发了一场香港梦
在狮子山上俯瞰九龙
鳞次栉比的真实如梦
疾驰汽车奔赴焦躁时光
留下司机在路边更换轮胎
云端有梦，但忘不掉更逼狭土地
炼就城市坚固而确切的有限
而不是田园和诗
我们偶然如木偶化活成人
轻盈而抽离的木质眼波
温婉地凝视每一户的香港梦
在太平山上俯瞰港岛
梦境在足下或如雾更迷濛
维港海面交错船只暂见的印迹
十字路边人群看到也无视于彼此
在每条街巷望向各自区域
在同一时分谁也只身处一方
地点原来叫香港，那又何妨？
他在人群中颠簸浪荡
他奔波于居所与商场
偶然为梦境发狂
更珍重苦苦成立的正常
呼唤自己和群体的声音
至少有部分可以更阔更易相信
从化宝塔轻轻飞出了
上一代孜孜捕捉的黑蝶
他从九龙拍摄楼景上空天际
那升降浮沉的狮子山
他也许想留住急景变幻之前
一幅轮廓如雾的太平山
比模造的社区更像模型
夜夜烹煮工资，户户化无为有
洗涤正言若反的土地哲学
看透幻风吹散烟花
我们何必学昂扬的演辞
亦何必说破它早已是滥调？
残局散落的棋子是你和我
还是你我主宰更诡谲的棋局？
留待觉醒后再看破
就这样发了一场香港梦
整个香港打了一个盹
为了一场，一场香港梦
Had a Hong Kong Dream
On Lion Rock overlooking Kowloon
Row upon row real as a dream
A speeding car hurries to an anxious time
Leaving the driver on the roadside changing the tire
Dreams in clouds, but can’t forget the narrow land
Temper the city limits to precision
Rather than pasture or poetry
Occasionally like puppets become people
With lithe and disengaged wooden vision
We gently stare at each household’s Hong Kong dream
From Victoria Peak on Hong Kong Island
The dreamscape beneath our feet is more obscure than mist
The brief sight of a crisscrossing boat stamped across Victoria Harbor
is seen by the roadside pedestrians but they ignore each other
as they look towards their neighborhoods at every street
Everyone in only one place at each moment
The place was called Hong Kong, so what?
He’s in the crowd loitering on
He runs back and forth between his home and the mall
Sometime going crazy for the dream
Holds hard-won normalcy dearly
Calls to his and the crowd’s voice
At least some can be broader, easier to believe
From the pagoda
floated the last generation of diligent caught black butterflies
He photoed from Kowloon the sky above the cityscape
And Lion Rock’s ups and downs
Maybe before the fast times change he wants to save
The foggy silhouette of Victoria Peak
More like a model than the molded community
Cooking wages every night, every household becomes nothing
Wash the “correct words seem crooked” land-philosophy
Seeing past the illusory wind that scatters fireworks
Why do we bother with proud lectures?
And why do we bother exposing it as a platitude?
You and I are the end-game pieces scattered about
Or are we dominating a more treacherous game?
Waiting under waking to see through things
This is how we had a Hong Kong dream
The whole of Hong Kong had a nap
For one, one Hong Kong dream
