Using an interactive teaching method, through a game-based learning experience, the course stimulates children's interest in golf and cultivates their hand-eye coordination and patience. In this relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, children will learn basic swing postures, golf course etiquette and the sport spirit of this discipline.

Through the study of this course, children will be able to proficiently master water skills, as well as the techniques of kicking, paddling, ventilation, and overall coordination of basic freestyle movements. We will use professional coaches to explain and demonstrate, hand in hand, to help children master swimming skills. Group exercises are used at different stages to ensure that each child receives sufficient guidance and practice opportunities. Pay attention to the personalized development of children, encourage them to actively participate and overcome difficulties. Finally, an assessment will be conducted to assess the progress of the children and provide encouragement.

通过本课程的学习，孩子们将能够熟练掌握水性，掌握自由泳的打腿技术、划手技术、换气技术以及整体自由泳基础动作配合。我们将通过专业教练的讲解和示范，手把手让孩子们掌握游泳技巧。不同进度采用分组练习，确保每个孩子都能得到足够的指导和练习机会。注重孩子们的个性化发展，鼓励他们积极参与并克服困难。最终进行考核，评估孩子们的进步并给予鼓励。
