Skipping rope is an ancient national sports, it is a combination of sports, skills and fun, beneficial to enhance the function of the heart and lung system and body coordination, and the equipment is simple, convenient and popular. Skipping can effectively train children's personal response and endurance, help maintain personal body fitness and coordination, so as to achieve the purpose of physical fitness.

滑板Skateboard
2017年，滑板正式加入了奥运会项目。滑板课程从平地练习直至道具地形练习，全方位教授学生滑板技巧的同时培养学生的专注力、意志力、抗压等体育精神。

棒球Baseball
目前青苗昆明校区已成立棒球校队，并且是云南省首所全国软式棒垒球实验学校。棒球被誉为“竞技与智慧的结合”，是一项集智慧与对抗、趣味与协作于一体的团体运动。我们专注球队的团队建设，为孩子们提供体适能训练，棒球技能训练，棒球体育文化交流等。
Currently the BIBS Kunming already established the baseball school team, and the BIBS Kunming is the first national baseball experiment school in Yunnan Province. People think baseball is “the combination of competition and wisdom”, it is a team sport which combine wisdom, competition, interesting and teamwork. We hope to provide suitable body training, skill training and culture communication to children.

高尔夫球Golf
目前，青苗昆明校区已成立高尔夫校队。高尔夫是一项高贵、优雅，亲近大自然的运动，通过课外课让青苗的孩子们能更好的吸取高尔夫运动精神品质。我们通过灵敏性、速度、协调性、身体操控能力等方面的练习提升球员的运动能力表现；同时从高尔夫运动九点挥杆法开始，建立球员良好的运动模式，良好的力学顺序，从而建立高效的挥杆动作。
Currently, the BIBS Kunming already established the golf school team. Golf is a noble, elegant and natural friendly sport, through the ASA, children from BIBS Kunming could abstract the spirit of Golf better. We improve students’ athletic performance via the practice in speed, balance and body control, etc. Meanwhile, we will help students to foster great sport hobby via teaching them the basic golf skills.

腰旗橄榄球Flag football
2028年洛杉矶奥运会新增的5个运动项目：棒垒球、板球、腰旗橄榄球、棍网球和壁球。作为美式橄榄球的一个分支，腰旗橄榄球因“没那么危险”近年来发展迅速。目前全国各省份在中国橄榄球协会，地方橄榄球协会及“NFL中国”的支持下，陆续开展青少年腰旗橄榄球比赛。
Five new sports will be added to the 2028 Los Angeles Games: baseball and softball, cricket, flag football, stick tennis and squash. As a branch of American football, flag football has developed rapidly in recent years because it is "less dangerous". 创意艺术装置Installation Art Course
