Today is international Belgian fries day!


This is a traditional and iconic Belgian dish. What makes Belgian fries different from those of other countries? The secret lies in our unique cooking method. 


Traditional Belgian fries typically use specific types of potatoes, first fried at a low temperature, and then re-fried at a high temperature. This double-frying method makes the fries crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, golden and crunchy, and absolutely irresistible. In Belgium, fries are not just a food, they are a cultural experience. Whether from a street vendor or a formal restaurant, fries are a part of our daily lives. Every year, we have numerous fries festivals to celebrate this delicious tradition.
