Abstract 摘要
Aim:To explore and understand the views of clients and formal and informal caregiv‐ers about the experienced quality of home care for older people.目的:探讨和了解服务对象及正式和非正式照护者对老年人居家照护体验质量的看法。 Design:A descriptive qualitative study was conducted using individual interviews.设计:采用个人访谈进行了描述性定性研究。 Methods:Six home care clients, four formal and six informal caregivers were re‐cruited from two Dutch home care organizations. Individual, semi‐structured inter‐views took place between April ‐ November 2018. The INDividually EXperiencedQUAlity of Long‐term care framework was used to guide data collection and contentanalyses.方法:6名居家照护者、4名正式照护者和6名非正式照护者来自两个荷兰居家照护组织。个人的、半结构化的观点讨论发生在2018年4月至11月之间。长期护理的个体体验质量框架用于指导数据收集和内容分析。 Results:The analyses revealed several important attributes contributing to experi‐enced quality of home care such as a preferred small number of caregivers, perceivedsufficient time for care provision and a caring atmosphere facilitating open commu‐nication and humour. Participants indicated that care routines fitting with the carereceiver's former way of living were important.
