在班级家长会开始的前几天，一年级教学组就率先与家长进行了一对一沟通交流。爱之以心，育之以策，一对一的沟通方式，能够更全面地了解孩子的学习和生活习惯，发现孩子的潜力和特长，从而更好地支持孩子的成长和发展。家长们也都纷纷表示，这样的沟通方式既有效又贴心，通过与老师的交流，Ta们更加明确了孩子们的学习方向和目标，也更加有信心支持孩子们在未来的学习道路上不断前行。

教师的专业素养和教学能力，直接影响着学生的学习效果。在班级家长会上，中外教班主任分别介绍了中文和英文学科教师的教学方法和教学特点，以及多样的评价方式。在常规教育上，青苗昆明主张建立“在规则上的自由”，帮助孩子建立边界意识，又尊重孩子作为独立个体的发展愿望。在日常教育中，青苗昆明遵循“低起点、细要求”，与学生一起讨论建立班级规则，每日强化训练，持续激励，及时给予学生反馈和复盘。
The professional quality and teaching ability of teachers directly affect the learning effect of students. At the parents' meeting, the homeroom teachers introduced the teaching methods and characteristics of Chinese and English teachers, as well as various evaluation methods. In the conventional education, BIBS Kunming advocates the establishment of "freedom in the rules", to help children establish a sense of boundaries, but also respect children's development aspirations as independent individuals. The relaxation of students and parents comes from the high-level teaching staff of Qingmiao Education Group, master guidance, backbone support, and every experienced leader has customized the way forward for children, so that they can pack lightly. The Sundowner is also one of the relaxation communication platforms provided by the school for parents and children, and communication in BIBS Kunming is not limited to the education section.
