以富含多种矿物质和微量元素的天然山泉水灌溉，稻谷吸收阳光充足，农户全手工劳作，不施化肥和农药，一年一季，亩产仅300多斤，因产量极低，种植的人越来越少，成为“传说”中的“珍稀红米”。Terraced red rice has a planting history of more than 1,300 years, and has become an important source of food and income for local people for thousands of years.It is said that there are hundreds of old varieties of red rice in Honghe County, but with the decrease of planting, there are only 13 kinds of old varieties collected by Che Zhixiong, the intangible cultural inheritor of HaniMulti-voice Folk Song at the provincial level, which is the most in Honghe County. The selected seeds are from the core protection area of Hani terrace cultural landscape, which is listed by FAO as a pilot site for the protection of global important agricultural cultural heritage - the terrace ecosystem of Chelong Zhongzhai, Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, which has lasted for thousands of years. The categories are mainly red rice, red glutinous rice, black glutinous rice and 9 kinds in total. These old varieties of red rice are only planted in Hani terraced fields at 23 degrees north latitude and 1300-1900 meters above sea level. The whole process is irrigated by natural mountain spring water rich in various minerals and trace elements. The rice receives full sunlight and farmers work by hand without applying chemical fertilizers and pesticides，making it the "rare red rice" in the "legend".

秧苗在肥沃的田地里生长，鸡和猪的粪便为成熟的植株提供养分。水牛负责耕田，以便来年的种植。田螺则消灭水中的害虫。这个复杂的社会经济文化系统支撑着稻子的生长过程，通过加强对土地和社区土地的责任，人与环境建立了更紧密的联系，同时尊重自然的神圣。这种相互依存的系统是"天人合一"的理念，而其梯田形式则形成了独特的、至今仍在使用的文化传统。Seedlings grow in fertile fields, and chicken and pig droppings feed mature plants. This complex socioeconomic and cultural system underpins the rice growing process, and by strengthening responsibility for the land and the community, people establish a closer connection with the environment, while respecting the sanctity of nature. 然而，营养丰富又文化底蕴丰厚的梯田红米，却并不为大山之外的人所熟知。多年来，红米作为基础农副产品仅停留于本地消费，农产品加工企业较少，规模小，工艺水平不高，产业链条短，提升附加值难度大。提升红米的产品价值，拓展红米高消费群体的销售渠道，能为提高种田效益，直接增加村民的经济收入，保障当地粮食安全，推广梯田稻作文化，保护哈尼梯田的自然人文景观带来积极的影响。
Nevertheless, nutrient-rich and culturally vibrant terrace red rice is not well known to people outside the mountains. Over the years, as a basic agricultural and sideline product, red rice has only stayed in local consumption, with fewer agricultural processing enterprises, small scale, low technological level, short industrial chain, and difficult to enhance added value. 今年的国庆，乡村之眼也与碧山旅行|WildChina在“吃饭为慈善”的理念下共同发起了一次红河义工旅行，碧山旅行|WildChina招募关注切龙中寨发展的捐赠人以义工的身份赴切龙中寨参加基于灌溉梯田的水渠维护和乡村发展的一次共创营。在活动中，切龙中寨收到了“吃饭为慈善”的慈善大使Dr. Jaclyn Dam Laute的一笔捐赠，用于修护梯田灌溉水渠，保护水资源，为梯田的恢复提供了保障。义工们保护水源的同时，一起规划切龙中寨的红米发展，使红米多了一种走向北上广的可能性。During this year's National Holidays, From Our Eyes and WildChina Travel also jointly launched a volunteer trip to Chelong Zhongzhai, Honghe County under the concept of "Chifan for Charity".
