由SCAAA设计的RYSE Seoul酒店是一家全新的Autograph Collection酒店。酒店位于繁华的弘益大学街区。酒店的地上二十层包含274间客房，这个新的314,500平方英尺（29,219平方米）的酒店代替了原有的高层商务酒店并面向交通繁忙的杨花路。地下26,180平方英尺（2,432平方米）的五层楼涵盖了艺术画廊，停车场，装载和服务配套功能。酒店建设于2018年3月完工。Designed by SCAAA, RYSE Seoul is a new Autograph Collection hotel. The hotel is located in the bustling Hongik University neighbourhood. With 274 rooms on twenty floors above ground, the new 314,500 square feet (29,219 square metres) hotel replaces the original high-rise business hotel and faces the heavily trafficked Yanghwa Road., while the 26,180 square feet (2,432 square metres) five floors below ground cover art galleries, car parking, loading and service support functions. Construction of the hotel was completed in March 2018.在初期概念阶段，酒店设计旨在为邻里活动提供完备的场地，一面是繁忙的林荫大道，另一面则是别具一格的弘大。与周边许多别致的建筑相似，随着时间的推移，酒店大堂，餐厅，休息室，会议室，宴会厅等公共功能已经以非传统的布局方式向上延伸到五楼，从六楼开始是私人客房。In the early conceptual stages, with a busy boulevard on one side and the distinctive Hongdae on the other side, the hotel was designed to provide a complete venue for neighbourhood events. Similar to many of the chic buildings in the neighbourhood, the hotel's public functions such as the lobby, restaurant, lounge, meeting rooms, and ballroom have been extended upwards in a non-traditional layout to the fifth floor over time, and from the sixth floor onwards are the private rooms.临街道的宽敞玻璃窗最大化了客人，零售顾客和路人之间的视觉联系。一条人行道将一楼分成两个部分，同时连接两个公共街道构建出场地的框架。面向街道的大面积开口设立了零售咖啡厅，也最大程度地提高了社区层面的渗透性和互动性。Spacious glass windows on the street maximise the visual connection between guests, retail patrons and passers-by. A pedestrian walkway divides the ground floor into two parts, while connecting two public streets , creating a framework for the space. Large openings facing the street, a retail cafe is established, maximising permeability and interaction at the community level.![]()

建筑表皮由色调简单优雅的黑色花岗岩材料和结构玻璃幕墙组成。酒店较高楼层的外立面采用连续的玻璃，以反射白天街区不断变化的特征和肌理，同时呈现出日落后的生活。The surface of the building consists of black granite in a simple, elegant colour palette and structural glass curtain walling. The façade of the hotel's higher floors features continuous glazing to reflect the changing character and texture of the neighbourhood during the day, as the same time, the life after sunset is also presented.

花岗岩外墙看起来悬挂在建筑全玻璃的底座上，三种纹理不同的饰面采用了生动的图案，在建筑表面形成三维空间的错觉。SCAAA将这些元素称为“另一个角度的建筑”，这些元素为人们提供了对建筑的不断变化的感知; 建筑设计的新方面可以随着时间的推移向路人展示出来。The granite façade appears to hang over the building's all-glass base, with three different textured finishes featuring vibrant patterns that create a sense of three-dimensional space on the building surface. These elements, referred to as "Architecture from Another Perspective" by SCAAA, provide a dynamic sense of the building that constantly evolves, showcasing new aspects of the architectural design to passersby over time.![]()
