Kyoei Steel rolls over rebar prices for December
Kallanish（开阑商务信息咨询）获悉，日本钢铁生产商Kyoei Steel宣布12月份在其所有业务地点销售的螺纹钢基本价格将维持不变。
Japanese producer Kyoei Steel has announced it will keep rebar base prices unchanged for sale in December at all its business locations, Kallanish notes.
这已是该公司连续第六个月采用这一定价策略。
This is the sixth consecutive month that the company has adopted this pricing strategy.
该公司表示，在国内市场，合同和发货量自8月份炎热夏季达到低点后已逐步恢复。
The company said that in the domestic market, both contracts and shipments have gradually recovered since reaching a low in August during the hot summer.
然而，由于材料价格飞涨以及劳动力短缺导致的施工延误，钢材需求的恢复尚需时日。
However, due to the soaring material prices and construction delays caused by labour shortages, it will take time for steel demand to recover.
在今后的运营中，Kyoei Steel将在今年年底和新年假期期间关闭熔炉并进一步减产，以确保生产与需求相匹配。
For future operations, Kyoei Steel will shut down furnaces and further reduce production at the end of this year and during the New Year holidays, to ensure that production and demand match.
