Canada terminates part of Thailand rebar AD probe

Canada's Border Services Agency (CBSA) has issued a termination notice regarding its dumping investigation of certain concrete reinforcing bar exported from Thailand, Kallanish learns from a CBSA press release.
该机构认定Thai Steel Profile Public Co Ltd.没有倾销这些货物。
The agency determined that the goods were not dumped by Thai Steel Profile Public Co Ltd.
CBSA发布的消息表明，尚未对原产于或出口自保加利亚、泰国和阿拉伯联合酋长国的混凝土螺纹钢倾销做出最终裁定。
The CBSA release indicates that a final determination has not been reached into dumping of concrete rebar originating in or exported from Bulgaria, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will continue its inquiry into the question of injury to the Canadian industry and will issue its decision by 13 January 2025. For now, provisional duties will continue to be imposed on the subject goods from Promet Steel JSC at 15.9%, Tata Steel Manufacturing (Thailand) at 6.2% and 4.2% for Conares Metal Supply.
